Repeat customer! I’ve had a few jewelry pieces (gold and silver) repaired, resized, and even some custom work that exceeded my expectations. Kyle in particular has worked on most of these and his work is truly amazing. Most recently, he worked on an 18k religious coin featuring St. George Slaying the Dragon and he custom fit/made a bail for it so that it can be worn as a pendant. A coin bezel pendant would have been more expensive, bulky and would have overshadowed the scenery— glad I took his advice. Excellent service, very reasonable prices. I would HIGHLY recommend Old World Jewelers! The staff there are extremely helpful and kind! I trusted them with a piece of jewelry that is very important to me and they took such good care of it! I had my grandpa’s wedding band sized down and without asking, they gave me the remaining gold left from the ring. I brought my ring there on a Tuesday and they said it would be done at the end of the week...I received a text saying it was done the next day! To top it off, the price was very reasonable. It was such a wonderful experience.

WISH I COULD GIVE LESS STARS!!! Simple stone replacement in a ring my grandfather made 40 years ago... At first glance I thought Id be very satisfied especially since they stand by their work 100%. I asked them to set the stone in epoxy because I am a mason and it would not hold up otherwise... The stone fell out and imagine that... It was set in sawdust and thats it... Yea that would have been fine if they had did that I asked then used the sawdust to set the stone depth. Why would I go to a custom jeweler to get the non custom work? They took over 2 months to finish it on top of all this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU GIVE KYLE A FAMILY AIR LOOM! PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING LIGHTLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Additionally, Kyle addressed a concern that I had with a custom piece purchased more than 18 months ago and offered a brilliant solution that dissolved all of my concerns. My fiance went to k-jewelers in the mall and was price $150 for a quick fix. Went to this store next for a price check and he did it for free saying it was a quick fix no need to charge.
