The store was clean, organized and well-stocked. They have everything you might want to find at an Indian grocery store. Its not at your typical Patel brother level. I didnt see any freshly made food items or sweets. Based on other reviews, I didnt buy produce here.

Wished I could have given this shop higher marks but it unfortunately carries meat (when asked, they said it’s not fresh but packaged as if it was then okay) and does not have many vegan (you really have to search and read the ingredients) and barely any organic selections.

Clean and spacious with lots of authentic Indian groceries, snacks, and produce. Found what I was looking for easily and found a few other fun things to try! Parking lot can be tricky to get into depending on which direction youre coming from but an access road helps with some of that.

Very well organized, courteous staff and very clean.They have good variety of fresh produce including fruits and veggies.All the lentils very well kept and prices marked for all of them.Different brands of flours and rice (bulk section). A whole section for snacks and sauces.Frozen food section is filled with a whole variety and the best part was that each and every item was nicely arranged.Dosa /idly batter, wide variety of ice creams, cheese and other dairy products.Some beverages too were organized in another aisle.They have also updated the section for utensils.They have a separate section for sweets too. Pastries were marked $2.99 each.The prices for most of the commodities are marked which definitely gives it a plus point.Would definitely recommend it.Oh.. They have a promotional event going too where they are handing free vadilal ice cream cups. 😊Hope you guys continue giving a better service like in other areas.

This store is good for its selection -- a ton of groceries, snacks, and variety. The produce falls short, a lot of it is old and just not fresh. Customer service is lackluster.

This store never has any decent vegetables or common Nanak frozen foods on weekends.Shelves are always empty!Seriously? They should know working folks shop on Saturday/Sunday . Stock up!

While the store is quite big and they stock wide Variety of Indian products, the customers have to be extremely careful about the product shelf life. Most of the crackers, cookies, nuts and desserts they stock seem to have very little shelf life, sometimes their best before use has already expired. You get fooled by the time you see it when the taste shows up.I think they have terrible quality control of their inventory as I could see similar comments from other customers who have had similar experience. So one should make sure to check the product best before dates. While I will continue to shop at this place but I wouldn’t buy any of their eatables 👎

India Bazaar deserves 5 stars for their customer service.The first time I came here was to proxy shop for an elderly Indian lady. She texted me a long list of items that I have never heard of, and I prepared for the worst as I walked into the store.I grabbed the first employee that I could find and asked for help and she turned out to be a SAINT. She took my list and proceeded to walk around the store to grab all the items for me. She practically did the shopping for me and saved me so much time and headache! This was an example of someone truly going above and beyond.

They had the things I wanted. Staff are nice and friendly. The store was clean and not too crowded.

A very broad variety of Indian goods. We bought some produce there and that was a mistake. It was inedible within a couple of days.Checking out was something of a challenge as well with long lines.Only recommended of they have something there you cant get anywhere else.

03/19/2021I made a purchase today at the store. I took an Amul Paneer which was displayed on sale for $1.99. Once I went to the cashier she charged me $2.49. I told her it’s $1.99. She said let me check. She went over there removed the sticker and my husband saw her doing this. She comes and tell me you can go check it’s $2.49. I did not wanted to create a scene in front of other buyer and spoil her image so I came back home. This is insane...they have done this the second time with me.... it’s not 50c but it’s about honesty.... India Bazaar are not honest people they are thieves. Next time I am thinking to record a video and put it on social media.

I think everyone agrees on the variety of Indian and South Asian food and produce thats available here. I mostly go there for the puffs - Veg/Aloo Chilli/Paneer are available. Their Veg Puff is the best Ive tried across many of the DMVs Indian bakeries/restaurants. Only problem is that they seem to be in high demand and run out by noon (on weekends). I sometimes make the trip there exclusively for the Veg Puff and for this reason have to begrudgingly settle down for an Aloo Chilli or Panner Puff or Samosa. Such are the travails of the man that cant wake up early on the weekends 😛😅

We enjoy this modern, clean store with wider aisles and more cash registers than some Indian groceries weve visited. Cashiers are friendly and efficient.

Decent quality and prices on groceries

This is one of the best Indian Groceries I have found near falls church. But there is lot of scope for improvement. They can add more products to their shop like fresh flowers, fresh roti and more vegetables. They should visit some of the big Indian Groceries in New Jersey and follow their model to make it more customer friendly. They can make the prices more reasonable.

Update went there yesterday 8/26 and all was in order . The store is well stocked and their employees are generally very helpful. I tend to go when they are not very busy thoughWent there today. The dispenser for anti microbial was out. I informed a person there who said he will come with it. waited for 10 minutes. I then went to see him at the office and he rudely said that he is in the middle of something else and I should wait. Did not know that the safety of the customers was less important than what he was doing. On an earlier visit too they ran out of it but a cashier gave me the pump. I left right away though I had a list to buy will not go there again

The staff is rude and not helpful. Always issue with prices at check out.Had a product damaged at store and it was literally the broken counter still the cashier did not had helped and made rude statements.

The staff arent helpful at all!!Plus not enough staff working on the floor. When I asked for help locating a few items it was a big deal.The staff made me feel like I was a bother. When someone of the same cultural background asked for help the staff flipped the script and the staff was more than happy to help.

There is so much selection and tasty options. I found cardamom ice cream and had it for the first time, delicious! The staff is also friendly and efficient, I highly recomend a stop by.

While the overall shopping experience was quite pleasant and almost everything that I wanted was in stock, a number of the frozen items that I got had gone really bad. And not just limited to one brand but it was across different brands.

After visiting a few indian stores, this was a great experience. Wide aisles, clean floors, nicely stacked vegetables, and well trained cashiers. A safe facility from COVID-19. Congrats to the owner and the staff. PS This experience was at 1020 am on a weekday.

It was 20 min drive for me, but it was totally worth it, it is the best Indian store that Ive been to in the northern virginia.Fresh vegetables, clean store, spacious, good variety of products.

This has been my latest go to store for Indian grocery items. The location is nice and it is easily accessible. The store associates are nice and helpful.The store is big enough so there is never much crowd here. The checkout process is also pretty quick.Most of the Indian grocery items are available here. There is hardly any stuff that you will not find. Only sometimes, I have not found stuff from a specific brand which are available in nearby Indian grocery stores. But this is like a one stop shop for all Indian grocery stuff.

Its a very well stocked and well priced Indian store. I like the fact that most of the frozen non veg products are not stocked with veg. Im a vegan and usually this kills my desire to buy. The cashier is very helpful and well mannered.

Extremely helpful to have this great store in Fairfax which is impeccably clean and carries everything so well! Our family loves to shop at India bazaar. Their Stores are clean and convenient for us. Their staff is friendly and the prices are also good.

In general, India Bazaar offers more choices than other stores. However, prices are basically the same as smaller establishments. This is a recently opened store but their fresh sweets have mold in them. One needs to pay more attention when pick out products here.The store is clean and hopefully it stays clean. More choices but quality needs to check by shoppers.
