Most favorite grocery store in the area. They have good quality products and are more competitive than other stores. Its always clean. I love shopping there.

This was my first visit to Aldis. When I first entered, I could smell the refrigeration equipment, like it needed a thorough cleaning. The selection is limited, but the meats looked good and fresh. Its ok. I bought unknown toilet paper and unknown paper towels. Their prices seemed good. Its ok to pick up a few items, not for major shopping for me.

I would like to rave about Seirrah from Orchard lake Rd. Store in Farmington Hills,MI.Always with a smile, willing to help.She is the only one in the cash register handling the customers who r waiting in a very long line.I wish

I wanted to get glutenfree items and vegan options. This store is not what it used to be. I did find gluten free wraps. The current selections of healthy items are very few and far fetched.

I enjoy shopping at Aldis. I especially love to get my dark chocolate there they have a great selection. The scallops are also a great buy.

This location is very clean, has a wider selection then others nearby, and staff are friendly and courteous. Will be returning on a regular basis to this location over Redford. Arreanna at the front check was very pleasant, and provided great service with a smile!

Extremely clean and well organized supermarket. The employees are super helpful and courteous. Theyre prices are fantastic as well as theyre quality of meats and produce. Wish they were closer to me. Its worth the drive.

I usually shop at a different Aldi, so I was disappointed with the bare shelves of items that I normally buy. Still love Aldi!

I purchase cauliflower pizza is amazing the crust is so good and I was able to get it half off even the customer service and the cashiers are very nice

Very poorly stocked n didnt find most items at 5:30 pm. Very disappointed!

I was, and have been, pleased with my visits, but today the young lady at the last register around 7:30pm was very rude. I put my things in the bag I brought with me and instead of asking me to take my things out of the bag she just turned the bag upside down and dumped everything on the belt, then threw my bag back on the belt. Shes lucky I didnt have anything fragile in there. So rude!.

Not pleased or impressed at all. Mediocre selection in each category, missing lots of categories, and then you have to bag your own stuff? No thanks!

I do like Aldi but do not like the check out process. No line organization and cashiers literally throwing items in my cart.

The cashiers hardly speak, hardly say thank you. If you dont like working with the public then get a different job

Its an ALDI! Pretty much like every other, though this one is larger than the Livonia store. The registers ran realll nice on an afternoon rush, which is just tops. The place is a tight ship, but stock does dissapear accordingly. I miss you dark chocolate covered banana slices. 😭

I had to wait almost a week to cool off before writing a review update. Cashier needs to reevaluate her interaction.Still an issue with throwing groceries...but the store has such great deals! UGGGH!I quoted earlier the distraction and since then I have every time (4x) asked for the cashiers, please do not toss my groceries so my fruits, salmon or breads are not damaged.I try to go with someone, so I can be prepared to assist in placing my groceries into a box or bag. My husband has it figured out the long 2 boxes ready to be placed in waiting buggy, it also helps in bagging.Come on Aldis the young gentleman was excellent and some visits are better than others. You recover your quarter after you return the cart or leave it for someone else to use or recover. A great incentive to pocket some change. I now keep a quarter in my car for my trips specialty for Aldis.Cart!You are tossing my time and energy of picking up my groceries to get damaged at the end.BTW: while standing in line a customer who stacked there cart had a bottle of olive oil break after his son moved something in his cart it spilled all over their cart damaging some groceries and spilling all over the floor, he had tossed his groceries into his cart the same way the cashier toss our groceries. I love this place. Before the quarantine, I was probably their best customer. Would go there almost daily. They always have fresh veggies, fruits and meat. The customer service is also exceptional. I love a few of their cashiers. Theyre always very personable and quick to check you out.

This store is great, not a huge selection, but what they have is always fresh. It is very convenient, because I always find what I need and complete my shopping in half the time. And their prices are unbelievable!

Some great deals and the Aldi finds can be amazing, but when theyre out of stock youre out of luck. Look for the priano amaretto cookies.. Delish!!

Store is kept clean and orderly by mostly conscientious employees. Checkout times are reasonably short.The only frustrating thing is that most times, the cashier will start scanning the next customers groceries before I can grab my receipt and groceries and move out of the way. Sometimes, the two orders will be mixed for a short time. This creates discomfort for both customers. Its as if the cashiers are being paid a commission for shaving milliseconds off checkout times. I think it would be better to pause for 5 seconds or so to give the front customer time to move on before scanning the next customers order.Overall, this is a great store with quality products and a helpful staff. Mask protocol is followed the vast majority of the time, but not 100%.

I rarely go here, usually only in a rush to an open house, but every time I come I ask myself why I don’t come more often. As you probably know, everything is Aldi brand but nothing I’ve ever had has disappointed and the produce is always fresh. They have some nice gourmet items too. I don’t know if it’s just this location but it gives me Trader Joe’s vibes 🙂. I had to take a star off for checkout though because there are always long lines.

I have started shopping this new (to me) location & am pleased with quality & pricing. Every employee Ive interacted with so far has been pleasant and helpful. Round trip from my house might be half mile. No coupons or fuel points but so far, so what. Doesnt mean Ill change all my shopping but very cost effective on what I have done.

Great prices on some staple grocery items even if they dont have a huge selection of items. Milk, eggs, dairy, frozen foods. Their store brands come pretty close to their name brand counterparts.

I went in on Sunday the 6th and the first person I saw was not wearing a mask... I told the man at the cash register, but he could have cared less. I was completely grossed out...

I love this store and that is for all locations. Excellent customer service staff, excellent selections, great prices, clean restrooms, bring your own bags and a quarter to rent a cart. They sale everthing. Yes not big box brand names but great stuff your family needs and wants and you will have money left over for the movies.

Beware of when they switch your cart. Canadian quarters fit in the cart lock, so you may end up with one. Otherwise, they carry some gluten free and Organic milk and other quality items at a low price. New store very clean.

This is my new favorite store for produce and groceries. Their prices are very reasonable and they usually have fresh fruits and veggies. They have a huge variety of breads. They have a section called Aldi Finds that has items that they only have temporarily and I dont think they ever bring back. That can get disappointing if they have something that you enjoy and only get to try once. It is also the nearest grocery store to me which is the main reason I go there!

Aldi is always solid. The only challenges they sometimes have are the number of cashiers and the stock of some items at certain times. But its hard to beat the value and the new store in Farmington Hills is really bright and roomy.

Good selection of food for the small size. Great for a quick, simple shopping trip. I was also surprised to see quite a bit of vegetarian food in their frozen section.

The store is nice but, there’s only one electric scooter throughout the whole store. They need about 3. My waking is bad and when I asked about it a women said “if I don’t see it someone is using it “. Which was very unfortunate.

She totally ruined my day :( I was just standing there and was ready to cry:( I had just $36 and was making sure I got everything and I don’t have to stand there after and tell her I don’t have enough money to pay so was giving her my stuff one by one and she start to telling me something, like I’m the only cashier here, you have to be hurry (was just one person after me and just in second came another girl for next cashier, so she had helpers) her face made me feel like I’m homeless and I have no money :( was so disappointed . I will definitely call the manager and ask her to be sorry:( her name was brandi.

Only reasonably priced grocery store near my house in this area. Eggs and sometimes milk are at a higher price than some of the stores 3 miles west of here but everything else is cheaply priced.

Very clean, large store compared to other locations. Had a lot of foot traffic which means fresher products. Good location in Farmington Hills.

ALDI on Orchard Lake is my new favorite, first stop for my extended family grocery needs, and here are a few reasons why.1). Low, low, low prices on high quality food, home products, and wines. For example, I had been paying anywhere from $1. 99 to $2. 99 for fresh cilantro. Fresh cilantro is .69 cents at ALDI. I had been paying $3 for Keebler (blue bag) chocolate chip cookies. The “blue bag” of chocolate chip cookies is $1. 39 at ALDI. I had been paying nearly $5 for the red carton of “organic” milk. The “red carton” of “organic” milk is $2. 89 at ALDI. I had been hooked on Josh Cellar’s superb Sauvignon Blanc wine which was bargain priced at $12. I tried FLIRTY BIRD brand BLANC at ALDI. I can buy 3 bottles for the price of one. SAME GRAPES. Imagine a WHOLE store full of wonderful surprises like these few examples.Once you realize how brain washed we are by the power of NAME BRAND ADVERTISEMENT, you will gladly bring a refundable quarter for your 🛒 and help save the planet 🌎 by bringing your own reusable grocery bags. I loved the store but the manager (Im assuming) was rude to a customer. They close at 8pm all this woman wanted was crackers but she was yelled at by a employee and humiliated. Rules are rules, you cant shop here were closed you have to leave why would an employee make a scene? In the time it took her to yell at the customer she wouldve already been done shopping. Luckily an elderly man told the woman it was ok for her to go in and he even offered to buy the crackers for her. AND HE WAS A CUSTOMER AS WELL. Aldi I love you but your manager/ employees shouldnt be yelling at paying customers and since you close at 8pm you want to have a closed neon sign that way you wont yell at customers you can just pull a sting when its closing time.

I try to avoid this location due to the steep slope in the parking lot. Ive seen people lose their carts while trying to load their groceries in their vehicle.

My favorite Aldi in the area! It’s clean, spacious (for an Aldi), and the staff is nice. Sometimes they are out of things which can inconvenient.

The store has really improved their quality of merchandise and groceries.
