Truly enjoyed my visit at Eyemart on yesterday, Wednesday. I was met with kind words of welcome. The gentleman that assisted me was great and very professional. He never press me on any areas of sales other than suggestions which were comfortable received by me. They promised my two pairs of glasses within an hour however, they were ready within 50 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and acceptable. Recommend Eyemark to all looking for expert assistance and reasonable glasses cost.

I went with a friend to pick out her glasses, and was so impressed with what I saw of her experience that I literally went back the next day with my prescription to get myself new glasses. Their prices are so much better than the place I used last time and the service was much more informed and helpful. They helped me find the perfect glasses and prescription sunglasses and I’m not trying to be dramatic but it kinda changed my life. I have glasses now that fit, and are well made and don’t constantly annoy me, so I actually wear them, and can see so much better. And in AN HOUR. Go see them and get some polarized prescription sunglasses for yourself because you deserve it and it will improve your quality of life.

Well age is catching up with me. I have not had an eye exam in a very long time. From the firstbmoment I opened their door I was greeted. The sales lady was most helpful. She asked me a couple of simple question like preferences on frames color and style. Before knew it I had picked a set of frames in my budget. The sales lady was really centered on my needs. Not running here or there answering phones or other questions. That made me feel really good.. I will continue to do business with Eyemart. Thanks

Awesome customer service and genuinely nice and personable associates. Fast turn around time and reasonable prices and no high pressure upsales. I know this is a chain but it felt like a small independent shop of old times combined with the capabilities and equipment of a large chain/group.

The initial processing of my consult and measurements was very professional and detailed. Two people assisted me with both the frames and sales. My glasses were ready in one weeks time. When I received my message to pick them up I was given an option to have them mailed to me also. Great team there @ Eyemart Express.

I went here b/c lens crafters could not do my lens same day due to there machine being down .So I went to them and the young lady that help me was very sweet and very helpful. I walked in to get my glasses corrected from a Drs error prescription. I was out of town when I had it done. Mr. Jerry was the balm! He saved me a long distance trip back there and said he would try and fix the problem! HE DID and not only that, they were ready in 41 minutes! Friendly staff! I recommend this place highly!! He just ended my eyeglasses saga. I was wearing my old prescription glasses! Kudos !!!!

Toni was efficient and provided efficient customer service. She was instrumental in explaining the ins and outs of what my insurance offered and covered.After selecting my frame I was expecting to be told to collect it in 3-5 business days. WELL, It literally took 40 minutes for my glasses to be ready.

They were amazing! I went in at 3:30 on a very busy Saturday afternoon, by 4:05 I had my 2 pair of eye glasses ordered and 28 mins later both pairs were ready! Customer service went above and beyond. Great job!

The lady who took care of me was so very nice and very patient with me in helping to pick out glasses. I had like 4 pairs and only one was ok. But while I was still looking she comes to and said dont look at these glasses until I put them on with eyes closed, then she said look in the mirror and omg that was it. First time going to this location and it was a great experience. All locations are usually quick getting this glasses made and in your hands, but the customer service is where they can stand out. The Fayetteville staff were attentive and helpful, and made it an awesome experience.

I had such an amazing experience with Toni! She was sooo patient and made sure I got the best deal comparing my insurance with the store price. She was SO knowledgeable and gave me so much information about glasses and choosing the best fit for my face type. She didnt make me feel rushed or like she was just trying to sell me the first pair I grabbed. I cannot explain how grateful I am for her. My experience was great at eye mart they took real good care of me south glasses.

They did they did great I got a pair of glasses for a good price but if you need anything that requires a different type of lens just because your eyes are different like trifles or some kind of like glass polycarbonate deal you will not get the advertised deal also they tried Sammy pay for some extras that I didnt need but other than that service was fast glasses were done in 17 minutes.

This place is amazing. I brought my 11 year old daughter there yesterday and we worked with Randy. Very nice gentleman and was very patients with us. Randy explained everything in detail and went over our cost step by step. We were able to get the pair of glasses my daughter really loved and a extra pair for FREE. Once we picked out the right ones we were told to give them an hour to process the glasses with the lenses that she needed. So we stepped out to grab Starbucks and within 10 minutes we received a text stating both pair of glasses were ready for pick up. Wow! My 2 year old son also wears glasses and from day one Eye Mart Express has been great with having to replace his glassesdue to damage without a question. We always work with Jerry but he wasnt there yesterday. We will never go anywhere else. The staff is very pleasant and very efficient. One more thing, I saved over $200 bucks!!!

Purchased glasses for myself and my son on March 6th was told it would be a week and my son got two pair the same day. Called back a week later on March 13th and was told the glasses had not arrived and to call back Tuesday. SATURDAY(3/20) I called and at first they told me my glasses were not there. After informing them it had been over two weeks, they found the glasses, and said to give them 2 hours and they would be ready. FOUR hours later, I drove an hour away to pick up my glasses to be told it would be another 45 mintutes and they were not ready. I informed them that I called FOUR hour again and was told they would be ready in two hours. I was not going to wait another hour. Tony offered to overnight them to me; however, I am just getting them today. FIVE DAYS LATER after having to call and follow up several times with them and getting the wrong fex-ex number. I CAN NOT SEE OUT Of MY RIGHT EYE in this pair of glasses sent by FedEx from them. Everything is blurry as if no prescription was put in the right eye. Apparantly I wasted my insurance and time for subpar glasess. If you dont have an astigmatism and need basic cheap pair of glasses then this is your place. BUT I HAVE WASTED my time and money and still do not have glasses that I can use. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was greeted and instructed to browse, after which I was to place frames I tried on in a basket for decontamination. Once I made my selections, l was given several pricing choices, with no pressure. All the while, the customer service was great! I had a couple of delays, again, only patience was exhibited. The best part was my glasses were ready in record time! I dropped in as a last minute pop‐up. There was only 2 clerks so it took a sweet minute, but it gave me the opportunity to browse the different types of stylish frames with many that I seen with great reasonable prices. That extra time allowed me to find a frame that fit my style and character. My frames was ready after 18 minutes of picking and paying for my frames...I Missed the Ready Text and picked up my frames during my lunch break...What a Relief to my eyes...needless to say...They were happy...and so was I/Eye... 🤓👀😊

The selection of eyeglass frames is vast. And the price is right. I purchased two pairs of progressive-lens eyeglasses for $79.00!!! And they were ready in less than one hour! What’s not to love? I highly recommend this establishment to anyone purchasing eyeglasses.

Toni is super great to work with. There was a miscommunication between what I was asking for lenses and what they have in store. After agreeing to disagree for a few minutes, we came to a compromise and Toni came up with a solution to the issue and I left with glasses AND a free pair since that is a special that they are currently running. Brought in a pair of frames looking to get lenses put in and was told “Can’t do it”. Customer service goes a long way. Perhaps give suggestions where you can have lenses put in third party purchased frames and just maybe apologize that you were unable to provide a service.

I wasnt expecting either of the pair to come with a hard case Im used to only getting a soft case so that was a pleasant surprise.

This was my first time getting glasses (ahhhhhh the joys of aging). So, I was shocked how expensive glasses were. After consulting with friends who suggested I buy online, I went back to Eyemart to ask more questions. The lovely associate let me try out a transition lens outside as well as try on her bifocals to see how to use them to read. Ultimately, I decided to use Eyemart for ordering my glasses. When they were done (which was SUPER fast BTW, like an hour or so) I picked them up and wore them home. BUT they kept sliding down my nose! So I went back today and fortunately the wonderful associate Brenda, who had been helping me was there. She adjusted the glasses in minutes, had me look at the ground, shake my head and we did a little dance to make sure they stayed on. I left giggling and happy that I chose personal service over an online store. Whatever dollars I might have saved online were made up for in customer care.

It was such an easy process and the customer service reps are very knowledgeable about the brand and the products offered. The insurance process was upfront and I knew exactly what portion I was responsible for and what the total cost was going to be without any surprise $$ cost.BTW, I recd the text that both pair of glasses were ready the same day I was fitted and provided my prescription, the 1st pair of glasses where ready within @17 minutes and the second pair were ready within @24 mins after leaving the store. This was my first time using EyeMart. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Ms. Toni explained that they were out-of-network for my insurance but that my insurance was good about reimbursement. She even provided the paperwork to submit to my insurance company! My glasses were ready sooner than promised and I love them. The whole experience was pleasant and fast.

We came in about an hour before closing and didnt finish our paperwork until after closing. We were told our glasses would be ready the next day but within about 10 minutes of us leaving we received texts that our glasses were ready. Now thats some fast service. I came in to get a prescription filled. The staff were friendly. When I found the pairs of frames I wanted, Toni was very helpful, patient and informative. Most places I’ve gone to never gave me an option of lenses and didn’t take the time to explain my options. She didn’t make me feel like my questions were dumb when came to the glasses or prescription. I was able to get my glasses the same day I went in and I’ve never been happier. Super quick service--glasses were ready in under an hour. Selection was pretty good with a selection of lower end frames and a wide variety of lens choices. I love my new glasses and while I paid under $200 for them, they look as good as designer glasses I have spent over $500 for at other places. They are very sturdy and fashionable. My only complaint (and it is what it is) is that I was there to purchase glasses and had to go to the restroom-badly. Had just had lunch with a friend and drank too much water...they did not have a facility for customers to use. This is the kind of place where you want to be able to take your time--a restroom for public use would really be nice. I managed ok because they were quick. So, all in all, a nearly perfect experience!

Yesterday I learned that I have cateracts and I was kind of depressed because I have to have surgery. Until I met Toni and when I say she is AWESOME thats putting it lightly. She and the guy with the beard (didnt get his name, because I was actually enjoying them just that much.)Well I found the other woman a bit standoffish but they more than made up for that.
