This Verizon is great in the aspect that they didnt try to sell me anything, and actually wanted to help me for free. Unfortunately they couldnt fix my phone problem, but they tried.

Jenny Meier spent hours over two days helping me recover from my dying/dead cell phone. She went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me transfer info from my old phone and in purchasing a new phone. She was so patient and pleasant in explanations and in organizing my apps and passwords. She made numerous attempts to recover and transfer my photos. I cannot say enough good things about her helpful assistance and efforts. Thank you, Jenny. You are one of a kind!

Ive been with Verizon for over 11 years. I was recommended a newer Samsung phone which was supposed to be much faster than my current one (per the sales rep). After using it for a day I found it to be very sluggish, and hardly an upgrade. (I also ran a benchmark to verify). I kept the new phone, along with the packaging, in near perfect condition. I went back to return the new product and was charged $65 restocking fee. Thats ridiculous, especially since I was mislead on the performance of the new phone. Now Ill have to spend more of my time (which I value) to wait on hold with VZ customer service. This is NOT how you treat returning customers. One way I think this store/rep could improve their service: Honesty... something along the lines of youre spending xxx dollars for this new phone, it will be slightly better and more reliable, but you wont notice a large performance upgrade at this price point.
Jenny was outstanding! Technology is beyond me and she took care of everything like a pro. She took her time in finding the best plans and pricing for mine and my familys needs. The whole staff was helpful and made my experience there very pleasant. Everything was explained to me so there will be no hidden surprises on my next bill. All Verizon stores should have a staff like the Farmington team! Best customer service of any cell provider in my 20 plus years of being a cellular customer across the nation. Highly recommend Verizon and the Farmington location! We will be returning customers.

I have been with Verizon for over 13 years...by far the best customer service I have ever experienced!! I worked with Brian today. He was super knowledgeable on every phone I asked about. I felt like I was a burden for taking so much of his time today and asking the simplest questions, but he assured it was NO problem and wanted to ensure I was taken care of. If you have to go out of your way for anything Verizon related, go to Farmington Verizon!!!
I ordered a gift for my daughter online Friday 8/29. It was confirmed that it was in stock at the Farmington location so I choose the option to pick it up there. I was informed that I would receive an email confirmation that my order was ready. The email did not come, so I called. I waited until 30 minutes until they closed to call. When my call was answered the person who answered said yes the product is in stock but they haven’t received confirmation of the purchase yet (I paid in full online and it was subtracted from my account instantly). I asked if he could pull the device for my pickup. He responded with that’s not my job. Cut to Saturday 8/29. I had to work. My wife was fully available to pick up the device. No email confirmation arrived. At 7:15pm I called customer “service”. Everything pushes you to a bill pay number but one you get past that they just hang up on you. I chatted online. The real response was, Why should I help you? Really ???? I’d gladly pay more for a service elsewhere. Yes I have screenshots of the chat.
I have no idea what Carrie or Lenny are talking about on the previous reviews!! The Farmington store is great! I visited the store today and due to the current pandemic, the manager Jenny ensured safety was the number one priority: face mask required and only one customer was allowed to be with a representative at a time. I needed to replace my phone and within 30 minutes, done! Very knowledgeable with products and highly recommend anybody to conduct business here.

My husband went in to get help with his phone and was told of a promotion getting a new ipad and Disney plus for a year without raising our monthly payment and could cancel. He went in the next day to cancel and return everything and that was in November and we are still dealing with billing issues due to this and cant seem to get anyone to cancel disney plus. They are car salesmen and would not trust themWe have been with Verizon for 18 years and since they are privately owned its hard to resolve it. I love Verizon but not in farmington!!
Would not recommend this location for any service needed. Manager had no interest in offering the help needed for elderly couple. Save youself and use the lakeville location on Kendrick ave.
Tyler and Jenny are both amazing and went out of their way to stay late to get all six lines activated. They were both very patient in walking through the phones so that we all understood how they worked.
Jenny the Store manager was the epitome of professionalism and helped me on the best phone plan for me and my family. Any other phone service provider is a complete waste of money and youre making a terrible decision not shopping at this Verizon store.

Helped me get a new iPhone X and a great phone case that’s already been put to work and has held up greatly! The lifeproof case is definitely worth the price. Dropped my phone 4 times already, once in an ashy, muddy puddle at work. The phone itself is still super clean and I can’t see any damages what so ever! Service was great at this store! Very helpful, talkative and friendly. They helped make the 45 minutes go by quickly and I felt very comfortable. They truly tried to help find the phone and case best suited to my needs. Definitely going back to the store specifically! 5/5
Justin Green was amazing, my phone completely died while on Amazon. I took my battery out for 10 minutes and that didnt work. So I decided to go get some help! Justin Green helped me a lot I got my phone back!! Im very happy again!! Hes one of the million reasons why I love Verizon so much!! Jenny, the manager is outstanding! Her customer service is excellent! I had such a wonderful experience at Wireless Zone.None of my visits to the Verizon Corporate stores comes close to the great service at this store. Jenny got us all set up with what we needed. It was obvious that she truly cares about her customers. Would I shop here again...yes. In fact because of the friendly, polite, professional service there I went back today and bought an iPad. Just on more thing. About a week after our first visit, Jenny called us to make sure we were happy with our phones. Verizon Corp stores has never done that. THIS store is the absolute best!
I have been to this location twice now and am less than impressed to say the least. The first time, I stopped by approximately 27 min before the store should have been closed at 8pm on a weekday and they were already closed! I know this is a small town, but come on! So, they lost my business on the sale of the phone for that reason alone. I tried to go back to the store several days later to see if they could port in my number from a previous phone because the guy I worked w at Best Buy setting up my new phone claimed he couldnt do it, but if I went to a Verizon store they could help me. When I got to the store there was another couple ahead of me and during my wait the guy helping them asked what I needed, so he knew ahead of time what I came for. When it was my turn it was close to closing and after going over what I needed he said he needed to speak to his manager and he went to the back...he came back out after a minute and first asked me if I lived nearby. I said I did, and he replied that he wasnt able to port in numbers (which I know was complete BS since he just did it for the customers before me, unless its totally different on an android system vs iPhone?....yeah, dude, I was there and was listening the whole time) and then said someone who could do it would be in the next day and could I please come back then. I said sure and left. He basically closed up the store behind me, again a few min prior to closing time. Apparently this location doesnt care about providing good customer service if it means they have to stay a few min past closing time. I read the other reviews and it seems in previous years this used to be a good location. Maybe this is just a bad few weeks? I dont know, but Im pretty sure Im finding a different location to try to get my number ported at because I have zero confidence in this place now.

Very happy with this store!!! My phone wouldn’t turn on, my internet stopped working, and Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to my car. I went to the Apple Valley store initially and they told me my phone was broke and needed to buy a new phone. I wasn’t in the position to buy a new phone so I went to this location in Farmington. Brian greeted me at the door and took the time to fix my phone without feeling pressured. I was informed about many “promotions” that were available to me but wasn’t for me. However, I will be coming to this store from now on; one on one customer service is prime here.
So impressed with the top notch customer service my son and I received at this location. Jarrod T was such a nice guy and so knowledgeable. He took the time to help us with every detail. Hard to find this type of customer service now days. Well done, Jarrod!!

I will say Verizon has great customer service over the phone as well as in person.

Anna is amazing. I was looking for a case and a screen protector for my new phone, and she was very quick to point me in the direction of some that are very durable and and stand up to oops accidents at work. Two chemical spills later, and my phone still works thanks to her recommendations. Seriously, if you need help, you want Anna to help you out!

I do not write reviews and when I have thought of writing one in the past it has not been for positive reasons but this Verizon is the best because...The manager, Anna, has helped my association out multiple times for various reasons. Weve purchased accessories for our many devices from her in the past and have not been disappointed! She gives the best advice and because of that we are switching to Verizon once our Sprint (Ugh) contract is up.I have recommended her to a business partner who needed hotspot service and she raves about Anna too. If you want someone who cares and will know the answer (or find it quickly) go to Anna!

Store is good, the climbing bill is not,Monthly went from $74 to $101 now its $146.I see both phones on this plan are now $146 a month.It took a year for you to jack that price up.Wish the contract worked both ways

Absolutely terrible experience. My stolen phone was turned into this retailer and the manager Zach contacted me and told me Id have to pay money to get it shipped back to me in Illinois. 5 months later I drive through Minnesota for an Internship and attempted to pick up my phone. Upon arrival I was to that they couldnt find my phone, Zach shoulder shrugged and told me he didnt know what happened and had a tone as if his store wasnt responsible for my device once it was turned into them and alluded to the fact that since its been five months someone may have thrown it away without contacting me first. After calling Verizon wireless customers service and being told the mishap would fall on the store, Zach became instantly rude saying something to the effects of I cant show up out of the blue after 5 months expecting my phone to still be there.
Exceptional service . Dont try and deal with Verizon over the phone or online, do yourself a favor and go here .

I visited this store to get my new Iphone and the staff was extremely helpful and personable. My old phone wouldnt take a charge and the lightning port would not read any connections, but the staff was more than willing to help me set up the cloud storage and use the correct apps available to transfer all my old data and info. They made getting my new phone a pleasure and I would recommend this location to everyone.

The store manager, Zac Dilley was awesome! I broke my phone one too many times and this morning I had no choice but to get a new one. Zac asked the appropriate questions to make sure I was getting a phone that worked for my needs. He was very thorough in his explanations and made sure I was ok with the charges before running my credit card. The store was clean and had a plentiful supply of phones, accessories and information.
Wish this store was close to my home. Met the owner and it was clean he has great customer service and takes pride in his store.

So I went to this Verizon Wireless store yesterday and asked if they had any Samsung Galaxy Note 7s to replace my current one. I was told that the boss told them to save those for new purchases and to replace my unsafe exploding phone I will need to call verizon and have a new one shipped to me.So they would rather me walk around with a potentially hazardous phone so they can make money selling the new ones.
