Service is always good. This particular visit, we were actually greeted professionally. The salesman was very friendly and helpful.The only thing I dont like is when you purchase items that you can carry to you car, you should be given an option to do that, rather than waiting in the pick up area for 15 -20 mins. I know certain items need to be wrapped and I understand that. So Ill still give it the 5 stars.

We saw an outdoor dining set that we liked a lot, but wanted to shop around a little. We returned 15 minutes before closing, but personnel were polite and respectful despite the time. We also had the furniture delivered and it was arranged to be at our home two days later. I would definitely shop there again.
For 2.5 months, I was mislead into thinking that they had a premium adjustable bed base available for delivery on October 8, 2021. They delivered mattresses without the bases and failed to satisfy the order!Id give them less than a 1 if possible for misleading on several occasions.
Highly recommend. Went in on a Friday to buy a couch. (Expected to wait a month or so for delivery.) I ordered my couch that day and it was delivered at 8:45 am on that following Monday. Very satisfied with all of the customer service and my new couch.

Purchased items in store for delivery and set up. Item was on back order so it was 2 weeks until it could be delivered. Got here today and soon as the guy got it unpacked we all noticed the damage on the head boad. I understand things happen but now they cant get back out until next Sunday to bring my bed. I already moved old bed to prepare for today. Feel it shouldve been expedited because it was there fault.
Warranty program is a scam! Cant get ahold of anyone whos willing to help.

They are very helpful in find the right recliner for us. We also needed it delivered and they were able to get it to us in just 2 days. We got the recliner picked and paid for in just 20 minutes.
This is only the second time we have been here but it definitely wont be the last. Every person that worked there was so helpful and patient. The first time we messed up our transaction and had to come back the following weekend. Again everybody worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. There was a young guy who just started but u couldnt tell it, he was great. We changed our minds 3 or 4 times but he didnt care, he was here to help & he sure did. I am totally satisfied. The. I like the store floor, the personale tried to be helpful unfortunately most recliners there was a 120 day wait. They did not offer mattresses in a box .

Went in, someone said hello but left us alone (thankfully), picked what we wanted, and went to the gentleman to finish the transaction. Quick and easy and we saw stuff here for $100s less than another furniture store we went to. Two of our items could be picked up immediately, so we went and picked them up without issue. The sales process was a nice experience, but we made it abundantly clear we wanted a mattress ASAP. We were told one would be delivered the following Monday and that it was not back ordered. Turns out it was back ordered and it would take two weeks, which we found out the day before the original scheduled delivery. I called the corporate phone number to discuss the issue and left a message. I didn’t receive a callback. I then called again and when I discussed the situation, they said it was in stock and could be delivered three days early. Had I not called, we would’ve been waiting those additional days for no reason. The process was very frustrating. I called another time and was on hold for 4 hours and 45 minutes before talking to someone who said there was nothing they could do to compensate for the issue. We spent $1400 on a mattress that got delivered two weeks late. The customer service is certainly lacking. I will not buy from them again.

Damarcus helped me and he was amazing! He answered all of my questions (which I had a lot) and helped me navigate all my options when purchasing a couch. Great deals and great customer service all around!I also found out that if you purchase a warranty and end up not using it, you get half the price of the warranty in store credit which is a huge plus!
Fairview Heights Manager Jason was the best helping us get the only chair left we wanted from IN.He called that store and asked them to ship to IL. Once it arrived he called me and said he would put it back and never let it hit the floor until we had the chance to get there. When we got to the store Jason wasn’t there but, the other Mgr Shawn (sp?) was and made sure our purchase went smoothly.Thank you both for everything!The only issue which I told them was the phone number to the store goes directly to the call center and you get put on hold for over 30 minutes and even then can’t get someone to answer-🙁
I liked being able to walk in and not be bombarded with a bunch of sales people my salesman I believe his name was Doug introduced himself and said if I needed help let him know when I was ready he was very helpful anyway he sold me a recliner and said would be in from main warehouse next day which it was . Very satisfied with Weekends Only and will be back in the future ....

Ive lost count of how many places I went to, trying to find a dresser that fit my needs exactly yet was still a reasonable price. Weekends Only was the only store to have more than one option that met all my requirements, and had what I wanted in stock. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the store layout open and easy to find the area I wanted, there were plenty of options for everything, and the warranty option was a no-brainer! Totally worth the hour drive!

Awesome place with very competitive prices, most of the furniture stores around here are backordered and furniture is taking 3-4 months to get, but Im picking up my new sectional and recliner the next day.

We had a very nice salesperson we found exactly what we were looking for and took it home the same day. Wish I could say the same thing about them loading it for me all they did was put it in the back of my truck and said it was okay we had a horrible experience on the way home had to stop three times and try to figure out how to keep it from moving we could only drive 40 miles an hour and we were on Highway 64 where the speed limit is 65 people were quite mad at us......

We purchased a couch from Weekends this past weekend and was worried about time frame to receive it, the manager did some checking and was able to locate it for us to pick up the next day. We picked up and got it home to assemble I thought we were missing the legs so back to the store we went. The manager was very helpful and wanted to fox the problem so took the legs off the model and sent us on our way. Later I noticed we did have the legs and returned them but it was great to know their customer service was amazing. Thank you for a great buying experience.
Sales person was great. Sofa has seems and folded fabric in places not expected. I didnt expect a perfect product for $500 but was surprised at the poor quality.
My wife and I went in looking for a bed frame and ended up coming with with anew bed room set as well as a new Sectional for the living room. Sales people were nice and not pushy at all. They left us alone until I had a question and then always had a quick answer for us. I would highly recommend the Fairview Heights store. Nick and Doug took great care of us from start to finish.

The 2 women who helped me were very friendly. I liked that the first woman found help when she had a question. The woman that checked me out at customer service was less than cordial, but not rude. The wait to get our items loaded took nearly an hour, but the 3 gentlemen that brought it out were very friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience.
My parents who ordered a table and bench had called a couple days ago to confirm their purchase. They told us they had received and had it in stock. We proceeded to come and wait in the pick up line for two hours. Not a problem we were fine with that and just expected they were busy. Come to find out after waiting in line and then waiting to pick it up, they had sold it to another customer. We had this planned for our new house which was close to getting finished until we had this set back. They offered us a gift card and a refund for the money we paid. So we thought that is so nice. They could not give us anything but the $100 gift for the table and bench we payed $1000 for. So they are now making us call corporate which we have been on hold for a good 30 minutes. To include with all of this when we walked in a customer and working were arguing. The worker started yelling at the customer. We met youre workers they were nice other than that situation. But youre service was awful and Im sorry to say I will never be returning.
We are looking for a new mattress & Danny helped us through the process of finding a great mattress. He never rushed us & let is lay on a bunch of beds. Highly recommend him if hes available!

Buying the couch in store was a good experience, however, delivery window was between 12-4 its now almost five and nothing. We got a call an hour ago saying 10minutes. Glad I wasted the last day of my vacation .So here we are 2 hours past the window and nothing. Customer service says they called us because they couldnt find the house. Lies. Never called. Now they say we get Nothing but a later delivery. Never again will be buy from there. All around a terrible experience.

When purchasing furniture, there is no problem. Staff is nice, all goes well. But when it comes to picking up your furniture via the curbside pickup, that’s another story. Currently writing this review from the pickup line. Been in line for an hour and a half, and line is not moving one bit. Currently looking at IKEA’s website to find an alternative. I can’t not see a single worker outside loading up furniture or anything. Please take my advice and do not shop here, maybe they will learn

I didnt mind waiting my turn, I was first after a U-haul moving truck. it was the blatant disregard for my place in line. I felt the customer service rep. showed favorably to her Caucasian customers, while I was made to wait ✋ She gave me direct eye contact, I am apparently invisible. This was my second purchase from this company. The pick-up process is why it received two stars.

Show room does not have much of a variety by way of color. Everything is pretty drab. They are one of the few srorws that still charge for shipping. Their staff and customer service is incredible though.

Weekends only is a great place to shop for just about any type of home furnishings you can think of. Its basically a business that is only open on fri-sun, hence the name weekends only. Ive purchased three high dollar items in the last year from here, and I am very pleased with each of these items. We bought higher quality pieces that they offer, but I am most happy that my wife talked me into getting a gigantic sectional sofa that fit in our living room like it was supposed to be here! I will continue to shop here in the near future. I forgot to mention I also bought a bunk bed for my daughters room that is of decent quality. They offer more than one way to purchase as well.
Aunyea and her manager in the Fairview Heights location were very friendly and helpful. She helped us locate furniture that was available to purchase and pickup immediately without waiting. They have the largest selection of furniture that we have found yet. There is something for everyones taste and comfort level. I highly recommend this location and we will always come back for any future purchases.

Overall it wasn’t terrible. Found what we wanted and all that but the employees ... I have never seen a more unhappy group of people in one place. Obviously these poor folks are not commission driven. I don’t expect anything special when I’m spending $500 in one place but at least pretend to care. At least pretend you are happy I came in to support your business.I will say the lady that greeted us and helped us on our second trip to order and pick up our items was very pleasant but then shuffled us off to another zombie-like person who could care less if.....Wow.. just wow...I wish nothing but the best for the poor folks working at the Weekends Only in Fairview, IL. I hope it all works out... tell them to keep the faith.Well I was done with my review but now that we have been sitting in the loading dock for 30 mins... the man on the dock comes to us and say “the table is not here” ..... keep in mind we had 2 different people inside the store tell us the table is here and we can pick it up today. So the dock guy comes back again and says “well.. I think we found it but it’s not in a box... we think it’s in the place where we put the soon to be display models” ... “do you still want it?”I tell him there is already a display on the floor.. he says “I understand that but that’s where we think it is...”. So we tell him we’ll still take it if it’s not all messed up. Another 30 mins goes by... dock guy comes back.. “it’s not here and we aren’t getting another any time soon”. Are we go inside to look at the display thinking we’ll just buy it, the manager will take some money off, all will be right with the world.Found the manager, argued over how much to take off for the display table that was broken or scratched on each corner. Made the decision to take the table for the agreed price. We told him we need for it to be taken apart so it will fit in our SUV. Well..... “we do t have enough people here to do that”. As I look around at the 20 employees (yes 20) sitting around with no customers in the building, watching and listening to the super bowl. We told the manager just give me our money back, we refunded everything we bought today. I assure you we will never darken that doorway again..

What I really liked about shopping at this location was the sales person came and introduced herself, but then allowed us to shop at our own pace. She would check in every so often but didnt hover.We ended up buying two couches there and were satisfied with the buying and delivery process.Though delivery was harder as they called and told me they would be there in 45 minutes. I arrived home 30 minutes after that call and they were getting ready to leave as they arrived early.The delivery people were nice, however one was on his phone for most of the delivery time. They set them up, put legs on the couches and removed all plastic.

I should really give a 1 star...customer service on the home deliveries is horrendous. I had agreed on a delivery that they set, all I asked was for a courtesy call within 30 minutes so I could be home, but I guess that is too much to ask nowadays. Delivery outfit showed up a day earlier, called me when he was already there, told him to wait he said he couldnt. Said warehouse would call back to reschedule. Well warehouse called but to tell me delivery was on its way, 10 min they said..lol. never called me to set new delivery, waited on the phone for 60 min yesterday, had to hang up....calling again today and it has been 95 min. and counting AND NO ONE FU***NG CARES.

She is outstanding!!I was disappointed when I requested the manager negotiate a better price on a damaged price of furniture that had been put on clearance. He approved an additional $34 off. Seriously!?! My purchase was made for the non profit organization I work for and a little good Will would have gone a long way. Secondly, I had just spent $2800!! Purchased 8 pieces of furniture! Come on. He could have given that piece to me and wrote it off as a donation. Very disappointing. First company I have ever made a significant purchase with who did not take the opportunity for a good will gesture to the organization..
Place is too big for what they got. The furniture is nice but have at least 600 bucks for a nice recliner. And thats on clearance.

At first things were going sour fairly quickly with one of the guys on the floor. Ill just say he was pretty cold with me. I had to ask for a manager to make my complaint about that guy, without mentioning his name, he wasnt very helpful. Well when the asst.manager and the manager stepped in, both of them assured me that they will handle the matter and in the mean time we discussed what I came in for in the first place. Tony, the manager was very kind and helpful to me even though the store did not have what I was looking for. Thanks Tony and also the asstmanager who changed the tone for me in a good way.🙂👍
Ok. I didnt find what we were looking for, but they have a large selection. Employees standing around bored to death too. One girl said that they werent on commission, so that was reassuring.

Had a good experience at first, my boyfriend and I were planning on buying a bit of furniture from here for our new place. This past Saturday we got a couple of things that we wanted to get right away. Had no issues and everyone seemed friendly. The card reader didnt read my boyfriends chip the first time but the purchase went through the second time. We were given the receipt of the failed transaction stating that it failed and the regular receipt. The next day my boyfriend saw there were two pending charges from here. He was on hold with customer service for almost 2 hours and left a message about the issue and to call him back, he never got a call back. We went in Sunday night and the cashier told us in her work there was only one charge and the second pending charge would drop off Monday. It didnt drop off Monday night and both charges went through and hard posted to his account this morning. Customer service isnt doing anything and just feeding us some lies to get rid of us. Well we wont be returning to get the other furniture we were planning on buying because the cheap prices arent worth the hassle of dealing with their customer service.

I went to weekends only Saturday at 4:45. I had looked on line and knew what I was buying. I checked stock and made sure it was available at this store. The sales man trued to send me to another store say they probably didn’t have it on stock. I told him I had shopped on line and it showed ad in stock at this store. He then looked it up and it was in stock. I payed the time on my register receipt was 5:30. I them waited in line for 3 hours to pick up my furniture piece. At 1.5 hours I called the store and ask for the manager. I did not get her. I was told she is was in the shiping dock I could talk to her when I got there. At 2 hours 10 min I pulled up to the loading area. There were 2 people working the loading area no manager. Several cars were loaded and more pulled up they keep skipping over us. I finally had to walk around to the front and find the manager. Tell her what was going on. Walk back and she made them pull our one box. I never even received a apology. Never showing this company again!!
All sales reps I dealt with were great at finding answers to any questions and no one seemed to push me to a sale. Helped me put together a great deal for what I was looking for.

This place was one of the worse places Ive ever experienced. First the employee who qt customer service would have done a lot better if she wasnt worried about cutting her fellow co-worker down so much. Then we had to wait until the next day to pick up our order: disappointing but ok. We came back and we waited 3 hours total to find out we still did not have 3 items. We waiting on the phone the entire 3 hours (180 minutes) to talk to someone from the main office in Missouri who was very helpful. The lady at cust serv from the prior day called my phone to argue with me whether she told me the correct day or not. We had to wait 3 weeks total to receive the remaining 3 items and they were to be delivered. When theyre finally delivered they only give us 2 items, not 3. This place needs an overhaul in the worse way. I will not be back.
