This is the 4th letter that I have had to email to their so called customer service:To Whom It May Concern,I’m not sure why, but I suspect that the reason I’m sending you an email for the third time, there is no way to contact your company other than to send emails that never get any response. My order (Order # 2325) was placed on July 30, 2018. It was exactly one month before I got 1 of the 4 polishes that I paid for, and paid extra for expedited shipping. I’ve sent emails, trying to at least find out what happened, but nothing. Finally, I receive an email telling me that my order, or the rest of it was being shipped. Still no response to my request to have the extra money I paid for expedited shipping to be refunded. I get my order today, glad to be done with this situation once and for all, vowing to never do business with this company anymore. When I opened the package, the first thing I noticed was that there were only 2 bottles when there should have been 3. The next thing I noticed was that the top of one of the boxes that the polishes came in was cut off. The last and worst thing I noticed was that neither of the two polishes that they did send were any of the ones I ordered!!At this point, I am beyond dissatisfied. I don’t know how your business ever gained the notoriety that it has for being such a great product, because no matter how good, it is not good enough to justify the absolutely horrible customer service! I want a response to this letter from someone within 3 days. I am contacting the BBB, and I’ve also contacted the state District Attorney to find out what my legal options are. I know there are other customers that your company has done this to, because I’ve seen the reviews. If I have to contact everyone I can find who has had this problem with your company in order to file a class action suit, I will. This is a deplorable way to handle business and treat your customers.. You could be really successful if you weren’t so blatantly trying to screw people for their money.
I bought nail polish from their website in 2018 and never got an order, I had to contact my bank and report them for fraud just to get my money back

TRUE SCAMMERS!....good at taking your money and awful at sending the products youve ordered. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PEOPLE!P.s.If you map the address to Zapora it takes and shows you a donut shop....like really people be careful! I added a picture of what I ordered and how its still unfulfilled. Plus Im adding a picture of their place on maps...the 800 number for customer support is out of service plus no email has been answered.
HORRIBLE. True scammers. Didnt get a tracking number. They dont reply to emails. They delete my comments on instagram and then BLOCKED ME. Ordered 3 months ago absolutely ridiculous.

Very upset with my order they send me the wrong colors I email company multiply time and they never ever got an email back very upset the customer service I even send they pictures but no one ever call be but they took my money very fast.
