Stellar customer service. I took one of my mentees to build a bear for her birthday. A woman waiting behind us was extremely rude, but the girls working the kiosk continued to give us excellent customer service, 100% for first time experience. Blessings to those girls ❤️.

Let me start out with the positive elements. It is extremely fun, even as an adult to make these bears. I went with a friend of mine, and the nostalgia from being a kid plus the added fun of creating your own bear is such a lovely experience. The staff was so kind to adults and to kids. We worked with Tyler today, and he was really great and made the experience very fun and memorable. The down side to this location is since it is a kiosk and not a full blown store anymore, they have severely less options on stuffed animals, accessories, and clothing. Half the fun is choosing an outfit that really matches your personality, and it was hard for me to do that since the clothing items were little. The other downside is the cost. Oh the cost. You are REALLY paying for the experience. To make 2 bears both with sounds, and 1 clothing item each plus sunglasses for one of the bears and boxes (which now cost $0.95), it was $80!! If your going to build a bear, expect to pay an arm and a leg. It’s worth it for the experience but not one you can pay for more then once a decade! We actually got the stuffed dinosaur a baby shirt at Walmart since we didn’t find anything that fit the dinosaur.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. Me and my children were never once greeted. My 2yr old daughter picked up a bugs bunny bear because she was excited and one of the workers named Paige yelled at her and told her to put that down and not to be runny off with merchandise! She then proceeded to yell and tell my children that they couldnt stand near the kiosk thats in the middle of the mall. So by this time Im not only irritated but embarrassed so instead of yelling back and her I look to see was there a policy sign hanging for shopping in or hanging around the kiosk. I was then approached by another employee asking if I planned on purchasing anything. I informed her that I had every intention to but after the way my children and I were being treated I changed my mind and would like to see a copy of the policy. Paige then began to raise her voice and tell me she feels that should be policy in every store, and that my children didnt need to be standing there. Long story short after going back and forth, being disrespected, and taunted she finally gave me corporates number Im still waiting to hear back from someone because my 7yr old is very upset! On the way home he said mom she yelled at us with the mad voice and said we couldnt stand there, we cant shop there and the fact that hes said upsets me. Ill never shop at build a bear ever again!

Such an amazing place! The staff is so kind and generous, my girlfriend is one of the leads and needless to say I’m not just saying this because she works there I’m saying this because the customer service is absolutely outstanding and for the people who think negatively you are overreacting about nothing, because I think this kiosk is filled with love, joy, happiness, and Fun! Definitely recommend going here on a bad day to lighten up your spirits!

Paige was a true sweetheart. The Disney princess of build a bear is what my little girl thinks :) From the time we stepped up there to the time we left and even passing back by the genuine friendliness shined so bright! She made my little girls day!

My husband brought me to BAB after telling him about an experience as a child going to BAB, but not being able to get anything while my cousins and siblings did because I was too old for a stuffed animal (at 9). It was heartbreaking to me and that memory has always stuck with me since when I hear BAB mentioned. That horrible memory has now been replaced with a happy one, created with my amazing husband at 30 years old. The staff was amazing, helpful, and made my overall experience amazing and everything I had ever hoped for. Will definitely be back with my kids so they can have the wonderful experience as well. Wish I would have had my husband take pictures during the experience, but theres always next time. Was happy he was present and shared the experience with me.

I had ordered a stuffed animal with a voice recoding in it and upon receiving it the sound was really distorted since its a birthday present for my sister and the sound is her deceased husbands laugh that wasnt going to work. I took it out to the kiosk and Caylin immediately helped us and got it resolved! So grateful for all of her help!

I have to admit that I was initially very disappointed to see a kiosk had replaced the store. However, Brooklyn took charge of my granddaughter and made her first workshop (and her birthday) very special. She made each step of the process of building her unicorn a fun mini adventure. My granddaughter was so excited and had a ball. I am sure that she will always remember her experience and treasure her unicorn.I would give this kiosk a 10 star rating if I could. We will definitely be back!

I took my two daughters (2 and 3) to pick out a stuffed animal when they were having their buy one get one for $10 sale. I have really fond memories of going to BAB as a kid, so I was super excited to share that with my own children. We went on a weekday night around 6, and there was only one employee working the stuffer machine, which isnt a bad thing by itself but there were about 6 children ahead of us. When it was finally my kids turn, I was really sad because the employee barely interacted with my kids at all and didnt smile the whole time. I get it...Ive worked in retail and its no fun a lot of the time. And working around hyper kids for 8 hours is tiring. But ignoring my kids when we are paying for the experience is really disappointing. My older daughter went from excitedly talking to almost completely quiet when she realized she wasnt getting a response. They love their animals...super high quality and well made. They hold up amazingly. Just really bummed out about the experience part of it.

Good experience even though they closed the store front and turned it into a kiosk. Went for National Hug Day to make some bears for $5.50 and get some cute clothes for them. On one side of the kiosk are the skins to stuff, scents and sounds to add, and one computer station. On one end, the animals get their innards and stitched up. You then have the option to go back to the computer station to make a birth certificate and name your animal. On the other long side (opposite of skins) are the accessories and clothes. This area is very crammed and disorganized because they had to condense a store-full of inventory into a kiosk. Feel free to dig because stuff is mixed. What bugged me was the lack of clearanced items. I saw numerous items that were clearanced online but full price here. The end of this side has the check out. They had no problem accepting my coupon, gift card, and credit card to pay for my transaction. Employees Hailey(?) and Ashley were so nice and made this a pleasant, special, and fun treat for my kids.

A fantastic family environment, fun, colorful, bright and cheery! Not just a shopping experience, but an adventure in creativity and tactile arts and crafts! The staff is not only knowledgeable about their products, but become thoroughly involved with each customer and their creation. They dont push additional accessories on you, but allow you tome to decide on the perfect combination of outfits and/or add-ons. Everyone walks out of here Smiling! 🤗

The young lady with glasses and unicorn bear backpack (I didnt catch her name) was absolutely awesome with my 6 yr old, made his 1st time experience with build a bear outstanding 😊 He got the batman and joker bears and loves them❤ wish Id caught her name because she really deserves the recognition for doing her job so well that it will be an experience that my son, Sylar, will cherish 😊

Would give a better review, but sadly I cant. Build a bear holds fo d memories and traditions for me and I want to pass it down to my kids. However the new location is a glorified kiosk in the middle of the mall. No more stations and it is rushed and limited choices. My kids loved it but I am very disappointed.

Even though its disappointing that its a kiosk not a store, this build-a-bear still delivers that happy feel-good experience that is expected. The workers are helpful and the heart ceremony was amazing!

The cashier that was waiting on us walked away when we were getting ready to check out to go talk to someone. She finally came back to ringing us up while continuing to talk to the other person. My son was not asked if he wanted to make a certificate for his new friend. They attempted to sell my six year old son sound, scent and heart beat but never offered the free certificate. I will not be going back.
