This store rocks! The staff are awesome, upbeat, and attentive to your needs and they know their stuff. Too bad the one store in Morehead close down.

Nick had great customer service. Went above and beyond with helping me set up my phone. As well as reset. Im not very tech savvy, and have came in several times, hes made me feel like a priority and helped me with a smile on his face every time.

Came in to pay off some of my devices and worked with Tanner and Nick. Loved the high energy I was met with right away. Smooth and easy transaction and was offered a new internet device for my home. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Bought a phone from a friend through Verizon, stopped by Verizon in the mall and they had no idea how to switch the APN to a new carrier... They were confident it could not be done. However, with the help of Gloria at T-Mobile my issue was resolved in less then 5 minutes. 👍 Very, helpful and respectful.

The small asian guy at the mall did a great job helping me switch from Verizon. Service has been great so far.

We went in to T-mobile store (West Acres) to ask some questions about switching from Att to T-mobile. The person named ‘CHRIS’ was assisting us. The way he answered to our questions was irresponsible. He literally made comments of us to his co-worker which was very insulting. We had nothing to talk back and we walked out to write this review. Customer service is terrible and workers don’t know how to treat customers which is sad.

When I first arrived to T-mobile Saturday June 10. I came because I was referred by a friend to switch over to T-Mobile. There was a dark skinned woman with short hair Her named started with a T I think . she helped me, My wife and I where very very please. She explained everything clear. I told her I would come back after work. My wife and I came back the same day. The Dark skinned lady was busy with a customer. She explained someone would help. There were 3 employees helping me crowding around me. Im very good with names but she was short long hair. She was steady on her phone one minute she was texting and then the next minute she was helping the 2 people who were trying to help me. The kinda big guy with black hair he didnt know much. The lady who was on her phone she kept leaving to do something. Finally after 6 hours of being there I decided to only get one phone. The Big guy with black hair didnt but me on the slowest internet service. The dark skinned woman finally came to help me. For a first time experience i wouldnt recommend going to anyone else but.The Dark skinned woman. Whoever was playing the music it was shocking I havent heard Get Low in years. But D.R had a lot of life in him full of energy.

Landon at the 45th St S and 40th Ave S Store was awesome to deal with. He worked really hard to get my family switched over from Sprint. Which wasnt easy by any means. He helped us out with a plan that cut our future bill in half with better service and more free data. Which with 4 daughters was desperately needed. I highly recommend switching to T-Mobile if you are get tired of being ripped off by other carriers. Not to mention the customer service is stellar!

Tmobile is literally the worst place u can ever get a phone, or go into service with, they will LOCK YOUR UNLOCKED PHONE AND PUT YOU THROUGH HELL TO GET IT UNLOCKED, THEN THEY WILL MAKE U WAIT WEEKS FOR APPROVAL,,..AND THERE IS HARDLY ANY SERVICE HERE

First the clerk said my old phone was not working, just trying to sell a new model, then he realized my phone had no issues, he tried to activate it, but he did not know how, then he called customer service, and he said to me that they said it would be ready and activated in an hour, but it was never activated, and after many hours waiting, I had to call T Mobile, they hang up on me several times, until finally 8 hours later, I had to start activation process with a rep by phone and they did not know how to set internet on my phone, they sent me back to a store again, but after all this, I prefer not to.
