The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable especially Hanan Hafez. Hanan is friendly and helpful pointing out new pieces as well as pieces she thinks I might be interested in. Always good to see her there when I come in to shop.

I like to share my experience in buying a gift from Fairoaks store. I found the store has great and attritive collection displayed. Also, the staff working there was so friendly and helpful and provided great customer service, especially, the lady who helped me choose the best gift within my budget. I dont recall her name but I think it starts with H.I would recommend this store for buying high class gifts and enjoying the great customer service I experienced.

My boyfriend got me a promise ring for my birthday but unfortunately it was not the right size. Not even two weeks after his purchase, I attempted to change it for a smaller size. The older lady who was helping me tried to convince me that the ring was worn out and had been bought from an outlet mall (btw it was bought from Tysons mall). No one was in the store but she made me feel embarrassed and I walked out. Likely, my boyfriend called the manager and explained the issue, she was nice enough to help us exchange it without any problems. If you are looking for customer service dont go there, unless the manager is there.

Great place to shop for Sworovski items. Customer service is excellent. I always buy my Sworovski from this store. 😊

Been going to Sura for a few years and her customer service is excellent. I only go and buy when she is there because of her friendly personality and experience.

I Just went in to try the new collection. First they didnt have all the products.. Which is weird but fine, I am not writing this review for the product which I love. I wanted to try an earing and the older lady was very impatient and not very nice. Nobody was in the store but I felt I had to make my purchase super fast. And I am not usually taking that much time.I put 2 star because the youngest lady was very nice and understanding of my problem. Anyway, bad experience, next time if I want to try a product I will go in an another store or online.

This store is not what it used to be a year ago. I had given them a 5 star review a year ago, but now I’m editing my review. I’ve been at this location about 5 times just within the last 6 months and regardless who was there customer service was nonexistent so I ended up ordering online or made a purchase a another location and forget it if you want to do an exchange of something you got as a gift without a receipt even though it’s brand new with all boxes required. They’ll still treat you as if you stole it. Unbelievable how these people are now to how they were just a year ago when every time I went there I was treated like a valued customer and made a purchase just because of how I was treated. Not anymore! Shame on you FairOaks!
