Came on Monday and didnt have the part they needed (bad explanation on my end) but showed up promptly the next day with everything they needed. Worked fast and clean, and didnt charge me for the extra drive to my house. My only complaint was, the tech made me feel old by being so polite and calling me sir all the time... Finished the job by checking out and lubricating the whole system - this wasnt part of the repair but they did it anyway.

Very responsive service, no waiting days for someone to come. The quality of the work was really well done. I would recommend to any one who needs service done quickly with very knowledgeable folks.

Overhead Door has been doing work for me (Property Manager for SoWesCo Property Management and personally) and has always done good work! They are good at what they do and their pricing is in line with industry standards.

Our garage door had more problems than first expected, requiring a return service call. Since it was under warranty from the first visit, the second was free. Eventually, problems got very complicated, but additional part and labor cost us nothing. Very considerate people to do business with.

We were disappointed with this company. We scheduled a consultation and they gave us an expected time range (pretty much the entire afternoon) after which they did not come. I had to call them to find out they were running late but would come when they could. The consultation was fine and the repair man friendly. We scheduled the actual repair with the same response. They would either come Wednesday OR if they were too busy then sometime the next week. After the next week passed with no communication, I had to call them again to find out they were just slammed and could maybe come sometime the next week. We canceled the repair. Very unprofessional with no communication to their clients who are sitting around waiting for them to show up when they say theyll come. 1 star for the friendly repairman

Called them in the morning and was provided a timeline as to when a service man can check out the problem. They came right away and one look at our garage he already know the problem. It was fixed same day. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I am in Rockwood, north of Durango, so I was totally surprised that the repair person made it to me within 24 hours of my calling . Their competitor in Durango told me it would be two weeks. And once he got there, he fixed the problem quickly and showed me what I needed to do to prevent it. He was very courteous.I definitely will call them again, if needed.

We had a door/operner installed in our home several years ago and were completely satisfied with the products and workmanship. We have since moved and the door in our new house needed some repair. Had issues with a broken tension spring. Josh came by, after calling ahead, and actually made a spring in front of my house that would function better than the one I had. The coil busted on my garage door disabling the door and capturing my car inside the garage. It was Saturday and overhead door came out ( at an expensive cost) and had it fixed within 2 hours. Well done.
