Lou and team never cease to amaze me. My experiences at the Orchard Lake, Farmington Hills MI NAPA Complete Car Care Center location have always been positive. In my opinion, there is one home run after another regarding product and service. I believe the only thing this team hasnt accomplished is solving world peace, but Im sure they have discussed it during lunch or breaks. All in all, I appreciate the care provided to my vehicle and just as important, the customer care aspect. Keep doing what youre doing and your treat will be to continue having my ramblings of hum-drum life to all that will listen in your waiting area. This is of course Lou and teams dream come true...so I believe this to be an even trade...haha.

This is the worst auto repair shop I have been too. The owner is rude and dishonest. I was there for an oil change that was suppose to be $23.00 out the door. But, I ended up paying $82.00. After I dropped my car for oil change I got a call from the owner that they snapped the drain plug bolt head and this is a big issue. He said this is the first time in my life I have seen something like this and the last shop(dealership) that did my oil change over tighten the bolt. He said we will try to get the bolt out else you will have to change the oil pan. After 1 1/2 hours he called me back and said we were able to fix it and that he charged $55 for labor & $8 for the bolt. It was them who broke the bolt and they charged me for fixing it. When I told him they shouldnt be charging me for it, he started getting angry and told me we can remove the new drain plug bolt out and you should tow your car from here and dont come back again. Then he tells me that the bolt might be old and it broke off. Look at the pictures below, the bolt does not seem to be old or rusted. I had several oil changes done on my car and never had any problems. He started blaming the dealership first and then said the bolt might be old. I told him, why should I pay for your mistake and he said we are doing you a favor by fixing your car. I will never ever go to this shop again and I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

Lou and the Gang are the best Mechanics. They are honest and never overcharge. A $500 Gear shift repair was only $140 or so because they are compentant enough to repair the issue and not just replace the whole Gear shift parts. Several times they repaired my cars and always well below what one would expect in price. Go here to get your autos fixed!

My car hasn’t even been dropped off yet (Audi A5 with a bad alternator) Lou, just by talking to him, was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’m already satisfied!

I called the day before and asked if they do alignments on bigger trucks they said yes I came in the next morning. They took my truck to the back for about an hour and came back and said they couldnt do it because its lifted. The truck is stock and they insisted it was lifted and i that should have told them this on the phone prior to coming in. Makes no sence. The tech was cool about it but the owner was the one making a false claims.

My oil change bill was quite a bit more than the coupon for an extra quart of oil. Otherwise, friendly enough and about an hour to get done, first thing in the morning, first in line.

Pretty nice place and the staff were friendly. They texted me after to see how it was doing and to take care of any concerns I have. Some of the best service ever.

Terrible guest service and they Price gouge, Quoted me $779 for a brake job that A service center 3 miles away charge me $569, I was very disappointed.

Went in for an oil change today. I went to work after and on my way home my low oil alert came on. I had lost nearly 3 quarts of oil because this shop did not install the drain plug correctly. They crushed the seals on the drain plug so I have to buy a new plug and completely refill the oil. I want a refund!

We have been going here with our cars since we moved to Farmington Hills. They are always honest about repairs and warn me about issues that could occur. For example Sometimes this breaks when we are removing this other part and then we have to replace the whole thing and it will cost x I feel like they are not the cheapest but they do great work and I trust them. Always busy so get in early or go during the week.

I had to change my review from 5 star to 4 after last 2 visits with my friends. Its a hit and miss experience I must say. I personally had really good experience with everyone. They had really good customer service before but lately its a rip off. Not so affordable prices.They know what their job and will do a professional work but even if youre someone who is not into cars please pay attention to every details after the job is done.Did an oil change recently and I’m happy with the service. Reminded me the auto repair shop in the movie Mask. Misdiagnosed the issue and charged me for the inspection. I took the car to another mechanic who replaced a completely different part and fixed the issue.

This is the most dishonest car repair shop I have ever been to. Lou the owner lied to my face twice. I got an oil change here and got home and it was leaking horribly from the filter. I went under the car and saw it was leaking because Napa Auto did not screw in the filter correctly. My mom and grandpa took it to the shop the next day and Lou told them that he told me there was a bad leak of oil in my car when I first went in. HE NEVER TOLD ME THIS! I never had that bad of a leak before. I called him right after and he said he never told my mom he said that to me. HE LIED AGAIN TO ME! The most upsetting thing was they would not admit that they did it wrong. This place is dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY.

Always honest about the diagnosis of my car. Never charges more just to make a buck. Also fair pricing, possibly less than the average cost to fix most cars.

This is the place I always use. They are aways very accommodating, EXTREMELY HONEST & always do a great job on whatever problem you have. They take care of everything from oil changes, batteries, & problems that you dont understand.. They will look at the problem & ALWAYS give you an honest answer & never do something unneeded. The staff are very friendly & take the time to not only explain what caused a problem, but how to prevent it from happening again. Prices are quite reasonable and you can often find coupons to get a few extra bucks off your maintenance.The first in - first served system means you dont need to book in, but expect to leave your vehicle in overnight.

Asked for an oil change and a diagnoses for my A/C. My oil was not changed and they had me pay for something for my A/C which just emptied from a leak. Basically wasted all the money I spent there

Went to Napa they told me my car was unsafe to drive and needed 1200 in repairs. Went to Midas on telegraph and they told me all I needed was 3 break pads and a caliper for 500. Would never go here.
