Very Helpful Staff And very Reasonable And Nice Remnants!

Carpet Discounters has tons of carpet statues from fear of really good prices on Alder carpets and great deals too. I like to get the fake grass carpet when I go here we bought some for our dog a while ago when it was a great price cut it down to size and have an indoor potty on inside. This place might be a little bit pricier than other places such as big box office stores like Home Depot but the quality and customer service is well worth the price.

Apparently gray us the popular color. No help looking for what we needed. Had to climb over rolls of carpets to get remnants on wall.

Just finished our install yesterday and couldnt be happier. Danny and his coworker did an excellent job, Ive searched and searched for a seam and have yet to find one. Everyone was great, from the ladies in the office, to the owner, to the install guys, just a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Love my carpet! Yall rock!

So the carpet quality and price was wonderful. They do have a warranty that comes with if they do your installation. The service was very friendly and respectful in store and during installation. But i do feel this is more considered a discount for those who are purchasing the carpet but having installation by someone else. And i had a few issues with a few spots around the house afterwards. But i called the store and told them what my issues were, and they se t someone straight out to fix it. Over all i ended up getting a thicker, better quality carpet for half the cost i was quoted by home depot and Lowes for that same quality of carpet. Home depot had told me they could match that price, but the carpet and padding they was using to match that price was no where close to the carpet i was getting at carpet discounters.

We have used Carpet Discounter in the past and have been pleased. NOT THIS TIME. Their customer service is awful; they have been rude the entire time, not responsive and never touching base after being told they would. We had no idea what time our carpet was being installed because they never called the day before like they told us they would. Awful experience will never use again. We dropped thousands of dollars worth of carpet and padding to be treated like we’ve never walked into the store. I wouldn’t recommend this company; go somewhere else and have people actually be there to answer your questions and even phone calls. RUN!

Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I began purchasing my floors from them years ago and I will never buy from anyone else! Ron, the owner, is so knowledgeable and reasonable. This is a good family owned business and I recommend them to anyone.

They have plenty to choose from and seem to know what they’re talking about. Mike, the vinyl installer, was awesome. As far as anything else, no. Mike went above to make sure I was happier with my floors. Diane told me the wood was going to be thicker than it actually was. But of course nothing can be done about it now. The owner and others called me several times to collect the balance when the work wasn’t even done yet. The whole thing was an inconvenience but now I know what not to do going forward. If you go, make sure you get mike on the side for work. Not thru them.

They installed a tile floor for us in our kitchen. We are very happy with the end result and the customer service along the way. They went way above and beyond what we expected by helping us solve our squeaky floor issues. They are a great company and we will use them again.

Purchased carpet and it wasnt what they labeled it as, so after I picked it up and got it home moved all my furniture and unrolled it I saw how short it was. I roll it back up and drive back thinking they gave me the wrong one. Nope, they just said it was probably labeled wrong. All that was offered was to look around and try and find something else. No thank you, I dont like hauling carpet around

Do not recommend at all, will not stand behind their products or their poor installation had my whole house done with lvt and carpet, pieces were coming out day after they left, forgot to cut out my floor outlets, carpeted right over them, called them to show them how floor all coming apart, first sent guy installed to see, then sent the distributor of the lvt out to look he said poor install now they wont even come back out to fix,of course now they dont have any left that matches mine and it supposebly not made anymore....not my problem. So now I hired a new flooring company to tear out all their junk and put in quality flooring in my whole house, complete junk, stay away from this company I hope I can keep one person from going thru what I have gone thru....waste of alot of money. Just my experience....

We had carpet installed and that was amazing so then we had vinyl installed as well. They screwed so many things up it was ridiculous so they send someone out an hour and half later than what they told us and the same person as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

Much better selection than we have seen. Will readily give samples. It looks to be cheaper too.

This is where I go for my flooring needs. They came highly recommended by a family member who restores homes. Ive been to them when I needed carpet in my finished basement, when I replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and living room, and when I put LVP (luxury vinyl planks) in the study and dining room. I will be back when it comes time for the kitchen, foyer and hallway.
