Ive had intermittent problems with some Oakley frames that I purchased several months ago, and Id gone in several times to have them fixed. After a few visits and the realization that the frames were defective, we made a decision to swap the frames entirely for something else. I was surprised at how understanding and supportive the store was throughout the numerous visits, and how straightforward the replacement process ended up being. Thanks for helping me over these last several weeks!

I had an amazing experience! Every single person I encountered was so nice. The lady that did the pre-tests was so thorough, patient, and friendly. She made me feel welcomed! The doctor didn’t make me feel pressured to hurry up and decide if “1 or 2” is better, she gave me the time I needed to be confident in my decision. She was so patient with me and made sure I knew exactly what we were doing. She explained everything so well so that I could understand it. She was so relatable, kind, funny, and friendly! The tech that helped with my frames was fun, friendly, patient, and kind. I didn’t feel like I had to hurry up and find frames. I was able to take my time and make sure I like what I was getting. I will absolutely continue to come here for my eye exams and glasses needs! I’ve never had such a good experience!

I was so impressed with the service I received. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, I was given one-on-one attention as I picked out new frames. Because the employees went above and beyond my expectations, I will never go to another company.

They dont tell you that the doctors exam and the LensCrafters is 2 separate business.. Insurance paid most of the exam. Over $500 for a pair of glasses? Rip off. Ask questions before you go.

Horrible customer service. They have a new system and they have lost my purchase history from 1995. They only show me purchasing 3 pair of Versace in 2016. Amy stated 3 times the frames that she broke was not purchased there.I insisted that I did and thats when she looked me up. She broke my frames and said they were dry rotted. I did contact the Assistant Manager who agreed to give me 1/2 off of frames if I get them made within 90 days. Im speaking of the Lens CRAFTERS in Fairview Heights, Il

I always have a great experience at this particular location. I am always greeted with a smile and the team is quick to give me a personalized experience. I can be a very particular shopper, but that did stop my sales associate from being patient during my search. This is not the closest location to me, but I really like the team, so it it worth the extra travel time.

Great Dr. great place to get glasses or contacts

Prices are a little higher at Lenscrafters. However, I had great experience with the eye exam at Reed Eye Care.

Very professional eye are services from both the doctors and LensCrafters staff.

Your entire management staff needs to take a course on professional communication skills.Edit- Some staff are more helpful than others, by a long shot. Dane is great, thanks for helping me get my new lenses under warranty.

The optometrist and her staff were amazing and very welcoming. Dane was also great! he helped me find the perfect style for my face and find budget friendly options that were very cute. everyone there made me feel very welcomed and they were all helpful!

First and foremost, everyone here was friendly, including Nancy (my go-to person) and Dr. Bell (the eye-care physician that saw me). First time of course, but definitely recommend this location. Very patient and accommodating staff and appointments are easy to schedule/cancel (thanks Christina). They have a wide selection of frames to choose from and definitely accept EyeMed insurance.

The store in the mall should follow this stores example especially as it pertains to customer service. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!!Bought first pair at the st Clair mall location and the workmanship was less than sub par. This store fixed them and earned my future business.

Optometrist is very thorough. Great selection of frames and wonderful sales people that are kind and knowledgeable. They worked and worked with me to find frames that FIT.

It inexplicably took more than 2 hours to get an exam and order a new pair of glasses. I’m still not happy with the glasses (remade 3x but they still hurt my head). Two calls to optometrist went unreturned and the office manager was less than helpful. (By the way, you don’t have the best return policy in the industry. ) Some staff are pleasant, but for others, it’s just a business (💰), instead of it being about eye care, health, and wellbeing.

The optomitrist is very good. The rest of lens crafters is very disapointing. Their prices are high for the service they deliver. I bought new glasses. They had a scratch I didnt notice till I arrived home. I went back to have to argue with them before they finally fixed them. Never during the buying process was I informed about insurance. I went ahead and bought insurance after the fact. Then my glasses broke. I went in for repairs. The ear piece broke. Turns out that glasses insurance is separate from the lenses. Again. We find out about insurance after the fact. Better yet glasses under a year old have no warranty. Also no parts available. Im sorry but enough is enough. I no longer plan on lining their pockets on cheap over priced glasses with no warranty. Enough said.

They are just not friendly. I gave them 3 visits and they are just not. Spend your money at a different eye wear company.

Four visits and the eye doctor and LensCrafters couldnt even get my vision close to correct. Trial and error — all error. I refused my glasses. THEY KEPT MY MONEY, THOUGH!
