Great customer service. I worked directly with Tracey and Christian for our sliders.Tracey is the best, she is so kind, patient and super knowledgeable, answered all of my questions from my first call with her and the subsequent calls after. Walked me through all the different type of door options, materials, brands, costs and price points, timelines, what to expect, etc. Literally everything. She is super on top of it, scheduling visits, ordering parts, sending us paperwork and information and always super responsive and communicated any changes or updates right away. Loved working with her, highly recommend when you reach out to ask for Tracey. Shes top notch and such a sweet person!Christian was also great from our visit to the showroom to the installation. When I wanted different handles than the ones that came with the original doors we were going to order Christian sent us pictures of modern ones he thought we would like and he was right, we ended up going with the doors he recommended. We are happy with how the new doors came out and appreciate his attention to detail when he came to visit to check up on the doors after they were installed.

A few years ago I ordered vinyl windows from Quality Window and Door. They were made by a company in PA. Theyre good quality and have given me a few years of use so far. The price was decent and build quality is better then a lot of the vinyl windows out there. Quality Window and Door is a good company to work with.

Quality Window & Door is a top-notch company to consider for anything related to windows and doors. My interaction with Christian (sales consultant) was extremely positive and it was noticeable this company takes customer education and satisfaction seriously. Christian never tried any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics that the other window companies tried but instead wanted to build a rapport so that I felt comfortable with such a large purchase. I think of myself as a cautious customer who rarely takes any salesperson word – with that being said, I ask a lot of questions and I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I really got the feeling that they wanted to make sure I understood the product I was purchasing and their overall process. Even after the contract was signed Christian was available for any additional lingering questions and has spent considerable time walking me through everything. If you are considering getting window/door products in the DMV area your first stop should be Quality Window & Door.

I sent my clients in to meet with Christian at the VA office and they were very impressed with him. This was their first major renovation and selecting materials can be overwhelming for most folks. He helped them through the process and they were very happy with the end result. As a contractor, what more can you ask for. Prompt service, competitive pricing, and extremely fast follow up and response. Would highly recommend.

We recently completed replacement of all our windows through Quality Window & Door. The lead time from manufacturers is long right now (early 2021) but Jim in sales was upfront about this before I ordered and Tracey in their office kept me updated on the order, and promptly scheduled install when they received the materials. We also had some scheduling/rescheduling due to rain and Tracey did an excellent job with communicating changes to us. We were extremely happy with the install team and would definitely recommend them!

As an investor my subcontractor ordered windows from this company. It was very bad experience for us. Almost 10 weeks for waiting time. Believe me we brought windows in 10 weeks out of country for multi unit project. if your manufacturers not reliable don’t work with them anymore.. Stop bringing excuse behalf of manufacturer. I bought from you not from your Vendor.

If I could give a negative star on this review I would. First of all this is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with, they never called back when promised and always with an excuse. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone. I hope no one else falls for their scam
