Dixie Marine is awesome. They always have what I need and for a better price than amazon and in stock. I dont know how they do it but I am glad they do. From parts, to service, to sales, and to the mechanics, every person that works there is top notch. They even remember my name and you just dont find that in todays world. I couldnt ask for a better experience over the years. Big hats off to the best boat place I have ever found.

Good customer service. Nathan was more than helpful when picking up some new rods. Was trying to pick out some higher end rods and he was extra knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Very helpful about paperwork that was needed for watercraft registration. It honestly couldnt have gone easier there. The store is well stocked with fishing and boat gear. Plenty of new boats in stock too.

First time to Dixie Marine. Had a couple of issues with a new boat I purchased out of state and needed to get a few accessories. Worked with Rudy and he spent way more time with me than he needed to. Much appreciated for a first time boat owner. His service team found the issue with my trailer quickly and fixed it on the spot. Hope to make this my go-to place for all things Ranger.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I would highly recommend Dixie Marine to anyone! Rudy is the best :) :) He helped me surprise my husband with a new boat for his birthday! He was in constant communication and walked me through every detail. He answered all of my questions from finance to boat equipment. Truly an amazing team they have there! Cindy from finance was efficient and on top of everything! Everyone there is truly fantastic, that includes the Service and Parts team! They are always so friendly to my daughter and me when we go in. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had used a different company for a number of years to do my boat maintenance and repairs but was always put off by their staff who was always unfriendly.I had heard good things about Dixie Marine so I gave them a try. I have been using them for several years now and am very happy with how their staff treats me. Pricing has been fair and turnaround pretty good. Highly recommend.

This is the place I always go to for service or parts..They really know what they are talking about and priced very fairly.Just dont try to turn left out of their lot unless you have a death wish

I purchased my first bass boat (2013 Ranger Z118) from Dixie Marine. I live in Maryland and total round trip took 21 hours. This included 9 hour drive one way, 3 hour walk around, inspection, tutorial, purchase and 9 hours back. I also requested a hot foot and battery jump start switch be added before I arrived. Rudy, Cindy and the service department made it a very pleasant experience.I ran into a small problem when I got home. I paid the tax to the wrong state. Cindy and Maryland DNR helped fix my issue. So I did not pay double taxes. I not going to lie, it stressed me out.After 3 weeks of owning my bass boat, I took it out on the water. I am still smiling from ear to ear. Im realizing that I need to make more money because now I need a hydraulic jack plate and 2 power poles. Thanks again to all the folks at Dixie Marine and Maryland DNR.SINCERELY,Thomas G.

Rudy at Dixie Marine went above and beyond to make my new boat purchase a great experience.I did my homework on pricing in and around Knoxville,Tn. No dealer could come close to the pricing of a new Ranger.The whole staff treated us as if we where old customers.I am a customer for life.Well worth the drive.

Went down for their open house great time good food and the amount of door prizes they gave away was incredible. I shop there often for all my boating needs and some tackel

Went to the annual fish fry that was so incredible great crowd great people great prizes free every year people should come out check out some bad ass boats

I was helped my mike to pick out a 9.9 outboard, he helped me all through the way. The most impressive part was the used 9.9 they sold me has problems cycling water, took it back 2 days later and they fixed everything no questions asked, haven’t got out to test it again but the way they dealt with the situation showed amazing customer service. I will use them again in the future.

Being a fishing widow I love to buy stuff for my husbands boat for birthdays and holidays as surprises but I have no clue about terms or stuff I love calling Mark at Dixie and he can figure out what the hubby is wanting and he gets it all ordered for me.
