The guy was not sure on what he was saying.. told me my window couldnt be replace but I took it to another shop they installed the window no problem

I had a windshield replaced by 4 Corners Glass in December. Afterwards, I immediately noticed the rear view mirror was loose and vibrated after the service. I called 4 Corners and they said I would have to bring it back into their shop in order to have them look at it and that they would probably have to put some shims in it. I did not take them up on their offer because I got the impression they did not know what they were doing. They also said they would call me back about it, which they never did. Recently, I had to have the windshield replace again. Obviously, I used a different company. The new company noticed that the brackets on the inside panel along the door jam on the passenger side were bent and therefore did not catch as they should. 4 Corners had glued it back into place when the clips didnt catch, so this time it could not be removed easily for a windshield replacement because of the glue. The new company bent the clips back so that it would catch properly. Additionally, the new company discovered that the windshield 4 Corners installed was not at all sealed along the entire bottom of the glass. There was glue on it, but it had never been placed into contact with the frame. As for the rear view mirror, the new company discovered that there is a screw missing and that is why it has been vibrating. He said it was a factory part I would have to get through the dealer. 4 Corners represented itself as a mobile service to my insurance company and they did not give mobile service. Seems like amateurish quality and customer service for a company specializing in windshield replacement.
