They were very kind, good people...Only complaint :went in to get a problem fixed. estimated at $400 ended up paying close to $600.Which would have been fine, if they would have fixed the problem.They made the issues a little better but didnt fix it completely. I paid almost $600 and it wasnt fixed all the way through ...I want going to post a bad review on here till I called and explained that they havent fixed my issues all the way through the problem was still there ...his response :Well we cant fix it completely or make the issues go away ... Yeah thanks now you tell me that after $600. and I still have the issues 🤦So what exactly did they do 🤷 took my money is what they did 🤦👎

Great shop. They always takes the time to show you what’s wrong and and never tries to sell you something that you don’t need. Great group of people with a lot of integrity.

Great quick service. Got me and my son in and out fast and made sure they covered all the basis with the oil change/inspection on top of having reasonable prices!

Very quick. If its an easy fix and they have time, they wont make you go through all the formality. Theyll come to your car, check it out and fix it right there if they can.

Competent mechanics, fair pricing and friendly service, they are the best. Recently, I had a major with my car that needed immediate service and the mechanics solved the problem in 1 day. This is not unusual for Northwestern. I have been a customer for the past 6 years and they are the only place I will take my car for service including oil changes. They are honest and straight to the point. Highly recommended.

These gentlemen treat their customers right. I came to them after multiple failed attempts by other shops to stop my from overheating. It seemed like every time my van came out of the shop, Id just end up back there by the end of the week.That was not the case with Northwestern Auto.They went above and beyond, fixing my overheating issue in just hours. Its been 3 weeks now and I can proudly say my engine is staying cool on even the hottest of days.Outstanding work gentlemen. Thanks again.

Do not take your car to this shop based on the reviews. I took my daughters car here because it was a dire emergency and I had used them before at my car salesman recommendation, but one of the employees only checked the tires and did not charge me. I did not know the shop was owned by an Arab until after I got the bill for my daughters car and spoke to my car salesman who had referred me to Alex, whom I never met. They charged me triple the price for parts to go on the vehicle which sent the bill soaring. I had quit going to Arabic repair shops because they are unethical and unscrupulous. They now own most of the shops around but I would rather pay the dealer than deal with them.Caveat emptor (buyer beware), shop with them at your own risk. These 5 star ratings are their relatives and friends.
