Im not sure I can say I have ever had more of a horrible experience working with a store than Peerless. My family purchased an over $7K Leather Natuzzi sectional from them. Less than a couple years in with minimal use the sectional started to delaminate. I was told the couch should not do that since it was an all Leather sectional. It must be my fault for not conditioning the sectional appropriately. This was not the case since I do condition the Leather. I pushed back on the customer support individual that works at the store getting no return phone call to explain why this was happening. I had to make a second call to when I was then told that the couch was NOT all Leather and that only the touch surfaces were leather. My family was not told this at the time of the purchase. We specifically asked if it was all leather and for a purchase price for over $7K it should have been all leather. On top of that it took almost six months to get this sectional delivered because it was so hard to get according to Peerless. Come to find out after some research the Natuzzi Leather sectional was made in China. Now, it finally makes sense on why it took so long to get the sectional to me. Im glad I spent that much money on an Italian Leather sectional to find out it came from China. Guess I should have known better since everything is made in China anymore. If you do some research you will see where people have taken class action suits against Natuzzi for these specific sectionals. The main point of my post is to inform other consumers to not trust them when they tell you ALL leather and secondly if they offer you the extended warranty, which I also bought, that it runs concurrently with the Natuzzi warranty. I hope this helps others avoid the pitfalls from the misleading information provided by this store.

My Mother bought some special order furniture from Peerless. My step father had passed and my mother did also, before the furniture arrived . It all happened in one day and was devastating to the family . I called Paul the sales person, he was so understanding. The office manager got back to us the same day and gave a refund .The store did not have to do this because it was a special order . I would like to Thank Peerless on behalf of my family and I. Customer care is beyond 5 stars.

Friendly courteous customer service. We were acknowledged when we came into the store. Was told immediately the sales person would be with my husband and I as soon as he was off the telephone. Paul Walker took tine to answer questions and showed us colors that we specified. Paul is very excellent. In 4 to 5 months the sofa and chair will be delivered. Coming from Italy. Its all Italian leather. I cant wait.

My experience with Peerless Furniture could not have been better! Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love their selection, the quality of their furniture and their fast delivery. Matthew and the other young man who delivered my power reclining sofa and chair did and excellent job with the installation and were very nice and accommodating. Overall my experience with Peerless was definitely a five star!

Amazing furniture, nothing in stock, 6+ months till delivered.

I dont normally write reviews, but I feel a local business deserves the recognition of customer service that is not found in any big box stores. The staff from every sales staff, administrative staff, delivery team, and the management truly care about their business and product. They are knowledgeable about the products and it shows they have the customers best interest forefront. Thank you Peerless team, you will be our go to for future needs. To anyone wanting to look for leather or fabric pieces or dinning room, I highly recommend Peerless and have told many friends this.

Great showroom selections and sales staff

Staff are very attentive! Displays are very well lit, and some products have large selection of sizes, fabrics, or leathers. We were given more attention than we thought was going to happen. The staff had years of experience which was very valuable.

They had a lot of different options and great pricing. It wasnt crowded and the sales associate was very friendly and informative.

Went to find a leather couch and was greeted by Mary. She followed us and asked many questions and pointed out different styles. She interrupted a conversation that my husband and are were discussing as to which styles we preferred to tell us the one selection would be a 4-6 month delivery. I said I did not want to wait that long and kept looking around. She heard me say to my husband I did not want to spend that much for a couch and she then said, I think you should go to Kloss or Weekends only then. I was astonished that a salesperson would direct me to a competitor. I have purchased from this store before, and was treated well. Yes, my money will spend anywhere and thanks to Mary we chose to go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a sofa and rocker/recliner. It is by far the best furniture I ever purchased. It’s very comfortable and durable (Flex Steel). I’m so glad I shopped there. Will definitely shop more there. The end tables are very well made and give a natural wood look that is beautiful for the room.

I have made numerous purchases from Peerless and have always been satisfied with the quality of their furniture. My Mom is disabled and cant do steps when we asked about using the freight elevator recently (which shes done many times before) the gentlemen said no we dont allow people to use it. Not true and unfortunate, because I traveled a long way to be loyal to peerless but that ended. Very disappointed.

We were very happy with Peerless Furniture when we initially bought our furniture. Recently I called to see if there was some type of repair service. They do repair and did a beautiful job. Every person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and very nice to deal with. We’ll make the trip to Illinois for our furniture at Peerless again! Thank to all that helped us!

One of the few places that one can get quality pure leather furniture. . The quality is of high standard. Hence the pricing.. There is a wide range of furniture.. related to quality.. They offer a delivery service for a nominal fee.. Staff are attentive and helpful...

We have purchased furniture three times in the past 2.5 years. Twice, I wanted something extra done to the furniture pieces that were above and beyond what Peerless would reasonably have been required to do, but they came through each time. We have been really happy with their products, service, and customer care. Our sales person, Judy, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

We purchased a Canadel kitchen table set and a Canadel dinning room table set when they were having their 50% off sale. Our sales person (Suzanne Hutton) was very patient and not pushy at all - gave us space but was nearby when we had questions. Suzanne gave us a lot of options and suggestions. The tables and chairs arrived today and they are beautiful. The delivery men were both courteous and arrived on time. I would recommend Peerless to anyone that is looking for good quality furniture. Nice leather furniture but too high for me.

I have always had great experiences shopping at Peerless Furniture. They really go above and beyond to ensure I am happy with my purchase and have the best quality leather furniture in the St Louis area!

I would never shop here again! I purchased a leather sofa from Flex Steel and it is less then 1 year old. The back of the cushions are wearing out already. The manager at the store is rude and not willing to help us as customers in any way. They were very friendly when we were purchasing the sofa but after the sale is made and they have their money they treat you very differently. This sofa was around $2000.00 but I have had furniture for $200.00 that holds up better then this. If you want to be treated badly and buy cheap furniture that there is no recourse for then shop here. I would not give it any stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE

Very nice leather furniture. Very expensive though

Ordered and paid for an expensive dining table and chairs ($3700.00) and when it was delivered the table was scratched and the color was not even close to the sample. Their reasoning for the color difference was that a lot of people had probably handled the sample. Have never heard that excuse before!!! The owner was extremely rude to me on the phone to the point of having me cry. They ended up giving me my money back when all I wanted was the table and chairs in the sample color!!! Would never do business with them again!!!!

My dad goes nuts every time he steps in this place.. natuzzi natuzzi natuzzi he got his natuzzi, and the dogs sleep on it...

Beautiful and unique items are sold here. Kinda pricey tho but I fell in love with this place.
