Chad was very informative and very helpful. As polite as polite anyone can be, before I had a question pop up in my head Chad was already answering it. Super clean and organized there is nothing else to say just that I’m help with my time care and patient and clean as the whole place was.

The manager, Chad, is amazing!! I was trying so hard to vacate my storage unit prior to my monthly bill pulling from my account, and he was so helpful! My unit was in the center of the building, and Chad made sure I had the cart inside my building to make the move as easy as possible. He was a real pleasure to deal with - totally a people person who belongs in a customer service role. Also, I received an email notification promptly letting me know my contract had been cancelled and my balance was $0. In addition, this locations was kept clean and nice. Thanks Chad/Public Storage!

Great experience so far! The local manager Chad has been great to work with. He explained all of our rental options very clearly and guided us through the sign in process. He prepped our storage spot perfectly - it was clean and he replaced a light bulb that was out. Very well done Chad!

Stored items in a 5x10 unit for one year. Would have rented three additional months but the rate increased by $15/month. I did find that the 9 Mile location in Farmington Hills was very clean, in a safe area, no leaking roof or floor; only a few spider webs. Chad was prompt to answer questions and very professional. Thank you Chad for your helpfulness. I would highly recommend this storage location. Would have rated 5 star but due to corporates rate increase I give it a 4 star.

I have never had to use storage before. I went to several other facilities but until I came to this location did I find the one for my things! Chad made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He is very pleasant and helpful! Great personality and very knowledgeable! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I came to pay my bill and was greeted right away. Chad the property manager was very pleasant and helpful. I got an rate increase and he was able to get me a discount off my monthly bill. Things have been very difficult with pandemic and work. He went above and beyond. He is definitely a keeper for the company. He is just a breath of fresh air. I recommend Chad and his location for any of your storing needs.

Me and my boyfriend stopped in here to get pricing and Chad was very helpful! He greeted us right away. As we pulled up he was opening the door for an elderly man with a walker, as we were waiting to go in he opened the door again for the man as he left. He took great care of us and Im sure all his customers. We look forward to know him while we are there.

Clean and nicely kept up exterior. Rates are about the same as other storage facilities in the area. Their office has moving supplies for sale such as boxes, locks, mattress storage bags, etc. Access is available until 9:00pm. Located on a road with light traffic. Make an appointment to speak with their office staff to be sure the office is manned when you arrive. So far I am pleased with their operation. The sign up procedure was very smooth.

D.W. called me immediately after I made my reservation and was very thorough with explaining each part of the contract/lease. He gave great pointers on how to keep the things in my unit in pristine condition and also made sure I knew what happens after hours and such. I was very happy with my experience.

I rented a 10 x 20 and needed it ASAP they were very knowledgeable about the space, took me to it see it . I Had to buy a lock. But it was to keep my things safe so I was ok with it . Did my paperwork in no time! But over all everything was good. I will recommended this place

I just wanted to say that Aleece rocks! I had an issue with my storage unit and she went above with world class customer service and turned my anger into happiness! Disappointed I was ever involved with any sort of business with public storage, this is the kind of place you are warned about.they like in with a really good rate even though their rate is higher than everywhere else seemed to feel like you will get your moneys worth out of there, but you will not.What a bunch of scoundrels seriously that word barely even described it.whatever rate they start you out at you can guarantee that that will raise every month.do not use the storage facility there is one directly next to it that is half the price and they have not raised the rates in years.There are so many things I could say, I hope this is enough to save yourself.

Ive been shopping around and have already been to another location that I really liked but stopped in here on my way home to see the place. Alece was very sweet. She showed me the property and a space. 2 great experiences with the same company different locations. I can see they are good at what they do.

All the positive reviews are fake. The reviewers have 1 review or if they have more, theyre within 3 months.Aleece is a liar. She just showed me a 10x15 unit that had water on the floor. I asked for one with no leaks and she said that water was tracked in by us. Of course, it was there before I stepped in, and it was a puddle. Then she tried blaming it on the door but it rolls up and doesnt go overhead.She said they didnt have other units but I had spoken with Dan who said they had several 10x15 units and I could pick which one I wanted. Their policy is that reservations only hold price, not unit availability. She just didnt want to rent to me and I have a pretty good idea why.If youre looking for decent and honest customer service, go somewhere else.

Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is the best in the area. Leslie was extremely helpful and walked me through each step if my lease. From start to finish only took about 15 minutes including seeing the unit, singing the paperwork and setting up automatic payments. Ben has also been extremely helpful and has shoveled snow from my unit on multiple occasions. Highly recommended.

My family got a space here a few weeks ago and I wanted to say the service we received was more then 5 starts but that is the most I can put Kyle was such a help we had no idea what we were doing he showed us a few lockers and let us know how to store our items and should us all the stuff we need as I just thought about putting the stuff inside not wrapping and making sure its clean when I come back and get it. Kyle was so nice and made us fell our stuff is very safe with him.

Kyle assisted me with selecting my unit, showed me several of them actually, and quoted different pricing options. He was very professional and courteous as I had many questions. I would highly recommend Public Storage. Kyle was very helpful and patient. I went back for boxes the following day and was greeted by Heather. She was also very professional and friendly. She even helped me load boxes in my vehicle. I cant thank both of them enough!!!!

Nice people who are always courteous and helpful. My experience with them has been nothing but pleasant for two years. The units are always clean and dry. Gate access is available till 9 pm, which is very convenient. Id recommend them to anyone.I only wish they had indoor storage. For that reason alone, Im considering moving my goods to another location so that access in cold weather is easier.

Then she guided me through all of the paperwork and ensured the other authorized people on my account were added and given gate codes. Then she set me up for auto-pay. All of this was quick yet thorough. I appreciated her helpfulness and was very pleased with my visit.

I m very happy and satisfied with my storage unit at 34050 W Nine Mile.The personnel especially Kyle and Zachary are very friendly, professionaland informative. Any problems I have had were solved quickly andthey were interested in helping me out. I feel very good about storingmy property at this location. In the past I have had problems with pests,bugs and maintenance at other storage facilities but I have not had theseproblems here.

Alece has been so great. She is always beaming when I see her which is pleasant because people rarely ever even smile anymore, especially in a customer service setting. Will continue to pay my bill here. I love that I can pay at any location.

Where to start? The leaking roof at the facility was my fault. The stuff that got ruined in my unit was my problem. And the clerk got an attitude because I was upset that I did not feel like any of these was of my doing. I moved my stuff out of theyre at the very beginning of the month no refunds no pro rates nothing.... When I figure out how to give a place minus five stars this will be the first place to get it! In my opinion this place will be more useful as a parking lot!!

They give you a great rate! Only to jack up the prices exponentially for property increase. Yea, removing my things immediately and going elsewhere. I dont prefer being ripped off by a greedy POS company.

The customer care person literally left for a 2 hour lunch while customers were coming in. Didnt answer phone, went on a overweight persons lunch, didnt care.

So, longtime customer. Heres my 2 pet peeves. A few months ago i was in my storage locker and decided a few items we no longer needed and took them to the PS commercial dumpster by the front gate. NOTE the Dumping is a Crime sign. The staff guy comes running out and tells me I cant do that - dumping is against the law, etc.Ive got two huge problems with that.1---That is not dumping; not in any commonly understood definition of the word. A stranger throwing bags of trash over their locked gate in the middle of the night is dumping. A decades-long renter carefully placing items in their commercial dumpster - or next to it when its locked - from their storage unit is not dumping. I deeply resent the suggestion that their customers are criminals for doing this. (I raised this issue to senior mgmt and I see - 3 months later - the signage has not been changed.)2---Why dont they want their customers to use their commercial-size dumpster? That seems like pretty poor customer service....but its very self-serving. If I periodically remove old items from my storage and place them up front in their dumpster I might eventually decide I dont have enough stuff left to justify the rental. But - if they make me cart the unwanted stuff home to dispose of it; human inertia/laziness/apathy is more likely to set in - as thats a big hassle to take a lot of stuff back home - and the customer is more likely to just keep paying their rent and leaving it as-is. It seems to work for them but its terrible customer service.

Came in looking for storage Alece was very nice by location was too far away. She sent me to another location and they were just as nice.

Be careful! I was three days late on payment, tried for 4 additional days to contact and pay by phone, only to go to voice mail and not receiving a return call. By the time I got ahold of them, they had put a lien on my property, said I owed $153 (my monthly rental is $49) and said I had to pay $170 to prevent my stuff from going to auction.

I know the gate has nothing to do with Alece, but as a loyal customer that pays on time every month I would appreciate it if Public Storage did their job as well!!!!!

Kyle was such a great guy very professional, calm, helped me pick the right storage bin for my bed set fridge & sofa, explained everything I needed to know I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs to store anything!!
