Very nice building with ample parking. Service is reasonably quick especially when prescriptions are called in ahead of time. All in all, this is your average drug store. I use it to pickup prescriptions. It seems to do that well.

I came the drive thru it was closed. I went inside and I had been told my script would be ready at 1 (it was 4pm) and it wasn’t ready. I was told to wait and after 20 min when no one came back and they had seen 5 other patients I left. I’m an Orthopedic Surgeon and wouldn’t want any of my patients to be treated like this. I will no longer write any prescriptions for this CVS

I go to this CVS 5-6 times per month. Its my go to for prescriptions, Hallmark cards, cheap over the counter medication, a Milky Way, etc. I like the front counter staff. They are always kind and helpful to me. Ive had a few hiccups with the pharmacy, hence the 4, but considering how many prescriptions they fill for me they consistently do fairly well. Ive never had a problem with the pharmacy counter staff or drive thru staff, but the pharmacists themselves could use some training on how to work with the public and their staff. The manager is great, so if you have a problem, report it to her.

Extremely rude and inefficient pharmacy staff. Every trip through their drive through takes 30 minutes and always run into issues like system down or prescription not ready or you’re in the wrong lane (with no signs). Writing this bad review after multiple frustrating instances with this cvs in specific.

This used to be my pharmacy of choice but this past year the pharmacy techs have been rude and unconcerned with their customers.After waiting 5 days to have a prescription refilled, I called for a status only to be told they had no idea when my rx would be available. There was no offer to phone another CVS pharmacy, or outside pharmacy, I just got a I dont know when it would be available.Between the rude staff, 50/50 chance the drive-thru will even be open, and uncertainty on when Ill get my prescription, Im finally calling it quits with this pharmacy.I strongly recommend you avoid using this pharmacy too.

I went in to pick up a few items for myself. At checkout the cashier was being overly pushy trying to make me sign up for their carepass service. I told her multiple times that I did not want to, that money is tight right now. She then became agitated with me that I was refusing to sign up. I left completely flustered and embarrassed. Last time I will ever go to this location.

I go here at least 3-4 times a month when I need to buy something quick. Ive never had any issue like the other reviewers have spammed the reviews page about random people being in the parking lot. Its always quiet and people are minding their own business. The pharmacy can get busy sometimes but thats typical of any pharmacy. The ladies at the register are always nice.

Tried to get a flu shot here and the pharmacy worker who I initially had to speak with wasn’t wearing a mask, refused to put it on and said she didn’t have to, and then pulled it When the pharmacist came over and claimed she was wearing it the whole time. The manager stocking shelves had his around his neck. It seems illogical to trust a “healthcare” provider who won’t follow the science or DHHS directives during a pandemic.The maskless pharmacy worker also yelled to other employees, laughing, about how I was uncomfortable in there with them not wearing masks. So that was fun.

This is the worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. The current male pharmacist is amazing, otherwise, most of the people are unprofessional-I was made fun of by the female pharmacist yesterday because I was concerned at how she and customers were laughing and playing on the blood pressure machines when I really needed to pick up my prescription as my little children were running through CVS. I picked up her prescription that was written for 30 days and I was only given 7 days of my medication and did not look into the bottle until later that evening. I was told I had to wait 5 days to pick up the rest of my pills and now they say they are not ready. Today, it says that I have already picked up the prescription. I wish the CVS headquarters cared and majorly trained this location or just simply shut it down. It’s useless.

All of these negative posts sound like personal problems. This store is so friendly and so caring about the elder community in the area who depend on this store for their basic groceries. The ladies at checkout are caring and helpful.

Dont believe all the negative reviews about this place. Its not in a run down area. Its 1 mile from West Bloomfield, situated in a middle income neighborhood. They have a friendly staff and very clean store. Its easy and convenient to shop here.

Been coming here 2 years, never had any issues with the staff or sketchy people as some reviews have mentioned. The only slightly sketchy place is the 7-eleven across the street in the late evenings.

Long time to pick up your prescription, very limited staff, in general bad service

Sometimes, rarely the line can be long at this CVS, but... I love the convenience that is offered in a quick shopping trip for any common household need. They have great sales on my favorite beverages and snacks, sometimes I go just to stock up on these sale items. Staff are always very friendly and provide assistance as necessary. I havent used the pharmacy at this location, but at other CVS locations I have been very happy with the speed and consistency of the service. Best of all, though, is when you can get in and get out in under 5 minutes for some small thing.

Last night I visited this store at 9:50, I was the last customer in the store. I bought my items and made the mistake of leaving my wallet on the counter. I returned 15 mins later and they were closed. Today I returned to ask if anybody found the wallet that I KNOW FOR A FACT I left. The manager was very rude and seemed like I was bothering her. She told me to come back at 1 because the manager from last night would be there. I returned at 1:30 just for them to tell me again that they havent seen my wallet that I know I left there.

The slowest pharmacy and retail counter I’ve ever been to! Never again

There is something seriously wrong with the people who work in this pharmacy. I spent an entire day 9-5 trying to get something refilled and everytime I called they told me something different. Worst experience ever and never using them again

This place has friendly, happy, and attentive employees. Check out was a breeze. Very well-lit and clean store location.

Run down area prob the nicest building in the area

The pharmacy staff is non helpful and non knoledgable. Most of the times the younger staff is on there personal phones and rude.
