Saw the on-site doc for an eye exam and then ordered glasses. From start to finish it was an easy process. Doc was thorough and staff friendly and helpful.

I was a first timer here today and I loved it. Dr was great- very nice and staff is too. I will definitely keep going for any of my Eyewear needs.

They always take care of me here.. Cause i either break or loose my glasses...lol.. They stay nice and willing to help.... although i hate having to spend my money, they make it very easier...lolol

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Employees seem to work well together. It is a small business and Fairview Hgts. is their only location. You do not have to get your eye exam from their dr. You may bring in a prescription from your own dr. I got an eye exam and two pairs of single vision lenses for $162! Other options are available for purchase, including transition lenses or sunglasses!They will call when my order arrives and is ready for p/up (within 8 to 10 days for single vision.) COVID precautions taken from the time I walked through the door to finish - protective measures taken during eye exam and in reception area. Masks required. They offer hand sanitizer and plenty of trays to put in any frames youve tried on. Employees sanitize and restock frames. Most frames are $39 but they also offer more expensive frames ranging up to $130. They offer more $39 frames than the more expensive frames but I tell you, they have a great selection of the $39 frames to choose from. Highly recommend!

My Daughter Went to the Fairview Heights Store for Her Contact Lenses and Loved It, So She Referred Me There for An Eye Exam and New Glasses, I Also Read the Reviews and Decided to Go on 7-10-20 !!.....The Optician and Staff Were Very Friendly and Knowledgeable!!!!....My NIGHTMARE Began When I Received My Eyeglasses !!!........I Had to Tilt My Head to Enable Me To Use the Bifocals, Which Means I Couldnt My Newly Purchased Eye Wear (How Does That Happen if You Are Being Measured CORRECTLY?) They Were Very Nice About Getting that Corrected, I Was Told My New Lenses Would Be Back in a Couple of Days, They Would Call Me When They Arrived----Okay-----They Called And Said It Would Be Longer Than Anticipated------Okay-------They Called and Said Your Lenses are Ready, The People Who Fit Them Will Be Here Everyday--------OKAY------I Go to Pick Up My New Lenses !!....Guess What ????!!!! I think this place is nice and the staff is friendly... I would have give them a 5 except I have to give them a 4 because the eye doctor came out to tell me he forgot to tell me a part of my diagnosis and he said it in front of all the other customers.... I truly think he should have called me back into his office to keep it more on the professional side. I didnt think that was cool.

No extra for frames!!This allows for you to afford the extras like scratch and glare protection!Would highly recommend going here for your eye glass needs!

I love the frame choices. I canceled my private insurance I had for vision because it cost my less to pay out of pocket for the exam and a couple of pairs of glasses. And I actually like my glasses!

Great prices and even better customer service. The only issue is the turn around to get glasses is about 2-3 weeks if the lab doesnt have any issues.

You will not get a cheaper pair of glasses. The eye exam was quick and inexpensive also. You will not beat this place anywhere around the St Louis metro area. Just a 10 min drive from downtown St Louis.

I happened to call these guys while browsing for contact and eye exam prices and not only were they cheaper than their competitors, the staff were some of the friendliest people and very accomadating! I have a mild stutter that Im slightly embarrassed about and they were very kind and made sure I felt comfortable during each visit.Each of them are knowledgable and attentive and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and made me feel closer to home.So long as I live in this area I will ALWAYS come back here for anything my eyes ever need. They have won me over for life.
