A little hard to see but I bought a trinket/jewelry box for my best friends divorce and had it engraved with “she shines with grace and beauty”. Turned out beautifully. Exactly what I wanted.

Awesome little store for all your personal gifting needs. The main draw is the fact they do engravings on a majority of their products. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a personalized gift for someone special.

I went to this store to get a glass vase engraved for my wedding. The girl was very nice and outgoing even though it was very busy. I was able to get it back in less than two hours(normally they want you to drop it off for 24 hours). If you need your item done the day of and it is glass be sure to call to make sure the machine is set up so you dont waste your time. Very impressed will use them again!

The manager is unable to follow directions for font sizing, layout, and arrangement. The staff who engraved the item had very poor workmanship including improper capitalization of words and letters of different sizes and depth of engraving on the same line. I paid for colored font but did not receive it. Award was not presented at the scheduled dinner because it was not ready, although it was promised several hours earlier. Item had a chip in the glass. After I said no thank you to the rewards program, the manager replied Im going to tell you about it anyway. The ONLY reason for two stars instead of one is the assistant manager, Annie, had a sincere desire to make it right and re-do the item, although I never received the item I paid for and was not able to present it at the dinner.

They engraved knives that I brought them for my groomsmen, they did a fantastic job and were very patient with my pickiness

I cant complain too much about this store. This is like the only place that I know that still does these engravings on things. I just bought a pair of silver boots for nephews birth. I am glad that this place is still around.
