Alec is awesome to work with! He is kind, respectful, and professional. More, and maybe most importantly, he is helpful… genuinely helpful. Finding good help seems to be quite difficult in most industries right now, but Alec certainly checks that box for Cubes. I have storage units at the Farmington location and the property is clean, easy to access, spacious and well lit. I am very pleased with the facility and how it is maintained. Both Alec and the facility each get 5 stars!!!

This has been the most pleasant company to work with! Moving from out of state and having to figure out a place to store our stuff it was super easy and convenient booking online. Alec Medina the manager is very professional and nice. I would prefer to work with him.

The stress of selling my house and moving from Washington state was overwhelming but thanks to this fantastic storage facility and Alec a lot of my anxiety was alleviated. I am outrageously unhappy with the integrity of this company. We were told that we would be given a discount for our unit because they wanted to fill this new place up and we were so excited for the great deal. We reserved the unit (with the promise of our discounted price) and moved our stuff in a few weeks later. Come the time to get charged, we kept getting charged for the full price. I notified the management and he said their policy changed a few days before we moved in, so we wouldn’t get the discounted price. Unaware that the price had even changed, the guy remembered us and told us he would see what he could do, but he told us his manager would just tell him the fine print says they can change the price at any time, but he was going to fight for us. I waited, and nothing. I called and again, they said they were waiting on upper management, but couldn’t get ahold of this upper management. I waited again with a promise to notify me. Nothing. I cannot believe a company would be so dishonest and neglectful of us and our situation. I also can’t believe we weren’t notified before moving in that our price had changed or that the prices could change at any given moment. Terrible communication and such dishonesty. This put a huge financial strain on us to store our stuff. The unit is nice and new and I definitely feel our stuff is safe, but I would never support such a company that lacks integrity and with such terrible and dishonest management.

This Cubes storage really squares up! They have intelligent security systems that make sure your valuables and items are safe. They have multiple cameras throughout the facility, and they have both indoor and outdoor storage spaces. Every door has their own unique key lock.

The staff is friendly and the location is safe and well kept.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of service provided, Nic was a huge help!

One of the reviews said it was expensive. It is not. Unless you prefer your stuff to cook in a cinder block oven, because that is what cheaper places offer. I personally care about what I am storing. Every time I go, the climate is perfect. Secure elevators. Cameras. Staff available to assist you. If youre stuff is not worth that, why arent you throwing it away? Or maybe you really like dusty heat warped things that you bought cheap. Keep it. I take care of my stuff. Thats why I LOVE the cube!!

In terms of storage facilities this has got to be the cleanest one I have ever visited. Plenty of room for all your stuff!

Highly recommend this facility. Its in a secluded area, but still right next to the freeway. Its very secure--you need access codes to get in and out of the gates, as well as to use the elevators, and tons of cameras too. This is by far the most spacious storage facility Ive ever seen. No matter where your unit is, its easy to get your stuff in and out, especially with the huge elevators that you can drive right up to. During business hours, they have someone at the front desk that can help you with any questions, and theyre always very accommodating. Ive only had one bad experience with a gentleman at the front desk, but Ive only seen him that one time. Every other person Ive talked to at the front has been awesome.

The facility is always clean when I visit. The manager is happy and fun to chat with. Having access to the moving van is handy. I take comfort knowing my items are very secure.
