The Nu Look salesman was very professional and is completely knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing installation. He performed a detailed inspection of the attic and condition of the etire roof and plywood condition. He showed us.pictures of the water damaged areas. I believe we got a very good price for the value.

For example, one person helped provide the information needed for conservancy approval of the planned work.The work included replacing old roofing, redoing dormers, and addressing trim details, I was particularly pleased with the roofing team and its manager. The manager listened to me and addressed my concerns. One team member addressed a special garage attic request.I was amazed at how efficiently the whole team worked. The roofing was done in one day. During the work review I had questions. They were all answered. I was shown what was done to address my concerns. I also appreciated the team addressing the dormers and trim. After experiencing storm damage from hail and high winds, my husband and I contracted with Nu Look for a new roof and downspouts. We had some issues initially with insurance approval, but Nick worked with our provider and provided photos and an explanation of all of the damaged areas. The installation was expertly done and the crew left our property cleaner than when they had arrived. Four of the homes on our small block contracted with Nu Look for new roofs, which tells you a lot by the confidence we had in their team.

Waste of time and very unprofessional. Andrew Cook came out and took pictures of the outside of the house. He then said lets set up a zoom meeting for later in the week. At the meeting, he started by asking if I had any questions for him. Quickly came across like I had to sell him on why NU should do my roof, siding, and windows. Three questions into the meeting, and he got all flustered, especially when I asked about the cost. NU was the third company I got a quote from, and their by far the most expensive! I have yet to receive the itemized quote from Andrew, but instead, I keep getting messages about rescheduling the zoom meeting. One thing that stood out was charging me for 26k for replacing ten double-hung windows, whereas another two companies came around 6-9k—worse experience yet since starting this renovation.

Chris had a great presentation. We had used Nu look to replace a exterior door a few years ago and they did a great job so we are now replacing a few windows.The windows installation went well. They removed the windows in 9 minutes and had all four windows in within 1 hour. They installers did a great job with the flashing and the calking is perfect. There is a noticeable difference (improvement) in temp of the rooms with the new windows. The office staff were also very pleasant to work with.

Martin came out to our place and did a wonderful job promoting NU Look products. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were looking for a few new doors. Martin walked to the front of the house with his tablet and looked at the different designs while looking to see if it would match the house. Then we went to the backyard and did the same thing with the sliding glass door. He did not rush us to decide and his personality was really easy to work with. They would not hold pricing for two days while a decision is made. It is a shame that they have this as part of their policy to strong arm people into a final decision. Nu Looks team came and had our roof replaced in one day! The team was courteous and listened to any questions and requests that I had. I highly recommend them!

When they finally got here the work was fine. But the communications to the customer is horrible. And it took them over 2 months to come out to repair a hole in the roof left by a fallen tree. If I could have used a local company then it would have been done the week after the incident. But since these folks dont talk to each other much less the customer it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I hope I never need them to come out and do anymore work under the warranty I have with them.
