Twice they told me I could 1. print labels and 2. ship there. Twice I was rerouted to go 1. print elsewhere and 2. ship elsewhere. And they were FedEx labels. Don’t bother to call you will talk with customer service that’s not even in town and don’t know this location. Try UPS instead.

Go elsewhere ..they have paper posted on door that says no print labels, no packaging.. and I just needed lane and sent package on line it said gave me this address to do just that but they said they don’t.. ugh.. GO TO MAILROOM they the best they got things done quickly and nicely..

I paid for two day shipping and 4 days later was told my package “was supposed to be delivered” by FedEx customer service but for some reason my local facility is holding it hostage.

Everything I need to ship is done through Fed Ex....excellent customer service...hassle free...simple and easy...no need to deal with ups or post office rude employees!

Small and fast. Ive shipped from here a handful of times and have never spent more than 10 minutes. The workers have been nice. Send kind of cramped for them, but they dont complain!

I had an important package coming in for work. FedEx came by before business hours and left a door tag. I called in to see if they could re-attempt delivery they messaged the driver to see 3 hours later no response. UPS will actually call the driver and set it up with them to get you your package. The local contact I spoke with was rude and pretty much told me that it was my problem not his. UPS has far superior customer service!

I do all my shipping here. Its fast and convenient. Staff is awesome. They dont have silly hours like UPS.

I consistently have issues with Fedex. Ive had packages not arriving or being delivered on time. Once they even lost the engagement ring I had ordered! Now today they said they couldnt deliver my package because no one was around to receive it when they came when there were literally 20 people milling around my business. They didnt even leave a tag saying they missed me.

I ordered a phone from verizon for my mom. I paid for next day delivery. I check the tracking at 7:30 am it was out for delivery at 2:00 pm I looked outside and there was a note that they had tried to deliver it. I must have missed them. The note said to pick up at their office at 5:00 pm. So I go to leave and there is another note saying they tried to deliver it. What the f%ck is going on! I go to fedex and tell them Ive been home all day waiting! The delivery driver never knocked or rang the door bell.If you use fedex farmington get ready to drive across town for something that was supposed to be delivered to your house!

Friendly and quick.

The front office is small and can get crowded quick. Think of an elevator and put a desk in it. Clerk was friendly and fast, much props for customer service.

Always very friendly and helpful, willing to do what they can to help you, unlike the UPS center who are hateful, not helpful at all and very condescending.

Slow service and the front desk associate didnt know about FedEx Products, Unprofessional and didnt help me worth a damn I had better luck at UPS AND USPS!

I had placed an order and it was suppose to be at my residence about a week and half ago but no. Half of my order was received and the other part was lost. I called several times and they kept telling me that they will call me back. When they did, I was hoping that they would find a solution but they keep telling me its lost, or in holding, which was information I already knew from previous calls. They had no idea where my package was or who had it. Today I tracked it again and it said that it was delivered but not to to me but back to the shipper because Fedex had it in possession for too long. I called Fedex again and they told me it was their bad and told me to ask the shipper to ship it again or get it refunded. The thing with that is that im going to have to pay shipping again. I have to pay money from my own pocket to cover someone elses mistake at Fedex. If there were an option to give no stars on this review i would have. One star is being too generous.
