Always great service, sell me only things i need for my car.

Couldnt tell me over the phone about discounts. I had a military discount and found a lower price. The tire was much cheaper elsewhere. They matched the price but would not give a military discount. I took my business elsewhere!

Only had a flat tire to fix BUT with power outages some shops closed they said they could have it done by 6 and they did but I was late. Got it installed next morning. SURPRISED AT WHAT I SAW counter guy helping out in the shop, they were busy, pit crew helping each other out to expedite operations. They stowed the jack and tire retreaving tools I left out even though I said I would do it. PIT CREW AND COUNTER GUYS WERE GREAT AND FRIENDLY FELT LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY

Not to be trusted! Had a little shake when I was breaking and was told that I needed new tires and brakes in the rear on a truck with 65,000 miles on it. They gave me the best price on tires after calling around to a few places at first they were more expensive but then after getting a better price they lowered their price lower than everyone else’s! But then they charged me about $100 more than everybody else was going to charge me for breaks since it was close to home this is where I went! Once they got my tires off they started to inspect the other things without me asking them to do so and told me that I needed shocks and struts! They told me that F1 50s have this issue where the shocks and struts go bad very early on and recommended replacement of these and told me that they were leaking. When I asked them to show me where they were leaking they said that it must’ve dried up already! I left while they finished everything up telling them that I would have to look at doing that at some other time! After picking up my truck the shaking during the breaking is worse. And now what a coincidence I can feel every bump in the road like I need a new shocks and struts witch I’ve never felt before! Don’t fall for that will be 100 bucks cheaper than some other tire place game just so they can try to talk you into doing unnecessary things that you don’t need to your vehicle. This place is the absolute worst tire company I’ve ever dealt with I would definitely recommend to steer clear of these people.

Run-flat tires put on my 2011 Beamer negotiate a good price under $800 and they did the wheel alignment I went to Discount Tire and Sams Club who doesnt do alignments and they beat total price I would have gave five stars but had to ride my bike my son drop me off the plan was just get the alignment I have the tires and star elsewhere but being all one stop turned out to be good deal also like a print out those estimates and they beat those deals good customer service to

I went to Belle Tire without an appointment. I was taken care of right away. The staff is knowledgeable and polite and kind. Showed me some options and I appreciated that. It was a seemless transaction and experience and would definitely recommend this store in Farmington on Orchard Lake Rd.

Very nice place to get your tires done! In fact, they have nearly the same pricing as Costco tire with a lot of services such as alignment, balancing done for free for lifetime as long as you purchase tires from them. Nice staff at this location. Fast service!

Update 5/25/21, Got a battery for my Prius a couple of weeks ago, great price and service, not like the local Toyota dealer that refused to sell me a battery unless they installed it, also they wouldnt honor the existing warranty on my dead battery that came from them. The more I talk to Nick the more things I find they can help me with. You wont be sorry if you have service work done here.Nick and his team always exceed our expectations and never try to steer us to unnecessary repairs but will give a heads up as to what might need attention in the future, even recommending other shops for repairs they dont normally do.

A bit disappointed from my visit a week ago. Mattias (if spelled right) was pretty good at communicating. When I came to pick up my car, I had to wait 30 minutes for Nick to get out of a conversation with another customer. Imagine that.Afterwards, I noticed my emblem was missing on the rim of a new tire. Jimmy said that I would have to order a new one. Every other Belle Tire Ive been to has replaced the emblem if they took it off.So I called and Jimmy said he would get back to me about ordering a new one. He never got back to me. I even called up there again and another staff member said hes still looking for that part.Im going to stick with the other Belle Tires I normally go to.

I took my car without an appointment in to have them look at the protective plastic cover on the engines underside. They checked it out very quickly and charged nothing, despite the fact they fixed it. They were professional and friendly. I was so surprised with the kindness shown there. Thursday morning I went out to start my car nothing my battery had died .I immediately called AAA to confirm that it was indeed the battery the driver pulled up gave me a jump and told me that the voltage in my battery was very weak He tried to sell me a battery in his truck that was 200 dollars i declined cause I knew that was BS so I went to Belle Tire on orchard lake road walked in was greeted by the gentleman behind the desk very friendly very professional I explained to him about the battery I explained to him what had happened with the AAA guy they ✔ my battery and twenty five minutes later I was driving out of there with a new battery great customer service

Great experience!Came to get my nailed tire fixed, was done in a couple hours and as I was an existing customer got the repair for free.Helpful and experienced staff.

They did an amazing job on my Tahoe new tires and complete suspension. And now back for the second time I dont know what it is but I keep hitting things that throw off my alignment love those Michigan roads... They must have excellent training, and take good care of their employees because they are the best. I will not go anywhere else when I need service or new tires, Ive always been impressed with this organization.

12/14/2020I picked up a nail in my front tire about one mile from the Bell tire store at eight mile and Haggerty road in Northville Mi where I have purchased tires and service in the past.Feeling the tire getting soft I limped to the Bell tire store on 8 mile and filled the tire and confirmed that the tire almost lost the seal and that there was a nail in the tread.I then went into the store at 10:30 am and requested getting the nail pulled and patched. I was told they were open until 8 PM and it might be ready between 6PM and 8PM ( 8 to 10 hours later).Collin Sikes the manager could do no better for me eventhough I was a long time customer and the tire fix was probably the simplest service done at a tire store.I had no way to get home and was stranded there.I decided to call the Bell Tire store on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills about 5 miles away where I have also done business.Tommy answered the phone. After I explained my situation he checked my service record on file and said to come to his store.Luckly the tire lasted the drive. After writing up the order one of the technitcians immediately pulled my car in and started working on it.45 minutes later my tire was fixed and they even corrected a slow rim leak on another tire.My sincere thanks to Tommy and the crew at the Orchard Lake Farmington store for saving me many valuable hours.Because of my past record of sales and service there was no charge.I just finished dropping off pizzas and pop for Tommy and the entire crew.Thanks againDennis

Very disappointed. Came in two days after my last visit because of a tire leak that they said they fixed, and after they encouraged an unnecessary fix. The sales associates were rude, interrupting and combative, and despite my disappointment, accused me of calling them liars. They kept talking over me every time I brought up a disservice, it ended up being a yelling match and Kyle was threatening to kick me out. Is that how you treat disappointed customers?Ive been in customer service for years and this kind of behavior would get any employee fired anywhere. The names of the associates were Kyle and James.Edit - two weeks after I had visited and they fixed everything, the check tire pressure light came on twice. So on top of all of their nonsense, I still have a problem.

They greeted me promptly, answered all my questions, repaired my tire& checked the levels on the rest of the tires when I drove back to have my lugs tightened😱...I was like, 👀..what’s my damage& you know what they said? “Nothing” Now it wasn’t only the fact that they didn’t charge me, it was the fact that EVERY TIME I think of buying tires, from now on I will think of Belle Tire. My neighborhood store. We had to work out some issues at the begining, but I chose this store because I want to support the locals. I sat outdoors to enjoy the morning........trash bin is full, refuse around the bench.......come on folks! This is also customer service.

This place is a SCAM. They purposely damaged our car and ripped the wing mirror off into pieces so we would have to replace the WHOLE thing vs just the cracked mirror. They will break and damage your car to make money. We have came here on a couple occasions with our car having no issues besides the tires, and left with it damaged. They need to be reported. I am thinking about filing a lawsuit with them. They also tried to tell us we have issues of a total of $2,450 that were random made up stuff. Before dropping our car, we overheard a customer who was shocked to hear from an employee who said that their “average sale is $900.” She was shocked to say the least. I’m not. They’re doing some crooked things. They lost customers of many years. Beware!!!

I was very happy to have Nick and the Farmington Belle Tire perform maintenance on my car. I always take my car here because of the excellent and friendly service. Nick and his team properly diagnosed and fixed my tires. They also did an alignment on the car and repaired a chip in my windshield. Everything was convenient and quick. They saved me from going to multiple shops because it was all done in one visit. Great job, Nick and Farmington Belle Tire!

Shuttling the kids around - caught a screw from the road in the tire - started leaking air. Frustrating but it happens - right? The guys took me in right away - patched and fixed the tire for NO CHARGE.....NO CHARGE....and sent me on my way. Fast, friendly, and very very helpful.

I wish there was a No-Star option, because this is worst Belle Tire Ive ever been too. Customer service is HORRIBLE, DOESNT GIVE GOOD DIRECTIONS, didnt check air initially, when that was a reason why I stepped in. Then told me it was impossible to reset tire pressure icon without the original key fob, even though other shops, including another Belle Tire location, was able to reset it, for years without it. Will never be back!!!!

Ive gone there a few times for free air and they sealed up my tire for free too! They are super friendly and they do a great job. When I went there for my leaking tire I was worried they might overcharge me because Im a young girl because when I went to get my old car fixed I got way overcharged for it but they were super nice and I was so happy and suprised that it was free 100/10 fantastic place (its been a little while but I just really felt the need to leave a rating)

The worst car service in the area. I had a vehicle inspection scheduled and took my car there, but they requested for me to leave the car for two hours! They are so insolent already that they dont respect their appointments, and I dont understand why I should leave the car for such a long time if their parking lot was empty! I just left and went to Pep Boys nearby, and they made the same inspection within a half an hour!Stay away of Belle Tire, not only of this particular shop, but any other places as well. I had similar issues with other Belle Tire locations in past as well, and what has happened today just confirms that the entire chain of Belle Tire shops is corrupted. This company doesnt simply care about their customers.

Thought agent was pushy for me to get 2 new tires and an alignment when all I came in for was a washer fluid pump & to check on wipers. I realize that automotive repairs are different than going shopping but I felt taken advantage of spending over 600.00. Then they had me pick up the car on a Tuesday to find out that another part had arrived on Weds so now I have to have my daughter bring her car all the way back from Royal Oak to Farmington to have that service that I already paid for taken care of.

Quick, efficient same day service!

I just went to get air in my tires. They have a machine that lets you set the PSI and it beeps when you have enough air.

I love the guys, here! Last week, they replaced my valve stem, and gave me an unexpected discount. Today, they replaced a bolt on my heat shield, at no cost. Im going to have to bake some cookies for them. 😊

They are fake they gave you bad tires and bad customer service

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a popped tire, which they replaced with no hassle. The staff noticed that both of my front struts were leaking. The price they quoted me was roughly $1,200.00 out the door. I went to two other companies to examine my struts, and both said that my struts were not leaking one bit. Shame on Belle Tire for trying to rip me off! Never coming back again.

I have brought my car here several times and always received great services. I used to take my new car to the dealership but each time something got broken while there. NOT at this Belle Tire. They know what they are doing and only sell you what you truly need to keep your car running beautifully!

The mechanics were great and kind. The person representing the company who talked to us and helped us decide what we needed to do was cold and rude. He made me feel embarrassed that I did not have $3,000 to fix every part that needed replacing.

While the prices are the same as other Belle tire stores (good) the service is not. Every employee I interacted with was very nice, that wasnt the issue. I brought my car in for new tires 1 week ago. They installed and balanced the tires fine but they scratched my wheels. My wheels were not in great condition when I got there but they managed to scratch the spokes in multiple locations on multiple wheels. I have been to other Belle locations without issue but I cant recommend this location due to their carelessness, I will not be back.

This is my third opinion after getting dramatic results from Discount Tire, and Ariel Automotive. I should probably check a couple other tire stores but my schedule is too tight to spend a couple days on this thumping noise. These guys were able to repair my rims, replace the tires, and even get me better tires because they are on sale!! No extra charges and these tires are under warranty for three years. This car will go on forever!!

First time to Belle Tire today, I used the other shops before. I told the very friendly representative Paul the issue of my car. The crew checked my car and gave me feedback in an hour or so. I am very pleased about the service in general. I will choose this shop to fix my car when necessary.

I stopped in while traveling because my engine guard was dragging and its a 3 hour drive home. I am a regular customer of belle tire at home so I was looking for a place I could trust.I had to wait1.5 hours to get my car into the garage (Thursday at 5pm) but once they worked on it, the did an oil change, rotated my tires, completed a 4 wheel alignment in about an hour.Excellent service once I was in. I had a windshield replaced today. After calling many companies, Belle Tire was the best, plus it was done at my home. Paul was my contact and Steve was the installer. Both were knowledgeable and friendly . I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in for air only. One of the techs or customer care reps was shooing me away because all I needed was air. Air is for our paying customers. Bought a set of tires from Belle Tire 6 months ago on my car. Needed just air on my new pickup and thats a problem? Guess its no purchase, no self air service.

I had such a wonderful experience there I’ve never felt so taken care of in my life, Jacob was attentive and had my tires on before I even knew it 10/10 will come here for the rest of my life!

These guys are very professional and Nick (Store Mgr) let me leave (once service order was submitted) and return when my service time was closer, without losing space in the queue. Fixed in record time, and much less expensive than I expected.

Worst experience of my life trying to get an oil change. They told me ahead of time that they had time to do an oil change in an hour. Dropped the car off, and came back in an hour to check. One of the managers then told me they were replacing the rear brake light at that moment. Found out fifteen minutes later that my car was not even in a bay yet and he didnt know what was going on with my car. I confronted a manager about this rude behavior, and he just said they were busy in a very unapologetic manner.

The service here is horrible. Once they damaged a tie rod sleeve trying to do an alignment. I had to fight to get them to replace it, but in the end they replaced it same day and gave me a discount on the alignment.Another time I came in to balance a set of tires I bought from Belle Tire and alignment and they complained that they wouldnt be able to balance the tires because they were to big before even attempting. After the balance and alignment, they have me a bunch of unrelated excuses as to why they could not warranty the alignment and the steering wheel wasnt even straight. I brought it back and they still couldnt get the wheel straight but even the manager(Eric) and assistant manager(Frank) were unhelpful and very rude. Frank had his tech point out to me anything that was wrong with the vehicle, even though none of it had anything to do with alignment. Had to call corporate who directed me to another Belle Tire store.This store only wants business from people who will take their word that what they say is true so they can scam people into paying for additional service. Even the techs dont seem to know what theyre doing. They dont know how to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about.

Called to get a repair estimate and the given estimate was very competitive. When I decided to get repair done, called on a short notice and they were able to get me on their schedule even though they seemed very busy as it was right before Memorial Day weekend.Everything seemed very professional and I will definitively return.
