Visited along with my wife, Ms Paula is very helpful, she answered all of my Wife questions in detail with patience .Helped and suggested with testing various shades etc.I Appreciate for her time and patience. Keep up the good work.
The store is usually stocked well. Only thing I didnt like was being next in line, and told by next available cashier, to wait while she text on her phone. Another girl ended up taking me, and was very sweet.

I feel like every time I come to ulta they never have matching shampoo or conditioner. Like there will be a small bottle of shampoo or conditioner and the largest size of the opposite. Or there will be a shampoo but not the matching conditioner or vice versa. Its pretty annoying and challenging. Idk if the buyers are just unaware of how the products are sold or dont really care... but this is across all shampoo brands not just one.

Nice store. Good variety. It is a smaller store for an Ulta. If you do have questions it can be a little hard to find someone to help you. At the store youre kind of left to your own devices. The only really disappointing thing is that you cant shade match because of COVID so it can be hard to know what shade for a new foundation.
Didnt have a lot items in stock, a little pricey. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lots of stuff for sure. Honestly it goes either way. Whether or not you go to Ulta beauty is like the difference between installing carpet or installing hardwood, either way you can walk on it.
Not enough staff to help out with question about ideas in the store. But very clean, and when able to fine staff very helpful, polite and courtesy.

Didnt have what I needed. Nobody offered me help but the lady at the front was hard working and sweet.
I received an email from Ulta with a coupon to save $10 if you spend $50, with Mothers day coming up soon I decided to spend my $50 to save $10 on my Mom. She loves rose flavored stuff so Im making her a gift basket with everything rose. When I got up to the counter I tried to use my coupon that I had just received that same day through my email but the associate said my coupon had already been used and was invalid. Needless to say I still spent $50 but I did not receive the $10 savings with the coupon. Pretty disappointed because I just dont know how someone could have used the coupon if it came through email. Still received superb treatment in the store so I will be back!!
Great prices. Great selection from skin care to hair care. They care about you, the customer. Everyone there is very polite, pleasant and helpful. Today, I was waited on by Jessica. Wow, what a sweetheart! She patiently answered all my questions regarding hair services rendered there. This Ulta, is definitely the ULTA mate experience!

Makeup, makeup, makeup, did I say makeup!!! Everything you could ever imagine to beat that face-- makeup, makeup. Yes yes a little pricey with some items; especially the brushes, but a girl can have fun in there if youre into makeup. I went in for brow dip, the colors did not match, the samples were already oxidized which give off a different look and color than the one I purchased. I had the representative help and they agreed the Box product was totally different from the sample that had been out and been touched by millions of hands so buyers beware. It was fun playing dress up again, staff was friendly and store was very energetic...treat your self to a two-face event

Just OK. My first time in and Im thinking I might go somewhere else next time. I had gift card to use is reason for visit. I walked into a chaotic store brightly lit not knowing where to find anything or anyone to help me. The shelves had little or no products and the makeup samples looked as if everyones 3 year old had played in it. After finding someone to help, she was able to assist me and was knowledgeable of product and application.

The clerk that checked me out was super friendly and helped me save the most I could.
I could spend hours there looking at products. The selection is wide for makeup, hair care, face care, and much more. Very lenient with letting you try products. Great for people who want to make sure theyll like what theyre buying.

I would have liked to check the store out more. On our anniversary we went in to check it out. Got followed around by this security guard the whole time. Not until I pointed it out did they leave us alone. Felt very discriminated against.
Excellent service at the new Vallejo location. And so many selections! The best part ? The have a large selection of Lancome products and a knowledgeable and professional consultant. Challenges? They dont open until 10am on Saturdays......that should be the only day of the week that they should open at 9am.

Some girl who works there follows me around every time I go there! She always tries to force me to use a shopping bag, and I always decline. she wont stop passing the isles im on and never treats anyone else in the store like this when Im there. I dont know why she does that, but i find it INCREDIBLY OFFENSIVE. IT RUINS MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME.

Watch out .. its an attitude place.. I came on time (my appointment time) and they let me wait for half an hour without even checking me out if I was already in...one hair stylist working there even told me story that she only pick a customer she likes.. they should hire people with good customer service. The job not as great.
Clean store. Employees could be more tentative to customers instead of each other. Prices are high, but I was able to find exactly what I wanted, by myself, through trial and error. Definitely need to train their employees better.

The Fairfield ulta is the worst story ever the employees are so rude and truthfully know nothing about the makeup they are selling. No one knows anything as if non of them wear makeup or its just that much of an inconvenience to them to help you. All they want is for you to buy the makeup and to check you out. Im a Cosmo student and a makeup artist and I know how to be professional. These people are not, and they were rude to my daughter!

Never stocked, messy and there is way to many customers vs 1 cashier! Especially on the weekend and in a mall, this store had never been different always understaffed which isnt a pleasant shopping experience.
I went there to get my hair fixed from a hair dresser at another place that fried my hair. They did great job trying to fix my hair ( it has long way to go). I told the ladies I was new to town and looking for a new job and had this hair mess happen to me. They suggested I get eyelashes from the lady there. Omg biggest mistake ever!!! She glued them to my skin and my eyes swelled up. Thought was reaction to the lashes called to have them taken off they would help me till next day! Hello my eyes hurt so bad I wanted to scratch them out! So I called a lash place and they got me in right away. Said only time she had ever seen lashes this bad was when a girl came in who let her friend do them from watching YouTube video!My eyelashes are almost gone, glue is still stuck all over them, one eye is so red it’s hard to open and they are both so puffy and hurt!I’m so angry that this women works in a professional place and obviously didn’t know how to properly do lashes. She should be doing them to anyone ever! PS if your lashes hurt they are not done correctly!If I could give 0 stars I would.PS. lady works at Fairfield Ulta!
Thanks to Erica Nurse, she was my hair stylist today and she transform my hair unrealistic. The atmosphere it was great and the people were really nice . Tottally recommend it! :)
I am so agitated with the customer service at the hair salon at this location.. I wanted to make an appointment with a stylist named Jan who had done my hair before. I was told she no longer worked there so I booked an appt with the stylist on the phone. When I asked how long the appointment could take for what I wanted she said it could take “2.5 to 4 hours.” When I showed up she tried to talk me into only doing half my hair today because she “didn’t have more than 2 hours for me.”I just drove 25 min to get to the appointment and then was told she didn’t have more than 2 hours for me when originally she told me the appt could take up to 4 hours.I will never return or recommend this location.

Terrible. Terrible customer service. The employees are rude and dont know how to interact with the customers. They’re terrible at their job and I would like to inform all the future customers and warn you all. I was treated with so much disrespect that other customers started to notice and leave the store because of how awful it was. If you want to be mistreated and cussed at then the Ulta at the Solano Mall is the perfect place for you!
Honestly idk why all this bad reviews, I have been coming to this store for a long time, and never have I had a bad experience with any of the employees, all the ladies are extremely helpful, very nice, professional, and knowledgeable on all their products.
No one here really knows anything. Better to do your research and just order online because they never tend to the long lines and the service can be frustrating.

This one is way better then the Vacaville one imo in terms of getting an eyebrow wax. They have a private room with soothing music and aroma therapy as opposed to VV where you are in the middle of the store and your waxer is looking for shoplifters and rushing through cuz another lady walked up and wants to be fit in. I just wish the employees at both spots wouldnt be so up your butt with can I help you?. More than once or twice in 10 minutes is way unnecessary. Just let me put on makeup!
I tried to fill out the survey on my receipt, however the survey has an error and wont allow me to complete. Here is my review in a nutshell. This store has some serious employee training issues and they all need a lecture about customer service.I had two small items to pay for, yet had to stand and wait while a customer went and found further items to fulfill her order. I was clearly in discomfort as I was was wearing a leg brace (I am recovering from foot surgery). There was only one cashier at the registers, yet there was another cashier standing and fussing over a display near the registers. It was very obvious that I am temporarily disabled, however neither cashier even bothered to look at me, not even when the cashier behind the counter stood idle while the customer left the counter to go pursue her other check out items. The cashier fussing with the display was gossiping with a customer, the cashier behind the register was OBLIVIOUS to my growing impatience and discomfort. Honestly, the two cashiers were acting like idiots. I was really happy to see an Ulta open in my mall, however, I will be hesitant to shop there again unless I have plenty of time to waste because the cashiers were clearly in their own little world.Honestly, I was standing there, wearing a leg brace, in discomfort, while a customer was allowed to hold up the line while she went and picked out some lip glosses. The whole scenario was utterly rude, and if the second cashier had half a wit about herself, she would have SEEN me and gotten on her register to ring up my sale. Sephora can be very busy at times but I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior at the their store as I experienced at the Ulta in Fairfield today.
My boyfriend bought me a curling iron (hot tool) from ulta about three weeks ago. He got the pink 1 1/4 barrel. He didn’t keep the receipt, which was very stupid. The curls wouldn’t stay, I asked him to exchange it for a smaller barrel, once in the store he decided to just return it and give me the money to purchase it. The cashier wanted to refund him something like $49.50, when he paid about $70.00 Since there was a promotion, buy a curling iron and you get one free. I told him to wait and I’ll go exchange it myself. Once in the store I talked to the hair salon manager, explained the problem; she suggested it was the product in my hair. She put a kit to “help it stay.” So I bought it, tried it a few times, the curls still won’t stay. I went back in to exchange it for a smaller barrel and the cashier didn’t want to exchange it. She had me call customer services so they can find the transaction, email me the receipt and then exchange it. I called customer services spoke to a representive which was super rude. I asked to speak to a surpervisor because I didn’t have the information she was requesting of me (my boyfriend card information). The representative keep giving me the run around till I lost my cool and I asked to put a manager on the phone. Amber answered and all she can do was apologize for the inconvince. i asked for an explanation as why was it so difficult to exchange a curling iron, the explanation given to me; it depends on the associate if they want to exchange it or not without a receipt. WOWSo basically I went in two times for this issue, bought product to try to resolve it, spend over 15 mins waiting to talk to someone on the phone, waited ten mins to get a supervisor on the phone, and no solution. I decided to gather all things I purchased from Ulta within the last 60 days, get my money back and take my business somewhere else.Terrible customer service!!! Terrible company.Take your business somewhere where YOUR business is valued.
