Awful experience!!! They packaged rotten food for my pick up order 🤮🤢🥴😷and were so rude. Stay away guys. We can’t take risks with our health these days. I picked up a full tray of chicken Karahi on Friday evening around 4:30/5:00pm. I had driven all the way from auburn hills to pick it up. I put the tray straight in the fridge as I had head out to an event. I came back around 9:45 and went to organize the tray in my glassware after I put my kids to bed. There was a strange smell from the tray was so pungent that my son got out of bed to investigate what the smell was. It permeated the whole house. I called the owner instantly but he didn’t answer. I contacted him first thing the next day to let him know that the food was inedible and asked him if I brought it could he refund the money or replace the food with something that wasn’t spoiled but he was beyond rude and refused to do either. He told me that I had to report it the same day even though he acknowledged that he got my call and didn’t answer it.I have had the same experience in the past where they packaged up food that was not fresh. But I had always overlooked it and only provided gentle feedback that the food was old but this time the food wasn’t even edible and instead of acknowledging it, the owner was just rude and said he didn’t care. I basically wasted $200 dollars. On the upside, the smell was so pungent that no one could eat it. God only knows what would have happened if my family had eaten it. It was such a disappointing experience from a place we regularly buy food from and spend hundreds of dollars at. Never returning. Just glad we didn’t eat it and end up in the hospital.Also found hair in the biryani 🤢🤮🥴

Unhygienic food. Always watch the expiry date. Waste of time and money.Extremely rude owners who lie and do not attend customers. Shop and wait patiently alone in line eventually to be attended and charged overprice. They must be paying people to leave positive comments. Extremely bad experience. Not worth your hard earned money.

Great place for Pakistani spices and halal meat. However, the best part is authentic Pakistani food prepared fresh in the kitchen. Its the best food across metro Detroit area.

Amazing food and small grocery store. Their biryani is fresh and always tastes great. Never had a bad experience here.I would recommend cleaning the place a little to make it more appealing to bring in new customers.Prices have also risen during Covid. The biryani should be $10, nothing more, $13 for biryani is absurd.Some of the food is overpriced but the quality is good. See attached price menu.

It is an amazing store but there is a problem there is a guy who works up front he starts off nice but then after he gets impatient with you when i went there one time he was upfront like always but there was a kid there about 12 or 13 i asked him who he was he said he was the owners son so then i grabbed my stuff and he started scanning the items like usual but then while the kid was just sitting there he was not doing anything but then the worker up front his name was alam gir OK so then he just starts yelling at the boy for nothing and the boy said nothing and then he started screaming at him and then finally just stopped yeah but other then that i have always had a good experience thank you for reading and bye

Ordered catering for 100 people and was an incredible experience. They were kind and reasonable and the food was absolutely amazing! Got Biriyani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Naan and Lamb. Everything was made with quality ingredients, and was so delicious. Was not too greasy which you get from other places. Certainly made with love.

Love all the Pakistani products they have. My husband found frozen United bakery Gajar Halwa and Rabri. It wa awesome.Also the take away Pakistani food is so yum. We mostly get take away food on our visits. And dont go to any other fancy restaurants.

This plc is ridiculously priced and they serve you biryani with human hair in it. Hygiene is a big no to this plc. I regret ordering biryani from this plc, they price you for a half tray and end up giving you a quarter tray, after all this cheating they give you this baseless explanation about their quantity 🤨 this is a big no no, stay always guys

This place is always friendly when the two times I went. But they dont have the things I need. They mostly focus on products from Indian, Arab, etc. You wont be able to find typical chinese or korean ingredients here.

By far the worst customer service I have received by any employee/chef, to say the least. I walked into the kitchen area to pick up the food and I ask for onion as a side for the food and, the chef (restaurant operator) gave me an attitude and told me no, straight to my face and walked out to smoke a cigarette. If that wasnt worse enough, they overcharged me about two dollars on top of what I already had to pay. Not to mention he was also persuading me to purchase extra food when I clearly called in before coming in, what I wanted ready upon arrival. If you are a potential customer thinking of spending your hard earned money on some food for the family or perhaps yourself, never go here as you will get treated like a complete fool. If I had the choice, I would give him and the experience I had ZERO STARS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Disgusting on the inside. Ive never seen such a gross filthy business in my life. There were rotten vegetables in the fridge units, expired goods on the shelf and very unfriendly staff. The only nice person in the was a customer. I was told their biriyani was good but to be honest I was too scared to try the food because of the uncleanliness of this place.

I met a guy that worked here and we dated for a little while and he got me pregnant and for some reason every time I go in the store they say hes hes not there or he doesnt work there or his uncle who owns the store is not there I dont know why anybody would go here because the food is not good its dirty and its not fair that theyre covering up this guy when he need to take responsibility for his 2 babies dead beat ass wholes
