Recently we came to Boost looking for new phones and plans. The guy who is working there was incredibly nice and professional. He helped us switch from Verizon to Boost and I have to admit that Verizon wasnt helpful at all. On the end he informed us about free hotspot that is given by the city- it gave him extra work but he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place!!

Called 6 locations without the right help but here, Anika was very professional and had a positive attitude really helped me out explained step by step so I could easily understand and make my decision, I really recommend this place because they treat the customers well

The one on Portion Road was helpful. I had to go there because the guy at the one on Middle Country Road who calls himself the manager. Is the worst. Not only doesnt he know anyting. He gives misinformation and acts like youre bothering him when youre there. He doesnt want to be bothered and does the bare minimum to get you out so he can get back to whatever he was doing. He is the sole reason I will be finding another carrier. The end

Ive have to say, the service at this location is the best. I came in on a Sunday looking to ditch my woefully bad Tracphone. Anika hooked me up with a just released Motorola G-Fast G8 phone for less than what I was expecting. I wanted to keep my old number and we ran into some PIN/password issues. I was willing to let the old number go, but Anika pushed ahead and got it done. She prepped the whole phone with the case and screen protector. It was ready to go when I walked out.
