Ill pass my bill every single month kept getting higher and higher I went in to talk to a representative he was rude unhelpful and didnt give to schitts about my service and my issues I went to boost and I have three lines for $100 now Im very happy I wish I would have got the agents name that helped me because he truly needs to be working at the dump he may be happier there with all the trash very not happy with this place

I went in to Farmington, NM Verizon Main store and was assisted by Carlos. He was extremely patient in explaining phones and features, then went over promotions. Allowed me to ask a million questions and was prepared with immediate answers. Needless to say I upgraded to a phone that exceeded my old phone and went unlimited. Thank you for having such an exception person representing Verizon. I will not be leaving Verizon anytime soon with customer service level available here. Kudos to him, I will be back to upgrade my sons phone and know that I will be asking for him specifically.

Came here to upgrade one line on my business account, took two days and two different sales reps, like this is the first transaction of this type to ever take place, everyone involved is confused. takes way longer than it should, I have no idea how you can run a business like this, This should be way way faster, like 15 minutes not 2 days. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.
