The staff were extremely accommodating and treated my daughter just as nice and professional. If I knew all of their names I would name them all. My visit was on 3/3/2020 around 2:30pm. Great team of ladies!👍

Let’s start off by saying that I’ve been a MAC customer for years. Fairfield, CA Macy’s is my normal location. I don’t know if there’s been any recent changes in management, you can never get an appointment and the customer service has went down hill! It seems that the artists become irritated just from a customer asking questions (maybe overwhelmed) I am truly considering another brand to go with.

Waited for like 30 minutes to finally be help aftee the initial give a moment . Then one second let me get my brushes another 10 minutes. Then a glance over and shes applying make on someone else. But excuse me I thought you were helping mr. How are you the assistant manager but fail to handle customer care. Not happy with the service I received. Thanks but no thanks Toya
