Broke and chipped my screen on my iPhone 11 pretty bad in the gym and they were able to fix it quickly (30 minutes). Quality work on the screen, I can’t even tell it was broken.

I took my iPhone X here to get a screen replacement a few weeks ago. I had some dead spots on my screen, but it was still functional & the original apple screen. The employee let me know it was a known issue with iPhone Xs and a quick fix. As soon as I left, the phone screen started glitching and moving on its own. I also noticed that the screen quality was much brighter and the colours much different compared to before. This was so noticeable I put my phone side by side another with original parts and the difference in brightness and colour was crazy. There was also a problem with the facial recognition picking up only every two or three times out of five. I went back the next day (mind you nine months pregnant) and informed they do not use original apple screens as they are not apple certified. With their replacement, you will lose the True Tone feature on your iPhone and the brightness will never be as dim or bright as original apple screens. The employee was well aware of this but never bothered to mention it, even when I told him this was the first time replacing my screen since picking it up from the Apple Store. As someone with migraines, my brightness is always all the way down and night mode always on, which he would have seen right away so this was extremely disappointing. Their screen is also still not fully functional - still glitching and moving on its own here and there, facial recognition not picking up, a red light now appears every time I attempt to unlock my phone. The screen will now sometimes flash white and shut off and raise to wake feature now takes multiple raises. For the price they charge ($200) you are much better off going to geek squad, where I went and was quoted $270 as they ARE apple certified. The screen given here seems as if its being rejected by my phone and definitely not worth what theyre charging, even with their lifetime warranty.

The store is a bit hidden in the maze that is West Acres Mall, but they do wonderful work. My cameras glass was broken and within 10 minutes it was fixed! A bit pricey but all things electronics usually are. Overall 9/10!

I was planning for a trip to Fargo (I live 140 miles away) and my phone needed a screen, so I emailed them. A representative called me back a little bit later, which I liked, because a place in Aberdeen had not responded to my online query even after I filled it out twice.I had some difficulty finding the place. i first went to the old location, which is still online. When I went to the mall it wasnt too easy to find.It took less than an hour to do the fix. Id paid in advance, (114.50) and it seemed a little odd that the person at the booth said the charge would be $100.00 (that is thats what he said before I told him I had already paid).So it sounds like Phone N Fix needs to do a little better giving consistent prices.When I got back after the fix, I had to ask the guy to clean the case screen (I have a built-in protective screen that had little glass fragments on it) before I put the phone back in. I think he should have cleaned it without needing to be asked.Other than these few things I was happy. This is the first time Ive broken a screen and it does feel pretty good to have the phone back in like-new condition. I went away without a receipt, but was glad to see that they emailed me one. I was kind of in a hurry so I didnt bother about it at the time, but I think they should always give a customer a receipt and not just hand them their phone back.

I cant say enough great things about Phone-n-Fix!!! My phone is 6 years old and my port was damaged, but they were able to replace it. I live an hour and a half away so it was all done by mail. I mailed it Wednesday and would have gotten Friday, but it was Christmas. I couldnt be happier!!! Im a 70 year old Granny who doesnt use my phone like the youngsters, but still didnt want to buy a new one. Carl was so helpful and accommodating. You wont be disappointed. My dad found this place to fix my daughter’s phone and when I picked up her phone I asked if they could also fix mine. I thought the price was reasonable, very knowledgeable and friendly service and even made some other repair suggestions that I didn’t even think of. Had them replace back glass. Picked up phone and was told I needed to bring it back next day for a repair because the tech cut my power button and needed to replace. Also lots of glue on back of the phone still. Bedsides the wasted time of dropping off again, I get home and notice my camera lens is broken! I would imagine when the clamped the new glass on they cracked that also. $150 bucks to fix and now a broken lens on camera. Come on man!

We had an iPhone 8 touch screen suddenly stop working... tried all the quick fixes we could find with no luck. We desperately needed this device functioning for a presentation the following day. This is the place for all your phone/device needs. I was referred to them to when looking for a cheap simple phone for my young son and needing to replace a shattered iPad screen. I was about to buy an older phone from someone else but so glad I stopped here because they informed me that my provider no longer accepts those phones. I would have been out a couple hundred bucks just for not knowing this! They helped guide me to find the perfect phone for us and so reasonable.I also found out they also provide financing and the latest and greatest models as well!Then I found out they offer super amazing warranties for super cheap. They literally cover everything!So I bought a phone and case, got my iPad screen fixed (super fast & cheap, would never know it was shattered), and then went right down the hall to my phone carrier hooked up the new phone and saved myself an extra $60/mo by canceling all my devices insurance because I will only be taking my stuff to phone n fix! It was so fun when the guy at the provider store looked at the phone ready to tell me it couldn’t be hooked up and try to sell me a new expensive phone and I got to tell him I was already aware of their new policy and had an appropriate phone!A few months later and everything is still working perfect!Customer service, promptness, knowledge, & wide variety of devices, accessories, & services were top notch and I won’t be dealing with anyone else from here on out.

Amazing customer service. I have stopped by multiple times with various problems. Always got the fast straight forward answer. Every time I had a problem with my phone before I knew of Phone and Fix, I would wait an hour to talk to someone who wouldnt or didnt know how to help me, and would try to up sell me something I didnt need. Bringing your phone to Phone and Fix is the only aspect of owning a cell phone that isnt painful.

Stopped at serval local repair shops to investigate why phone was no longer took a charge they all gave a quote to replace the charging port (prices ranged from $100-&120). I decided to try one last place before I decided to go through with the repair and I’m sure glad I found Carl at Phone-n-Fix! He was the first place to actually inspect my device and upon inspection he asked “ are you a concrete worker” and kinda chuckled as he removed a pound of debris from my charging port! I went here a couple months back to fix my screen, got charged $50 just for them to look at it. Then they told me it would cost $200 to fix it! I will never go here again, the service was slow but the employee was very nice at least.

Did an amazing job fixing my broken iPhone 7plus! Got done faster then expected and was top notch customer service. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Had a small crack on the right side of my galaxy S8 that didnt seem too concerning. Turned out that it caused a malfunction in the digitizer and made my phone a $1,000 paperweight. After calling ATNT to see what options I had for repair, I was livid to find out that they wouldnt help me at all. They said I had to buy a new phone entirely and that wasnt an option for me. I called around a few phone repair shops in the Jamestown and Fargo area to see what vendors were charging. After being quoted upwards of $500 a few times with a week of repair time I thought it was hopeless and I was going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new phone. That was until I saw Phone-N-Fix. They quoted me $350 and offered to fix my phone within two hours. Upon arriving there I was greeted by very friendly staff, that offered a lot of insight about my situation. They only took approximately 45-50 minutes to fix my phone. It looks like new and I have no issues with it at all. They also said that I had a 30 day warranty on the new screen, should any malfunctions occur. They saved me a lot of hassle with my provider and a lot of money. I recommend them to anyone having issues with their phones!
