My CSR was so I formative I couldnt find a question she couldnt answer! She had made me feel stress free and even asked me about my day to pass time. She was very kind and patient I will definitely buy more from the store in the future.

I was told my iPhone Promax 12 plus (512 Gigabytes) would be “ready for pick-up” today Tuesday July 20th. I even called to be sure it would be there, but did not receive a call back. When arriving at the store... the phone was NOT there and was then told (a completely different story from the first sales rep)… That the Verizon stores could not or would not order 512 GB Phones, and for mine not having to wait to order that particular phone I agreed to purchase the 256 GB phone. They explained to me that the phones and Internet was down and you’re barely working and the sign-up process took quite a long time… Phillip was very personable and was very frustrated (and embarrassed) that everything was taking so long for the phones and service being down. I have opened my phone today only hours ago to find there’s a small scratch on the screen… And I am seriously considering taking it back… But because of the hassle I probably won’t…

Customer service is great. James didn’t hassle me for all the crazy deals and promotions. Just was concerned on what I was looking for, and did an amazing job on device transfers. Past experiences with Verizon having to transfer devices have been a pain in the rear. But thank you to James for the help and smooth purchases. Definitely would say this store has by far exceeded my expectations.

I was so blessed to go to this Verizon store location when I couldve went anywhere else. The employees there where so helpful, they helped me get what I needed and they were patient, and polite which I want to say is rare. Thank you people for helping me with my phone and thank you for not being rude and snobby.

Every time I go into this store the guys I have had a chance to work with are always willing to help me out! I ALWAYS make this Verizon store my first stop! Especially after having a bad experience a 4-5 years ago at another store. Ever since then I havent experienced a single bad visit or transaction. This place is pathetic I went in jist for a charger they messed up on my transaction so my card went through and it shows on my card but whatever they did on there side didnt take the money so now Im out 55 and no charger. This customer service is the worst I have ever seen!

I went to see about my phone. That I purchased from Walmart. And it worked but I couldnt receive calls. So the associates at this store were very helpful and assisted me very well. The 2 guys who are currently here(employees rotate to different stores) one with long hair and other Hispanic / native guy (both covered up their badges). Are rude and tried to deflect helping my mom (lives on the rez) said we needed internet connection but the phone keeps referring her to upgrade software and goes back to home screen.I miss the manager Santana... She was the most helpful when I had an issue with my own phone.Beware and enter here at your own risk

I received a replacement I-Watch from my insurance. I called Grip Insurance for help in setting up the new watch and they said to call my provider so I called this Verizon store to get help and the customer rep said I should be able to do it myself.

WOW! Finally a Verizon retail store that goes over and beyond even the highest expectations and trust me I used to have a bad taste with Verizon until I walked into this store. Geneva, Trace, Alecia, and the other cool guy (I apologize I’m getting better at remembering names however not mastered yet lol) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They met all my expectations and more! So stop on in for 100% customer service satisfaction all the time❣️ Not just when it’s convenient for them❣️👍💯😍

This is a scam. The guy on the desk will just steal from some old people which end up there...quite sad to say that happens to people like my grandpa which is even a veteran... Sadly this guy will keep doing what he does, but Im just warning all to be careful.

Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.Update on 10/5/2020went into Verizon to have some work done been having trouble with connection issues at AT&t I received excellent customer service from Kurt H. he had me in and out and resolved my problem in less than an hour I could not be more happy.Edit:Turns out Verizon was not good for me. The repairs done on my phone were temporary at best I was never able to use Verizon in my home. When the phone rang I had to run outside to take the call.

They charge a set up fee for everything and 40 for an upgrade when you can go online and order a phone and be charged 20 for the upgrade fee.
