My Spouse and I went to get our rings resized, and we ended up getting better rings. They greet you at the door and they make you feel welcomed. They take their time with everyone to suit their customers needs. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra as well. I will be going back to purchase my ear rings! π

Great experience both time Ive been in this store. I explained to the sale person what I was looking for, knowing the ring I wanted was out of stock. Probably due to Valentines day. The great listener came out with 2 sets. I went home with the ring that was out of stock and my exact size 5 3/4. It was meant to be. Thank you Jared for a great staff.

My fiancΓ© purchased a ring from them on Monday. On Wednesday, the diamond was gone. I couldnt find it. I took my ring to the store and was told it would take 10 weeks to repair and replace the diamond. The manager was very apologetic and began contacting other stores to find a similar diamond. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and I had my ring back the following day, with an even more beautiful diamond. The customer service that I received was easily the best that I have ever experienced! Thank You for going above and beyond.
My experiences with this store has been wonderful each and every time I go in! The associates always go above and beyond, I always find what I look for, and I always walk out of the door with a smile on my face! The first time I came into the store, my fiance and I were going engagement ring shopping. Between the two of us, I think we were in the store for a good two hours, and the associate we worked with was so patient. We have been in numerous times since then for various gifts, and always found exactly what we were looking for with the help of an associate! They are always very knowledgeable. Ive also had no problems to bring my ring in for routine cleanings and maintenance.I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

I came into the store to decide for an engagement ring, Cindy was absolutely AMAZING!! She showed us many different styles based on descriptions I was giving her and helped with the budget as well as a timeless classic piece that was stunning and custom! She never pushed her ideas on to us and even told me to really think about what I want and to sleep on it and come back. I would recommend anyone to talk to Cindy she knows her stuff really well and because of that I got quality and now get compliments everywhere I go! She is the most helpful person and so understanding and provides amazing service and really went above and beyond! She ran around the store to find exactly what I wanted. I will def go back just because of the service she provided!
Ive stopped here a few times a year in the last nine years Ive been married. So after work I stop in today to pick out something shiny for my wife. As I walk in theres a very serious security gaurd who sternly directs me to wait by the door. He says they are short staffed and someone will be with me. So Im going to stand at the door not permitted to browse. A very awkward and unfriendly experience. A few minutes passed, I failed to strike up a conversation with the security. Thinking back I recall they could not resize a ring for me that another jeweler did quickly, they couldnt change the battery in my favorite watch. I definitely not feeling like a valued customer. I left, wondered into Macys, made a purchase there. He didnt go to Jared...
The selection here is amazing. Honestly, my experience started off rather negative. I was not greeted when I walked in. And after staring at rings for quite some time, and being passed up by 2 employees who never offered to assist me (no they were not assisting anyone else at the time) I was finally approached by the manager Trish. She was friendly. But the real reason I am giving this place 5 stars was the unbelievable customer service I received from an Employee named Josh. I couldnt ask for a better person to help me find the right engagement ring. He was beyond friendly and made me feel comfortable. He made sure that even when he made suggestions he would constantly make sure that it was along the lines of something that I wanted. He never forced anything on me and was very patient with me. He worked with me for about an hour and a half to find the right ring. He seemed to genuinely care. He also told me that he had proposed about a year ago and that he knew how much anxiety can come with it, and that I should not rush and take my time. He is the reason that I will be returning to this store for all my Jewelry needs and is the only person there that I will do business with. Trish as well, but from what I could gather she doesnt necessarily do a lot of selling, she seemed rather busy with paper work so I really appreciated her approaching me. For any of the men out there looking for engagement rings, FIND JOSH!!!! Hell get you the best ring within your budget and keep you laughing the entire time. I am not easily impressed, but Josh was simply exceptional.
So much for the jewelry experts. Spent $1800 and the ring wasnβt the right size and now want to charge us even more to size it correctly. Left with a ring that I canβt even wear. Definitely donβt go to this place. They are not jewelry experts.

Trish was amazing! I would highly recommend asking for her when you go into this store, you will for sure get 10/10 service. My new wedding ring was purchased and sized all in the same day within a couple of hours.
I am so upset with this place that I cannot stand it. I went into this store in April to buy wedding bands (getting married in October but we wanted to cross the bands off our list). We had to order my Fiances ring since his finger was too big and they did that without a problem. Then it came to my wedding band. I have a larger size finger and I found the perfect ring. NOT ONLY did I ask her if it would be able to be sized to my ring size (I am a 10.5 and the ring was a 7). She told me not to worry about sizing it until the week of my wedding so they can clean both of the rings at the same time they get sized correctly. I was skeptical but ended up buying the ring anyway because she kept telling me that they could size it no problem. I decided not to wait until the week of my wedding to size my ring and thank god I didnt. I walk in and ask them and the first thing they say is there is no way we can size this ring to your size. I seriously was dumbfounded, not only did I just buy a ring that I would not be able to wear but they flat out LIED to me about my ring being sized. I have been a faithful customer spending quite a bit of money here and to be deceived like that made me just so upset. I will never return to this store in fact I cut up my Credit card with this company and plan to never return again.Update: After talking with a manager I was able to convenience them to exchange my ring for a bigger size but my wedding is in a month and I wouldnt be able to get the size that I need until after my wedding so they are going to order a size 8 and hopefully be able to size it to the right size. I gave them another star just for the older manager that helped me out so much! But I still will not be shopping here since the other employees are just out to get money.

My fiance and I visited a couple times before he purchased my engagement ring. Both times we received excellent service from James and Allie. They were very patient while we looked through settings and stones and thoroughly discussed all of our options.
He went to Jared... then he went back because he was unhappy...We got my fiancΓ©βs wedding band here. We ordered something that was in the case but in a different size. When it came in, it was not the same ring. We tried to return it because we were unhappy with it. They told us because we ordered it in a different size, it was custom and thus non-returnable. Please spend your money somewhere better.
I have had multiple bad experiences here after having such great experience to start. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings and my engagement ring here. At the time we got excellent service. Now, I have gone in 3 times to leave completely disappointed. Everyone is rude and treatment seems to be based on appearance only. This last time I was told I couldnt get an item adjusted so I returned it. I tried to find something else and couldnt get anyone to help me with pricing. Clearly I either need to order online or find a new jewelry store. Its sad to say, I even told my husband to not purchase some items he was going to get me after such bad experiences.
Ordered a mothers necklace for my daughter I was to pick it up on a Friday they were going to engrave my granddaughters name in It instead it came to my house no engraved name an it was half the size as it was showed to me this isnt what I wanted at all
I called in to get an emergency Bday gift engraved and although they only carry certain items on line, they were very helpful explaining the process. Bill told me if I ordered online then I could have it shipped to the store for the engraving and they could have it done as soon as possible.I appreciated that!~ Erica M.

Be mindful of the finance plans! This company wants to sell you a ring- but they are not honest about their private banks fees and payment procedures. My husband walked out happy with a beautiful ring, but when he got the our first bill we were stuck! They lied about the minimum payment, left out financing fees, and of course- the product is non-refundable, so just start paying your bill! OH! And skip the appraisal too- it cost twice as much as it would anywhere else, and their expert doest even look at your jewelry.If you dont want the headache- go to Hudsons in Edwardsville. We had better luck there!
Purchased a anniversary ring which was slightly too big (between sizes). We were told they could not offer anything to fix it. We purchased the ring and took it to another jeweler who said they would have put the prongs on for free to get the correct fit. We went back to Jared to inform them and they charged us $50 to fix. Worst service!
I purchased an engagement ring at Fairview hights Illinois store, and the ring was poorly stretched and so the band broke easily, a diamond also came out and lost, took the ring back in for a repair, and was told we would haft to pay for there mistake, and per there diamond lifetime warranty was not saposed to be charged for missing diamond, but was going to be charge anyway. I will never purchase anything from them again,they do not honor there word.

My wife likes diamonds so I buy lots of jewelry. My son demanded to go to Jareds to buy his engagement ring. The ring he picked out was actually too much for him to afford. To make a long story short, a month after he proposed, his fiancee broke off the engagement. We tried to return the ring. They refused to take it back. They said it had been more than 30 days. Now he is broken hearted and broke with a ring to remind him of the worst time of his life. I had a similar thing happen to me when I was his age. Fortunately I bought the ring from Zales and without question they took it back. I would never buy anything from the Jared Jewelry store. They just lost out on thousands of dollars in future sales from me.
Free ring cleaning, amazing discounts and the staff are very helpful and patient, free drinks, and I brought my sister here to buy a ring and the staff pulled out any ring to look at and she kept changing her mind over and over and the staff never even got mad or annoyed !
So I wanted to surprise my fiancΓ© with jewelry for her birthday and decided to go to the nearest Jared store. Upon arrival, the only worker on the floor was an employee by the name of Teasha (wed actually met before when I had to get a fewelry repair), who was conveniently chatting it up on her personal cell phone instead helping the customers. The manager, an older man, came out onto the floor to help the increasing amount of waiting guests and to my astonishment, did not even make a move towards condoning his employees rude actions. After waiting a half an hour with no help to purchase my already picked out jewelry, I left. To tell you how well this business was ran, the employee by the name of Teasha was STILL on her phone when I left. I did attempt to get her attention, but she told me to Hold on a minute and kept talking on the phone. Needless to say, steer clear of this Jared, the employees are incompetent and do little to help you make even the simplest of purchases.
My experiences here have always been positive. No complaints with the service.
Prices are pretty high, but pieces are nice. I would recommend them.
If I could give lower than one I would, only one worker there is worth a damn and her name was Erika. All other people who were working with her were on their phones the whole time and would not help anyone. Give that girl a raise and I will not shop there again.
