So I had my 2016 Range Rover Sport in there for some detailed painting. I wanted to Black out all my trim pieces that were silver.So after working with Alan with being specific on what I wanted he went to work on what I wanted done! Alan has an eye for detail and understands my eye for detail and has done a great job!We have a couple things to finish up on and when thats done the Rover will be what I wanted!! Thanks Alan

I recently needed to replace my front bumper due to hitting a dear and my drivers side fender from a hit and run when my car was parked and chose this shop to do the repairs since I heard they do the repair work for many high-end vehicles. This was the second time I needed my bumper replaced as I had a dealership replace my first bumper a couple years ago and never thought the paint matched very well.When I came to pick up my car I was blown away. Not only was the new paint perfectly matched to the original, but they washed and waxed my car and thoroughly detailed and vacuumed the interior for me. It looks like they even touched up the rock chips on my hood. Very impressed and wouldnt take my car anywhere else for body / paint work.

They were super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Will definitely come here again, but ironically enough praying I dont have to.

Had a windshield replaced with Automark today. They did a great job! Kristina and Allen were a pleasure to work with and fit me in on my busy schedule. The car was returned to me quickly and with an added interior detailing! Allen made sure to get all the parts in ahead of my visit, he handled all the billing with my insurance, and assured me of the quality OEM parts to be used! Kristina made arrangements for alternate transportation and made the drop off, pick up, and schedule a breeze. Their work is quality, their staff is kind, and the lot full of high end cars for repair speaks volumes to what they do! Ill gladly be back should I ever need.

Awesome repair work after hitting bambi. Bambi ran off so not the worst possible scenario. Staff frequently kept me up to date and answered any questions I had during the process. Not going to complain about the time it took to repair like others as, lets face it, when you purchase a luxery foreign car OEM replacement parts cant simply be secured at AutoZone. Would not hesitate having future body work being performed here if unfortunate enough to need it again.

My car is perfectly repaired and even looks like a new one. Also, Christina’s on time and sweet updates either through email or text smooth my anxiety during the repair. Highly recommended this body shop to everyone.

I have a 2107 Mercedes E that I lease. The day I picked the car up I got hit in the rear by a sleeping bus driver. Yup. First day. Asked around all of the premium car dealers who they thought was the best and they all recommended Automark. The work done was first class ! you can not tell my car was hit. Drives right and looks awesome. Now it did take me an enormous amount of time to get the vehicle back and this seems to be a common complaint. I didnt care, I just wanted the work done right and it was. They were very communicative during the process and very, very good to work with. Drive around their parking lot and youll see that all of the really expensive car owners come here for bodywork. That should tell you something. I own a BMW 550i and that was recently backed into in a parking lot causing damage to the front end hood and bumper, because of this I was very particular about how I wanted the car to look since I got somewhat of a clean slate when it came to the front end styling the car, that said I did an M5 conversion front bumper and an Agency Power carbon fiber vented hood that I wanted a custom paint job on. This facility far exceeded my expectations of the fit and finish on the car as well as the professionalism that was presented to me as a customer. I recommend this place to ANYBODY looking to have ANY sort of bodywork done on their car. The staff is fantastic and the techs know everything about these cars! 5 stars all the way!!

AMAZING WORK!!! Theyve repaired multiple vehicles for me over the years and they ALWAYS go above and beyond. The paint matching is always perfect and the cars look like new when theyre done. I inquired about getting my vehicle fixed with Automark and Craig handled my claim. He was absolutely wonderful! Our insurance company was giving us a hard time about the repairs and Craig communicated with them directly. I got my vehicle back in a very reasonable time and it looks brand new. If I have any future collision needs, I will have Automark handle it.

They did a very good quality work but the manager or whatever is one of the guys that handles the claim and is in charge of ordering the parts and putting the work order together which in my case was the youngest guy there cant remember his name it could be Andy but I probably have on the work order was so not organized by ordering the parts a week after they have the car, waiting time was couple weeks for the parts, than the roof liner was wrong and they need to revire the interior lights so I spent over a $1000 on rental car for over a month and what really frustrated me is that his estimate was around $3200 hundreds plus repairing the wheel rim scratches around $100 if I pay myself,but when the insurance paid almost $5100 they were happy to take all and when I got call to come and get the car I asked if he repair the wheel rim he said it was not in the claim but he reviewed the claim and got no other option than to put a new rim,for the record I needed the two side airbags curtains and the interior roof liner to be replaced cause they where activated do the rear blown tire while turning in to the subdivision,so when it comes to money from the insurance the repair cost was almost a double than to pay out of the pocket and they dont even have a loaner car but takes forever to have your car done as I mentioned there was no colission job on my vehicle

I needed a large spot buffed out the same day I called and the guys at Automark got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their customer service is above and beyond. Everyone there was very friendly. Highly recommended!

I stopped in to see Craig at Automark about a little parking block incident my wife had. Craig was able to get everything to fit back together and put some touch up paint on the scratches. I was not expecting that but was delighted that he was able to handle it in less than 10 minutes. Alan was super in diagnosing the problem with my trunk hinges on the BMW 535i x-drive. He took care in not only replacing the broken part but found an additional issue on the other side bracket. He replaced that part for no additional charge. Customer service at its best.

It would be a 0 if I could. I dropped off 2 fenders to be painted with a Critical deadline of 9 days (7 business days). The Service advisor had Everyone including the painters and techs, look at the project and PROMISE me that they would be done. They wrote up all the paperwork and then... 9 days later I showed up and they Have Not Even Been TOUCHED!!!! I am Screwed!!!!

Its been ten weeks and they finally finished my car. I was in a rear end collision they ended up replacing my bumper and tail lights but will not fix the wiring issue with the tail lights so hopefully i dont get into another rear end accident because these disgusting people dont believe tail lights being operational are important. I would never take anything here again or suggest anyone go because you will be sorry I know I am.

Do not deal with this collision center. very unprofessional, the manager is the worst. Andy was extremely rude, not understanding and treated me in a very poor manner. Use one of the more reputable repair shops, Andy clearly needs a new job because he is miserable to deal with and should not be speaking to customers. I am contacting the dealership to advise them of such a poor manager.

I had a damaged tailgate on my pickup from failing to secure my trailer to my truck. I contacted Automark and spoke with Craig. Craigs team was able to repair my tailgate without taking the whole truck. I got it back and the paint was an absolute perfect match. Same experience with my wifes SUV repair. They perfectly matched the pearl white paint! Will never go elsewhere again for any collision work.

I recently had some hail work done at Automark Collision. I own a Subaru Outback and took it to them from hearing about the phenomenal work they did from a friend. When the insurance did my estimate they had expected repairs to take 19 business days to be completed. They not only kept me posted every step of the repair process and informed me how my car was doing, but also got it done in much less time than that, thankfully. When I got my car it looked better than brand new! You would never have known my car was ever in a hail storm, and to top it all off they cleaned it up inside and out. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process I wouldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. It’s a relief they do all makes, all models, and all insurances because I wouldn’t trust my car in anyone else’s hands. What should have been a very stressful time for me turned into a pleasant experience and I highly recommend anyone who is very particular about their car to take it here.

Unbelievable- Pathological liars and unprofessional! They claimed that they are the only certified BMW body shop in the state of Michigan. So when I had an accident, I took the car there. My cars rare bumper was damaged and it took them more than 33 days and the car is still in the shop...My insurance covered rental car is expired. I have to pay out of my own pocket at this point. The shop only called me to ask for more money, the differences between the amount of money they need and my insurance company is willing to pay. I guess the shop has reached the world record of inefficient work. Take your car to any bodyshop but this one.

They did great work on my car. The only reason they get 4 and not 5 stars is that the work was delayed by over a week (a little frustrating considering they dont have loaner vehicles so the cost and inconvenience falls on the customer), the back logo was misplaced (causing me to drive back there and having them fix the positioning which is a slight inconvenience), and my wheel lock was misplaced (which they are re-ordering and shipping to me).Their service was very exceptional. Ian was great help and kept me updated at all times. I would recommend this collision shop to anyone who wants their car to look like it did before an accident.Update: I received the wheel lock in a timely manner, and am satisfied with the repair quality because I’ve had no issues since the repair. I also called for a quick question and their team member, Ian, was exceedingly knowledgeable about the subject matter. I’m upgrading my review from 4 stars to 5 stars considering the post-repair assistance and level of comfort I have in returning to Automark if I unfortunately am involved in another auto accident.

They have done excellent work on my M5, from an animal strike, to fixing the issues that arise after 185,000 miles.

Awful. Own a BMW and Automark claims to be the only bmw certified shop in the state. I have a great dealer relationship and they suggested Automark (which they own). Other shops told me my repair would take 3days, and best case scenario is it is going to take Automark 2 WEEKS. If they had properly examined the car when the recieved it they could have taken care of everything at once. They waited 10days to install what they thought was the problem only to figure out that wasnt the problem. When you call you are put on perma-hold. The young woman who calls you back is polite and professional, but the rest of the outfit is terrible.I will not be back under any circumstances. You have to really hate your money (in my case insurance money) to spend it at AutoMark. There are far too many good shops out there that want the business.

I wish I had read the reviews before taking my vehicle here. It sat for almost a month before they touched it. It has now been almost two months(58 days) and I still do not have my car. I keep hearing next week. UPDATE, over two months now...more delays.
