The staff was so friendly and helpful. The woman was so nice she helped us pick the perfect ring that was unique and was not pushy. Because she could not give us our military discount, they gave us an extra special gift that really surprised us. me and my husband were really impressed with the professionalism and will continue to shop here!

The store is great place to go to the people who work there are very friendly and helpful and polite, I always get great deals on jewelry.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced here. I came to get my wife wedding band cleaned(bought it from here)over $7000. The lady there was very rude to me. I have her name but I won’t put it on here but I will be reporting her to their corporate office. I hate to say it’s a white and black issue but that’s how I feel. There was a white couple ahead of me she treated them with respect and courtesy but when I stepped up she got real nasty with me. I started to go there with her but I got my ring and went about business. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN !!!!!😡😡

The employees were not friendly

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable on stones and products as a whole. 2 workers were busy when we were walking in and the manager who was leaving noticed. Instead of making us wait she took off her coat to assist us until an onduty employee was free. The employee listened to ideas before showing us anything but when she started showing us items, they were spot on to the details we had given!

Helzberg Diamonds are wonderful! I promise it is worth the trip and the money they by far have the most beautiful selection of diamonds and engagement rings. I went with my friend to pick out his future fiances wedding ring and we went in and told them what he was looking for and what his price range was and instead of heading straight back to the back and pulling out a 3,000 dollar ring they pulled down a nice 1500 dollar ring and started from there. Very sweet and caring staff. (the lady with the accent is wonderful I did not catch her name but she is wonderful) They knew I had a boyfriend and even took the time to find me a pretty maybe engagement ring! PERFECT PLACE FOR ENGAGEMENT!

Went engagement ring shopping here and had a wonderful experience. The 2 ladies that helped us (Gina and will update with the other name) were by far amazing. They helped us choose the ring very patiently and guided us in the right direction and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We are first time Helzberg customers and are completely satisfied.

Store is clean, selection is great, the young man helping seemed to be more interested in landing a sale then listening to his customer.

Lying scammers. I was told I could wear the watch out for a month and if I changed my mind, I would have a hassle-free return.The watch was a display watch, so of course it had some scuffs on it from other people wearing it out and being handled at the store.When I went to return it, I was not only told I couldnt but they also blamed me for the marks. I shouldve taken pictures.Filthy dishonest salespeople.
