Absolutely wonderful experience with Rhonda and Kristen! These ladies are amazing! They deeply care about your product and doing it right from all aspects! They are so helpful on the phone, through email and in person!:) they did such an amazing job on my name tags; just perfect and added so much to the process and went the extra mile to make them perfect! I cant thank them enough for their excellent work and customer service! This store is much farther away from me but Ill never go to another engraver; thats how great they are!!!

I was bemused watching what looked like the store manager bending over backwards for another costumer all the while ignoring I was even there to the point of exhausting all benefit of doubt. Unsurprisingly I was turned away. Curious to see what my experience is at a different location.

The ladies at the Fairfax Things Remembered store are awesome. I go there every Christmas to get a few gifts. Today theyre having a sale.

This is the first place that comes to my mind when I have to gift someone. The staff is very helpful in suggesting and packing the customized products. My customized order was prepared and ready to be picked up within 24 hours. They provide a good amount of variety but they can always do more options.

Supposed to open at 11:00,it’s 15 minutes passed the opening time they are still closed as I am writing the review.... don’t know how long more I have to wait !

Employees are very rude!!! I ordered a personalized item and said would be delivered in 5 working days! Which didnt happen and when finally picked up my stuff and in-proper spelling I was told thats how it is! We can refund u!!No its not about a refund its about caring for your customers and treating them good! And not be rude!

I wish I could give 0 star, but thats impossible. These peoples behaviors are the worst. I always buy gifts from Things Remember because they have good stuff, but I went to this store for the first time and it would be the last time. They said the order would be ready in an hour, but we waited two hours and found out that they messed up the order so we had to wait another 10 minutes. This lady who didnt understand the simple thing and made everything so complicated. Also, they are so annoying. When we were looking around for what to buy, they were kept asking us if we are ready in every minute and we were kept telling them we will let you know but still didnt listen. So we had to hurry because they were so annoying. Will never ever visit there again!

A rather small place, but with interesting and elegant items. They have an engraving service that allows you to personalize a gift. But the wait for it, comes to an hour. If they streamlined the engraving service, they would deserve a five.
