Fairfield is blessed to have a cell phone doctor in town. I went to see Kevin to buy a new battery for my phone. He ran some tests and showed me that my battery was fine. Then he removed a lot of junk on my phone that was eating up the battery. No charge.When my charge port quit working he quickly replaced it with a new one while I waited for a very reasonable amount. Its so refreshing to have a business thats totally honest and fair. If you have any trouble with your cell phone Im pretty confident that theres nothing that Kevin cannot fix.

My experience was good. Not great. I thing he over charges. I had a screen changed out and I had to go back to him because the screen he changed out cracked when I put a screen protector on it. He only gave me 10% off a better but not new screen. It was still over $100. I will take me phone to a much cheaper but better quality place next time.

Pone screen was broken and unresponsive. I went in to get it fixed, He told me the price and that right now they were accepting cash only. No problem, I run to the ATM and by the time I was back my phone was fixed and ready to go. Appreciate it 👍

Repair was done within stated time. Mic on phone had been damaged. Updated: I removed my phone protector case. The back of my phone now, has multiple creases/ marks. My phone is 5 months old and the phone has been in the case since, new. It had no blemishes.

Do not go here to fix your phone. High prices for simple fixes most people would do for free. Bad customer service.

Ive been to the Fairfield Cell Phone Doctor many times. They are always friendly and skilled. My Tablet 4 battery expanded and pushed out my screen. Cell Phone Doctor replaced the battery and re-sealed the screen in about 40 minutes and for a VERY reasonable price. I highly suggest Cell Phone Doctor.

My back camera on my Samsung s10e was completely shattered, I was worried it couldnt get fixed due to being a 2 year old phone, but cell phone doctor fixed it in just 10 minutes!! Very professional and Im so happy that it was able to get fixed. Definitely go here for any phone repairs !

Went in for a charging port repair, but he didnt connect the network wire so I couldnt get service, I had to drive 30 min back for him to fix that. Mistakes happen, I get that. After he repaired the network, my phone speaker stopped working. I had to drive back to his store the next day, but he couldnt properly fix it, so now Ill have to get a new phone. Instead of refunding my original service fee, he gave me a used pair of ear buds as compensation for my phone, a half a tank of gas and 5 hours of my time.Nice guy, though.

I took my Broken phone here after it was run over by a car and fire truck. What looked like it was impossible to repair was repaired. Not only that Mr Kevin gave me a loaner phone till mine was repaired. He also made sure all my information was transferred back to my phone. It was all worth the cost for me. Im giving the owner Kevin 5 stars for fixing my Samsung S10+My phone was left on a van and fell off on River Rd. In Fairfield. Two hrs later it was found in the road crushed in what seemed to be an unrepairable phone. After buying a new phone, then becoming frustrated because nothing on my new phone worked, I decided to give the Doctor a call. Even as a brought my smashed phone to him customers kinda laughed. Well no faster than I could go grab something to drink and a quick ATM visit he was outside taking a break. I thought well this isnt good. Not even 30 minutes later my phone was good as new. I was shocked. Sorry for the long post, but this guy needed shouted out. Highly recommended..

Beware!This guy worked on my phone and completely destroyed it. Gave me a screen that was already broke. Stole my ear speaker out of the phone.Phone lasted all of an hour then he wouldnt repair it again saying I broke it when that was not the case.Dont waste your money on this pos. He still owes me $200..

I brought my iPad Air to Kevin at The Cell Phone Doctor with a damaged charging port. His quote to repair it was much lower than expected. However, Kevin was able to sell me another IPad Air for only a little more than the cost of the repair. He transferred everything from iCloud on my damaged device to my new iPad Air. I left there shortly after with all of my apps, photos, etc. accessible on my new device. I was very satisfied with the service and the cost of the iPad Air.

This place was amazing, both in their repair skills and their customer service. My phone was damaged by water, so I had to find a shop to repair my phone. Looked up repair shops in Cincinnati and saw that this place had a ton of consistently positive reviews, so decided to take my phone here. They retrieved my phones data super quickly, were very informative, and advised me on next steps I should take to get my phone replaced. Everything worked out great and cost way less than it would have at Apple. I would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible! I would never recommend, I got a broken screen repaired I told him to make it work right again, he informed my home button would not work unless I gave him 20 more dollars which I went and got out of bank, he never did that repair my home button still does not work, now my phone will NOT connect to ANY wifi, and it is missing one of the screws out of the bottom to hold the screen on, it is no longer water proof

Walked in to take my sons phone for a replacement of the face due to the bad LCD. I told the awesome guy working that I would be back to pick it up, He called me within 15-20 minutes to let me know it was ready. Kevin is the man. I needed the glass on my IPad replaced. It did not matter what color black or white. I returned about 1 1/2 hour later, screen on looked great. Ive always had a fantastic experience. Not only are the prices fair and is the service great, but the owner is incredibly honest. He will let you know when it is not worth the cost to repair or improve your products (hes done this with me and Ive seen him do this several times with others). Ive also had times when the fix was very simple, and he wouldnt even consider charging for it. I trust him and he would be my go-to even if I had to travel further.

My screen cracked and instead of using my insurance with Verizon paying 175.00 for a new phone... I chose to go to cell phone doc to get my screen replaced for $125.00. Not sure why I made this decision, but to make it even better I got it replaced 12/28/17 and on 4/8/18 the screen stopped working and there warranty is only a month. It would cost me 120 to get it fixed. So I would recommend going somewhere like Batteries plus bulbs where they have a 90 day warranty at least.

I marinated my phone in the pool for about 15 minutes while on vaycay. I thought all my pics etc were lost since I didnt back them up. The Phone Dr stayed late getting me together and got all my pics etc. transferred over to my new phone. His price quoted was the price charged. I highly recommend.

I went to cell phone doctor for a replacement battery for my S6 phone. Clerk was very knowledgeable and said it would be on todays delivery later on. I picked up the battery the next day and had it installed. After install I had a minor issue with an LCD bleed. Took it back and clerk gave me a brand new LCD at no charge. Thanks. No complaints

Did a wonderful job but the onlyDownfall is that theyre cash only.I paid $97 plus tax. At first she said it was $85, then after it was fixed they said it was $95. I tried to pay with card and had to make an extra stop to the bank because they are apparently cash only(although there are no signs saying so, and no verbal assurances). The key pad on my phone had stopped working so I walked into the phone doctor store and explained what had happened and he fixed it with no problem. Reply- It fell from my hand on to a counter top, that should not make a screen black out and there is no damage. There is no reason for a brand new screen not to work after 4 months, that is non sense. And if everyone took better care of their phones, then youd have way less business.

Came with a shattered iphone 7 plus and they were able to fix my phone in 15 mins. I just called right when they opened and they took me in.I told them I had class all day so i wouldnt be able to pick it up. I found it very nice of them to fully charge my phone for me while it was there.Spent $150 on repair and they also give you a free screen protector and apply it on for you.Best customer service ever!

Susan Reif, I apologize that you did not read the policy on your receipt it clearly reads that any device not picked up after 30 days will be auctioned. You waited over a year to even attempt to pick up your device, which you yourself told the police that it has been that long,nor did you even attempt to make contact with us until now, even after our numerous failed attempts to contact you. The cell phone doctor strives for great customer service and we attempt to make and keep all our customers happy, unfortunately we have to have policies in place to protect us from financial loss. There has been numerous accounts where we hold devices or customers longer than one month but with no contact after a year we have no choice but to believe that you forfeited on the device.

I had major water damage to my iphone6s; took the phone to Cell Phone Doctor within hours of the accident. He was very upfront with me, warning that it may not be recoverable.
