The staff was very rude and talking trash about customers WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Didnt tell me anything and I got home and noticed extra fees that I had no clue about. I have ALWAYS seem to have problems there. The last time I was there was months ago so I went again hoping it would be different.Im only editing my post simply because customer service was super nice about it and explained some things.

Very pushy. I went in to shop around to find the best phones with the best coverage and was very disappointed at how pushy the people were.

I first went to store by Olive Garden and received such horrible service I went to mall to look for another server. Decided to try other store by west walmart. What a difference! Manager was great help and didnt charge. She shared she treats customers like theyre family. This young women is the best manager in town.

Hardly open. Ladies are rude. I quit going there and just went next door to Cricket.

Customer service is not great at all... 4 out of 5 people i have been to there havent been great experiences. They seem to wanna take care of their kiddos in the back than to smile up front...

Went in two days ago for an i phone she they would have one the next day i said are you. Are. you sure i live in bloomfield she said posotive couldnt the next day but the day and i was told by someone who didnt care about her job they didnt get any. She didnt seem to want to be much help

Service was really bad here and the lady working at the desk didnt want to do my transaction told me to just call customer service urge people not to go to this metro store very disrespectful people and really no customer service at all recommend people just calling

Store hours says their store closes at 8pm. I got there 15 minutes before 8 and the two girls had the doors locked and lights down. They were still in there and acted like they didnt acknowledge me. Poor customer service and bad manners!! Two thumbs down for this store !!
