The customer service and wait time is better than Verizon but I think the prices are high on everything.

Coming into the store I was befuddled and without any clue as to what I needed. I was quickly met with a nice young man, Anthony, and he guided me to a path that I am happy to be met with.

Unknowledgeable about First Net. Will do anything for a sale. Was told I would get a free iWatch with $10/mo added line fee (offered with AT&T, not First Net) with a trade in and $700. Well the line fee is actually $25/mo, not $10.Didn’t find this out till I was billed. Their transparency on how billing works in non existent either. Watch for surprises!Asked to speak to the manager, he is out of town and was told I have to wait till he’s back before I could talk to the district manager. What a joke.They placed me on speaker phone and I could hear them laughing in the background while trying to explain what happened. Bunch of unprofessional people up there.Still waiting to hear from real management so I can explain what happened.

On 11/15/20 I visited the Fairview Heights, IL AT&T store to see if I could afford to purchase an iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB. The sales rep, Antwan, made my visit stress free. He took all the time I needed to understand both the cost difference and enhancements of each model of phone I was looking to purchase. He also was able to find a new plan for me that was both cheaper and afforded me more perks. I would highly recommend this store and, especially, Antwan if you are looking to purchase a new iPhone 12.

Reannan was very knowledgeable and friendly. She assisted us with getting the best internet plan for our business. She went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed. She even helped us get signed up for auto pay and our att apps. I highly recommend Reannan to others! We will be returning.

I worked with Antwon at the Fairview Heights Illinois store and he was awesome. He got me on a plan that lowered my plan by almost $200 per month. Went to visit a salesman (Bill Keys, the best there ever was or ever will be) I have known for some time now, and was given to a relative newcomer (Maddy) instead. Decided to reserve judgement until I found out if she knew her stuff... WOW - she DOES know her stuff! She remained very professional, all throughout the visit. I tried to play “stump the dummy” with her, and lost big time. She knew the ins and outs of every phone I looked at, researched and set me up with the plan that was best for ME, not her pocketbook. Went into the store after visiting another phone company with their quote in hand. Was greeted by Roldy immediately. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Went into the store to upgrade 2 phones and they said my 7 and 9 yr are to stay in my car if I wanna stay in the store to upgrade my phones. It was 37 degrees outside and as a mother leaving my kids when its getting dark outside and in the cold is unnecessary. They had their masks on, we were keeping 6ft apart unlike some of their own employees. And when I made a comment about leaving kids in the car and another employee said you can just leave.

I went to AT&T in Fairview Heights ILon 11/17/20 about my phone bill. They Suspend my line, AT&T said they didnt receive my payment I dont know how that could be when my bank said it been paid on 11/13/20. I was very upset! Cause they had cut my phone off! But Charles who works there took good care of me. As I was on the phone with customer service, he was going over my plan, and notice I was paying too much for my bill, So he adjusted my bill and talk me into buying some Airpods and other Accessories. I was very pleased when I left out! Thank you, Charles

05/14/2020 I walked in with a broken phone and needed to get a new one ASAP, Mary was the sales representative that helped me. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. She quickly gave me all the options and explained every solution in detail and gave me her advice that would be most helpful and beneficial for me . After I decided to go with a new phone she helped me set it up, transfer everything over from my old phone and even installed the screen protector for me. I’ve been to many other at&t stores in the area and would highly recommend the Fairview heights location. We went to the store for the purpose of getting phone upgrades. We had shopped online for what we thought was the best deal but the representative (Aaron) was very helpful and directed us to a better deal than we were expecting. He took the extra time to take care of the setup in store and made sure we were able to use the new phones before we left. Shopping for new phones can be frustrating and overwhelming but he made it very easy for us. Ive been a customer at that store for over 10 years and it was by far the best experience I have had there. I highly recommend it!!!

Very courteous and knowledgeable people. Using social distancing by only letting a certain number of people in the store at a time. Takes your name at the door, asks you to wait in your vehicle thenwhen its your turn they come and get you. Only waited about 7 minutes.

When I went in I had already ordered a tablet from a different ATT store & was trying to get that mess figured out. I had already made NUMEROUS calls to ATT online & it was chaos! I happened to be at this location while in STL & I think the CSR was Harold. Even he had a difficult time finding my order only to tell me that not only was that product back ordered to an unspecified date, it was also outdated for which I was not amused. However, Harold & the manager solved my problem, got me a BETTER tablet & saved more than the original outdated tablet! They really knew their information & by the time I arrived home, everything has been confirmed & I will have my tablet in a few days! Exceptional customer service from this location!!!!!

I usually like ATT. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED with the fact that the Hotspot plans charge an overage fee for data and dont offer an unlimited plan.

Considering the current situation we find our selves in as a society, your management staff was patient and understanding yet firm in enforcing the social distancing policy. I want to make sure to give a shout out to Bill. He was the rep that assisted me directly for all 4 hours of my visit yesterday. I put him through quite a few transitions and changes to my account(s) and he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and extremely helpful. While i didnt work directly with anyone else, from what i observed, the same could be said of every single employee that was in store on 3/21/2020 from 1000-1400. Kudos to you all, from the perspective of a paramedic, youre all handling all of this about as well as you possibly can. In times like these, we are quickly reminded of how critical it is that all of our loved ones have reliable access to a phone, and if at all possible, the internet as well. I truly appreciated everything Bill, the Fairview Heights employee/management team, and AT&T/ First Net as a whole was able to do to assist my family and I in this time of unexpected and unprecedented chaos.
