My boyfriend needed assistance with a 10x15 and came across Jackie and Tanya at this location and were absolutely fantastic! Their customer service was superb! They both truly demonstrated the definition of customer service. They were kind, helpful & professional! I know it’s just a storage place, but this review has to be left! A round of applause for these two! All the other storage locations should send their employees to this location to be trained ok customer service from these two young ladies. This was our first time getting a storage unit and the online signup was easy and convenient. I did have some questions, which all got answered after speaking with Joe at the facility. On move in day we actually got to meet Joe and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility itself is very clean, well lit and secure. For a first time experience, Id recommend this place.

The customer service (Jackie, specifically) made navigating through this new experience so easy. This was a foreign process to me but her professionalism and courtesy made this exponentially more awesome and free of stress!

I tried to get away from public storage because I had mice in my previous unit. So I went with EZ storage. It was awesome. Ice cold ac and very neat facilities. Public storage just bought this, I went in today and it was hot inside, their greed is making them turn ac down. Expect this place to start falling apart soon under public storage management.

Reserved a unit online, came in for a look then completed the paperwork, so easy to do!

EzStorage was, as advertised, really easy to set and move into. Genesis helped my wife and I get all set up, took us to view the locker before the transaction. She made sure we felt comfortable and understood the terms of the contract before we moved in.Once she released the unit to us moving in could not have been easier. Carts were available for use and they came in very handy to get our stuff into and out of our unit.Only think I think could be improved on is when you pull into the interior lot after 5PM the doors to get in to the building need a password. I think a key fob system might be better. :)

Its new, clean, and almost always empty. I doubt if they are much above half capacity. The introductory rate is hard to pass up, and they are an 8 minute walk from my house. I hate having storage but this place is about as ideal as storage gets.

Anything but EZFor a business that exists so that people can load or unload their belongings at their facility, the fact that they dont have any designated loading area boggles the mind. If you are taking a few shoe boxes out of the trunk of your car this is no big deal, but if you are dealing with a truck load this is not the place to be. They have an awning about the size of an umbrella over the doors, but no other protection from the elements. The gentleman who was behind the desk on 8/12/2020 was extremely unpleasant and not at all helpful. It appears this place was built to maximize profits at the expense of convenience for their customers. For the rates they charge this is simply unacceptable. I would never give this place a dime of my money unless they remodeled and put in a loading dock. With such large units available they need to be more accommodating to large trucks. To do otherwise is greedy and simply not good business.

I love this place! Its brand new, very clean and the staff at the front desk was efficient and helpful. My unit is bigger and nicer than I thought I would get for the inexpensive price. Its not far from my house, yet I didnt even know it existed.

I love this new storage space! Its bright and airy - they have lots of windows for ambient light to augment the electric lights. The storage units are very nice - shiny and new. The staff is just awesome!!! And its very convenient to get in and out of. Oh, and they have lots of very BIG carts for moving your stuff! Lots of parking available for loading/unloading as well as parking for those helping you.

Went by to look at some units and the facility is very clean, atmosphere was great. Genecis & Jose make a very good team helping each other. They answered all my question and were very detailed. Huge thanks to them!!!

Storage suppose to be convenient for customers, but too many order. Customers need use restroom, When during business hour,but the staff told to go Mcdonald.Mcdonald is not open for restroom business .

I just got my storage in this facility in fairfax va and the place is brand new. The facility is clean and well kept. The manager that assisted me is Jose Suarez; he was very pleasant. He showed and explained everything to me. I’m glad that this is so close to my home.
