Positively amazing service. The store manager Frank went above and beyond for my fiance and I. I had called him in the morning to verify if he had 2 phones in stock. He checked his inventory and explained that he had 1 of the phones in stock, but that he would check his other store to see if they had it. After confirming they did, he made arrangements to have the phone delivered to his store by 6 pm that day for us. When we got there, we were greeted with a friendly hello. Frank knew exactly who we were. While he walked us through our plan upgrades and trade ins, I noticed he was the only one working in the store at that time. He was not only helping us and keeping us updated the entire time, but helping 2 other customers as well. He managed his time perfectly making us feel that we were all valued. He was very patient with everyone and even had to work past the stores closing time. He did it all with a smile under under mask. We would definitely recommend him and his store to anyone looking to purchase or upgrade a phone.

Never have I had a better experience going into a Verizon than I did going in a few weeks ago with my fiancé. Frank, the manager, was so helpful and so kind. Had some technical issues with my phone and he was so patient and made sure to go above and beyond, making sure we were completely satisfied and didn’t lose anything important. Frank was very great to work with, he helped me out with an issue I was having and really pleasantly surprised that he was able to fix my issue at an affordable cost. I switched over from at&t to Verizon because of him and don’t regret it so far! I’m paying a lot less than I was before for my monthly bill so that makes me happy. I’ve gotten 2 phones from him and he was really nice each time I went to go in. He was able to provide me with detailed explanations when I asked him any questions and he alleviated all of my worries with his great service. Frank is the man! We are a family who stick with what we know, we have been with sprint for close to 15 years. When we went to switch we were still very much on the fence, thinking this deal must be too good to be true. Frank gave us exactly what he said he would and even found more ways to help us save. Beware of this Verizon store. This guy is a scam artist. Told me my bill was going to be $140+ tax. He said the first bill would be a little higher, the second bill would be a little lower and the third bill would be $140+tax. Awesome. The next day I get an email from Verizon and my first bill was $584. A little higher?!? Upon calling Verizon they told me this is common with store owners not being up front with customers. New customers will be charged double their first month (for post paid accounts); whatever that means. Additionally he charged me three $40 activation fees which I was told would be waved. Lastly, he said I could only buy an insurance plan for my phone that day from him. Once I left the store, I was no longer eligible to purchase insurance for my phone. Verizon customer service says THAT WAS A LIE!!! Verizon customer service says he gets a kick back for every plan he sells from his store. He also added an insurance policy to a hotspot plan that I had purchased without my permission. I would avoid this store at all costs. Scams & lies

Joseph was awesome he set me and my Mom up with awesome top of the line phones. He was extremely knowledgeable on both IPhone and Android. He knows a lot and took the time to explain all the perks of both IPhone 11pro and S10+ and we walked out with both IPhone 11Pro and the S10+. I had a horrible experience a couple doors down at sprint, so I walked in and was greeted by Joseph. He was very polite and very informative he helped me with everything I needed to get done and gave me a ton of information. This is the only store I’d choose to go to even with 2-3 other Verizon stores closer to me. I recommend you do the same!

I had a horrible experience with AT&T next door, and the Verizon rep here Gary helped me out to get a new phone and plan. He was polite, listened to my input, and was up front about everything I was paying. With AT&T it was always something shady.

What an experience here at this new Verizon that popped up in town! There are a multitude of carriers in this shopping plaza, but dont be fooled, only one can provide you exceptional customer service, a world of helpful information and tips! I stopped by on a whim to see if we can save money on what I was paying AT&T, and we spoke to Joseph. We ended up getting deals on all devices, saving me a lot of money monthly from what I was paying AT&T. Took their time to transfer my family and Is hundreds of gigabytes of data, the entire experience was seamless. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Thomas at this particular location who help me to resolve all my issues with my phone concerns was extremely helpful concerned informative and I appreciate the service that I received from him because of this day is not a lot of individuals who are willing to go beyond whats expected. I went to the Verizon Store in Farmingville after my son told me that he popped in, intentionally going in to leave with a phone for himself and his son. He said the Rep, Matt was really cool. I figured since I was thinking on switching carriers I would check it out. Well, I have to say Matt was great! His personality was on point! He is tech knowledgeable! There was another young man that had arrived whom is a Rep in the Coram Verizon store who was great as well! My phone had difficulty transferring old to new...hmmpf that Tom made it happen! They are a good team! Nice young men! Impeccable service. I have no complaints! Ill be back there ..even if its just to pop in to say hey!

This past weekend I stopped in as I noticed the store from the car show in the parking lot. I had some issues with my phone and couldnt find a fix for weeks. The gentleman Nagi that assisted me was super helpful. He fixed my issue within minutes and gave me advice on a new device that would replace mine. I will be back soon for a new phone!
