It is my belief that this business is out to make a huge profit and arent concerned about customer satisfaction. I find a lack of honesty in the people we dealt with. I am sorry that anyone ever referred me to this business. I called to inquire about fixing my sons iphone. He had dropped the phone and shattered the screen. He purchased a new screen online and replaced it, but the phone still wasnt working. I called Green Mobile and told them the phone wasnt working. I was told that they would look at it and phone repair fees were $99. She said it might cost less if they only had to connect a wire. My son took the phone into the store and was taken for a ride. He paid $100 for a phone that is not fully functioning. I called to complain, but was given conflicting information from the previous days conversation. I feel that this business is unreliable. At the very least I would have expected some honesty from someone who would have informed my son that he could replace the screen again, but the phone may not work.

These people suck. i came in for a battery replacement and they took my back door to the phone and wouldnt give it back. do not go here. i went to CPR cell phone repair and got the back door to my phone that Green mobile stole. cheap is not always the right solution.

Literally called 7 times. No answer.

They told me that it would cost $200 dollars to replace the screen on my GS3 because the screen was connoted to something it wasnt but then I went to CPR right down the street and they told me it would only cost $115

Out of Business!!! Phone # Disconnected!!!
