Harry, the store manager at the T-Mobile in Farmingville is really great. He is very honest and always keeps his word. He is also very patient. He spent hours of his own time traveling to pick up a phone for me that was out of stock in his store so that I could meet the deadline for a promotion they were running. His work ethic and commitment to making the customers happy is phenomenal. T-Mobiles prices are better than the competitors and are also very transparent. The cell service is also excellent. Between Harry and T-Mobiles prices I am very happy that I have made the switch. I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to anyone who asked. Go to the Farmingville store and see Harry and you will not be sorry.

Great service. I had the opportunity yo upgrade my phone. Service was amazing and the process was easy. The rep took her time to setup the new phone and explain the process.I would recommend this place. Ask for Claudia she assisted me in the process.The manager there is great as well.

The two employees are cool and helpful, the manager however was very pushy to be honest. When I came time to pay I had my card in the machine and before I could read what it said he reached over and pressed accept for me not once but then again to complete the order. Also took my phone before leaving and scanned a code to leave a review gave himself 5 stars and said leave a good one liner. So here’s my honest review

Walked in yesterday to change carriers and buy a new phone.the representative William was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all while helping me in setting me up with what I needed. Was in and out within minutes.I will be stopping in whenever I need help and will continue to use this as my home store. I had a great experience!

I went to the Patchogue location and waited hours with no help, so I decided to drive up the road, and I’m glad I did. Claudia helped me get my new phone set up and helped me get the maximum savings based on the promotions they had going. Also had an issue with my credit card and autopay, and she called corporate to sort everything out, sparing me the headache. The manager Harshan, I think he goes by Harry, was a tremendous help in the process as well. A very competent and capable staff. I would only go to this location if you’re in the area.
