As of today we have had our 5th door installed. Weather King came out to do this door. The door handle lock does not work, cant lock my door! I am unable close the door myself, my husband has to do it in order to lock the deadbolt. I am extremely scared that in case of a fire my children and Husband and I would be stuck because the door is so tight. I have been dealing with this issue for 8 months. Not to mention there is another dent in the door. I really dont know what else to do. MATTHEW BALL the plant manager said the is a standard of acceptability that we need to just accept this door, they will not do anything else for us. I asked for the owner of the companys name. I was told that it is ELIZABETH OLIVER, not sure if this is correct or not. I am at my wits end. I dont understand how anyone could be so cruel, OUR SAFETY IS AT RISK!!!Very unhappy with the way I was treated by the plant Manager. It took 3 doors to finally get a door from this company that had no marring in the paint. The door was ordered in April, (and was installed 3 times), taking away from my time before it looked good. Finally completed in September. I have requested money back for my time and aggravation, and was told by this company that they dont negotiate with the customer I will make sure my family and friends DO NOT use this company EVER! As shown in the reply they are tsking no responsibiliyy for sending me 2 doors that were defective. There is no way the doors were fine when they left the facility. The paint was marred in their shop!

My contractor recommended, ordered and installed my windows and doors. The windows do not stay up and have to have a special tool to tighten the spring. This has to be redone twice a year. The windows leak terribly in the winter. I can feel cold air blowing in really bad even though windows are locked. Very thin cheap vinyl. A piece of the frame snapped off the first time I cleaned them. The screen frames are made of thin cheap aluminum and are not durable at all.I ordered two painted doors. The paint is scratched and comes off with your fingernail.Extremely inferior products please dont waste your money.

First the bad....1. they do NOT take credit cards. what business in 2014 does NOT take credit cards? they must be out of their minds. Until you find out that their owner is older guy and he does not believe in credit cards because he could not use them on the Santa Maria (Columbus ship).2. The owner talks too much and too often to the employees. Whenever i am talking to Ted or Matt ball, they are talking to the owner. shut up and let the employees do their job.3. the office looks like it looked in 1949. dark, drab, beaten down. terrible. terrible, terrible4. the guys at the counter are not very friendly.the good:1. great product for the price. i have gotten 25 windows, 8 exterior doors, always loved them2. takes ~4 days to order..they are my go to place for windows and doors.3. Ted is my sales guy and he is very good to work with.

Really bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend them and I am not going back to them again. They came 3 times to my house for windows measurement and every time they got it wrong, and made me pay for wrong windows and waited 6 weeks to get the correct windows. Communication between salesman and people in office are horrible .

Bought a new house with brand new windows throughout (windows only 3 months old) 3 of them do not shut properly. Although I know they do not do installs, I’m sure they had someone who could of at least check them out. I’m not a handy person and didn’t understand the instructions The sales manager gave me to attempt to fix them. I do not recommend this company unless these windows are serviced. Very dissatisfied at least 20 windows were just purchased from them and I can’t even get a courtesy service call.

Theyre closing everything out. Going out of business after all these years. You have till Thursday to get the deals on the close outs.

Kevin Williamson came out to look at my sliding storm dorr windows that wont slide and too a video, said hes never seen that before, yeah sure. He said he would replace the windows on the storm doors in November and havent seen him since and its mid Feb 2016
