Went in to return our DirecTV equipment and didn’t have the account number or return label and they said that’s okay. All they asked for was the last name associated with the account, scanned all the items and that was it. Super simple and easy.

Awesome experience a nice lady named samantha helped me with my package and helped me understand the difference in quality shipping and the comfortability of knowing my package is safe. Its also comforting to know with a line I was still welcome and not rushed with my turn in line.

This young lady named Samantha waited on me. She was rather rude from the start. After she rolled her eyes she said “what do you need”I was left with the impression I was keeping her from something, and that she really didn’t have the time (or desire) to help me mail my package! I’ll never do business with these people again, Ever!! I’m so sorry I inconvenienced you! It’s not like I’m actually paying you money or anything! My mistake.This is not a fabricated story. I actually just left their store. They need to make some changes if they’re going to last in this competitive market. I’ll never pay for that sh-t service!!!

We have been getting our mail at this store for eleven years. I appreciate the professional and thoughtful service I have received all these years.I never worry about packages delivered to us because they sit in their store and not my front porch. Packages are safe and dry. Keep up the good work!!!!Thanks!Mo

Experience depends on who waits on you. Girls are very helpful and friendly. M Moses is rude and demeaning. Wouldnt accept my package today because it had a 2 water spot (my car cup sweated on it). Wasnt the first time he gave me a hard time, but the 3rd. Were not Amazon! Ill never go back. Would rather deal with my friendly driver and pay the pickup fee.

Needed to return a monitor for warranty service. Packed in the manufacturers box which is the box in which I received the monitor via UPS from Amazon. I was told that the packaging was not satisfactory but they could package and ship for the modest sum of $102. I told the clerk that the packaging had held up for the trip from China to the US, from the port to the Amazon distribution center and then to me so it should be fine and asked him to ship it as packaged and insure it for the purchase price. He then informed me that the insurance would not be honored because the packaging was inadequate. At that point I left the store and shipped via USPS for $36 including insurance. A week later I got the repaired monitor back via UPS in the same packaging I had used.I know a business has to make money but their attempt to oversell was ridiculous.

I see why no one who is familiar with ups uses them. Just like their rating say, terrible customer service, package handling, and timing. This event is the last. I have online stores and always heard to avoid ups. For the last time will I ever use this company. For this round of adaversitu with them goes to a younger brown headed worker at customer service. I received a package this weekend that I do not want to accept, and she refused to take the package back because it was dropped off when we weren’t home and they refuse to take it back without paying. This is just once out of many times they have failed us. Last two times it was for putting our items at a residence that no one trust even though the addresses are clearly marked. Time before that was a very inappropriate comment to my other half and when we came to this site to complain we were brushed off like we didn’t even exist. To make it worse, the worker wouldn’t quit smacking their gum at the same time we were explaining the adversity at hand. Ups here sucks. Use the usps. Flat rate boxes are one out of many options that are cheaper, friendlier, and more reliable then ups. Especially the corn feds here at Farmington ups by tractor supply. I hate them and never again. They need to fire this staff and hire another or get out of town.UOU HAVE BEEN WARNED POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF THIS DREADFUL UPS. THEY COST MORE, COULD CARELESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS, AND THEY DROP YOUR PACKAGES OFF (not once but twice) AT A KNOWN BAD RESIDENCE.
