The gentleman at the store went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience I cracked my cell phone I have an LG velvet they put liquid glass on it to fix the crack and dried the crack charge theyre all up for me very fast entertain my children as they were doing it to guys were amazing

Went in to sign up for Verizon and had a very smooth transaction. Got 2 new phones and a tablet. We have to wait for the tablet to be shipped to us but we got it 1 day later(today) from signing up. David was very nice and help full

I just had the best experience at Verizon!!! The woman working there (think her name is makayla) was so sweet with the best customer service and a man I think named Chris, was VERY helpful. I was having such a bad morning and they made my day a lot better. Earlier I Spilt my mcCafe all over my new Kanye 2020 t-shirt and Burt the hell out of my hand. Ouch! So without my coffee a stained Kanye I was not ready to sit and do the whole phone process. When I walked into the joint, I was greeted with smiles and respect, felt important like not Beyoncé status but definitely a Katherine Heigl vibe they asked what the problem was and instantly helped me out. I felt like they both were honest with me and didn’t come off like a creepy car salesman. Anywho, if you need help or a new phone I HIGHLY recommend going to them.
Chris at this store is amazing!! Ive worked customer service a lot in 50 years but I dont think even I have given better customer service. He worked trying get get my plan and phones 7 hours over Thursday and friday. Never showed anything but a happy face and an extreme eagerness to help me get going!! To top that off he had 3 other customers come in for help and he was able to do my stuff and take care of those customers all with a smile. Chris you rock!! Youre the bomb!! I cant thank you enough for all your patience and kindness. I hope they give you one hell of a raise.

I purchased a new iPhone 11 less than. Two weeks ago. My new phone was defective so I went to the Verizon store in Vacaville. They sent me to the Verizon store in Fairfield . The man there was helpful but said that he couldn’t replace my phone because they were the. Corporate Verizon. I had to go to the Verizon Victra store at the mall.There was only one person working at that store, David. He had only been working there for about one week. He had several customers but was helping all of us. He answered all my questions and located a new phone.He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m So glad he was there to help me.
The two guys were really cool and helpful. They were busy but they still manage to help me out while helping two other people out. Fantastic multitasking.

When we went to get our new iPhones, a young man named David helped us. He was a great salesperson. He helped us throughout our purchase and was very informative along the way. Horrible! I spent a long time waiting for the sales associates to even acknowledge my presence. They were too busy fooling around with their friends on their phones and cracking jokes to each other. They couldnt even assist me in getting the copy of my bill for work and didnt seem really ready to stop playing around in order to give me direction and see my upgrade options to renew my contract. There was no other customers in the store. Long story short... I went to TMobile. They helped me and had me out the door with new and more affordable service and was out the door in less than the time I spent waiting.

I have been a verizon wirelss customer since they bought out GTE Mobilenet. I have been very happy with their service. I wanted to write this review because of all the years ive been with Verizon it has always taken at least 2-3 hours to upgrade my phone and service. Well this is the first time that it took my husband and I to upgrade to a Samsung S8+ in 45 mins. We were in and out of the store in 45 mins. Dyllan did an exceptional job. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services and treated each one of his customers with great service. I would highly recommend going to A wireless - A Verizon wireless authorized dealer for.any of your mobile phone needs.
Alec is the man!! He did what no other person at Verizon said could be done and got me actual help. If I stay with Verizon when my contact is up, and thats a big IF, Alec will be 90% of that reason.
