Love they are open past midnight! They have AWESOME cookies and you can have them deliver milk or ice cream too!

Amazing cookies but when we order from this location we sometimes receive some hard or even inedible cookies. Recently most, if not all the cookies we’ve received have either been hard as a rock or clearly not freshly made. Perhaps the management has become more lax with the food handling at this location. Hoping they turn it around.

It’s a good place to get something sweet if you’re willing to pay a lot. Also never order delivery it will probably take about 2 hours to get there and it will be much more expensive. Last time I ordered I ordered at 8pm and didn’t receive until midnight.

Many flavors to choose from and the cookies are pretty big. I chose the salted caramel. I’d definitely get it again. It was great! Prices seem a little high for a cookie but again, taste makes up for it. And, I should mention that these cookies are HUGE!Great location! Right off Dickson Street, this place is a great post dinner stop for a small dessert. Easy to get to. Nice walk up Dickson Street.

Ill never get anything from this place again. Double charged me $50 for 12 cookies and used the double charged amount to calculate the tip. When I called no manager was there and the employee I spoke to was very rude and not very helpful. I specifically asked for a refund and if my tip would be refunded because I didnt want to tip 18% of my double charged order especially when the employee was rude to me about taking more money than was intended. When I received my refund they decided they would keep the tip anyways after the employee told me specifically it would be included. Once I got ahold of a manager he told me he would take care of it. After 2 weeks nothing, so I messaged again and he said it would be refunded now. 2 more weeks go by and still nothing. I once again get ahold of the manager and he says he will just refund the whole order since Ive had to wait 1.5 months for my money. Ive still yet to receive my refund and the manager just ignores my messages. This business will make you false promises again and again to the point that Im just cutting my losses and leaving this review so you hopefully wont have to deal with this. Never dealt with such scummy service with any other business in my life.

Delicious cookies and superb customer service. Daniel behind the counter was helpful while I was indecisive and friendly the whole the time, we’ll be back just because of him. He should get a raise!

Maybe this is the night that they take it out on me. Where are my keys? Honey, WHERE ARE THEY? Did they take my dog too? This was all because of some cookies. My VEGAN friends, their only option for vegan cookies... how could you rob them of this?

Update: Finally got through, and it wasnt even the local line, someone from corporate who said they went out for delivery two minutes ago. It was 11:30. I placed this order at 7:45 p.m. to be delivered at 9:45 that evening. Prooooobably wont order from them again.The cookies are delish, and I love that they are delivered warm. The delivery drivers are always super nice. But I scheduled a delivery for 9:45 tonight (to surprise my boyfriend after a rough day at work) and its almost 11 and they are still baking. No one at the store will answer the phone either - just get a on hold song. Last time I ordered a few months ago, they delivered my order to the wrong house and didnt tell me, resulting in an even later delivery. This is riiiiiidddddiiiculous.

One star due to rude employee at 5:30 pm Saturday April 10 the 2021Very rude employee, rude to my wife and 2 kids I was ready to go in and have a talk with him but my kids begged me not to. Very rude to my family. You shouldnt be in Customer service if you cant treat people with respect and common courtesy! Even if you are having a bad day. My kids have been wanting to go here and we finally took them in and it was a horrible experience. We will not patronize a business that condones this kind of behavior from their employees.

Rating 4 stars because they delivered to the wrong facility the first time. Otherwise itd be 5 stars. Customer service was pleasant. We realized they delivered to the wrong place and they redelivered. Cookies were delicious 😋 warm and gooey in the middle. Will order from them again.

This store has great cookies and ice cream. Additionally, they deliver until 2 am. The reason I gave them five stars is this: we ordered two nights in a row. On the second night, the order status said delivered, but we didnt get our order. After contacting their corporate website, we were issued a refund. Then the general manager called and offered to bring us free cookies to make up for the problem, in addition to our refund. The manager brought the cookies himself, to make certain that they got to the right place. This shows a commitment to customer service that is extremely rare these days. Go for the cookies; keep going back for the exceptional customer care.

I went to the store, checked the website and said they were open. Closed when I got there. I called their corporate office and they said they should be open. Drove back and they were open. The server said she had to step out and closed the store. I said I wish you would have had a sign, so I wouldn’t ha e left and came back. She said “yeah, that’s not happening”. I asked if they had a cookie assortment that I could bring for several people. She said they have a 6 pack, so I ordered 3. She was putting them into the small boxes and I asked if there was any way they could put all three into the large box. She said “well if you had TOLD me that, I would have charged you differently!” She then started roughly putting the cookies into the large box. Never said another word, just obviously very put out she had to lower herself to serve me I guess. Go to ROCKS bakery. Great cookies AND they are nice to you to boot!

I was skeptical when I heard the news about their arrival to the area, but it has hampered my diet since they opened. I wasnt expecting them to be so darn delicious as a cookie or as a bigwich. Worst company i have ever worked for. refused to give me a raise matching all of the rest of my managers whenever Ive been there twice as long as then. got refused my 36 hours of paid sick time even tho i have coronavirus symptoms. and the only reason that I became sick was because this store and this company is completely unsanitary. you are supposed to write out a two week notice & sign it and have the manager sign it, but that did not happen and I literally have proof. and now theyre saying that I cant take my sick leave because my two weeks are up today whenever I never even officially wrote it out. I never signed anything I never wrote anything out in my own handwriting. while one of the upper heads precedes to on all caps basically harass me whenever I ask for my sick leave because my two weeks are up whenever I never even put my two weeks notice in I just gave him an ultimatum and said if they didnt give me a raise that I would put my 2 weeks in but I never did. Insomnia Cookies first came into my life when I would take business trips to NY. I was so obsessed I used to pick my hotel close to the cookies restaurant. Yeah, Im that kinda girl.So you can imagine my drop-jawed surprise when I saw the construction happening on Dickson Street.The cookies are amazing and are served warm. We bought the box of six because that allowed us to try almost every kind. They were all yummy, but my top three remained the same: Chocolate Chocolate Chip (the most popular), Chocolate Chip (which cmon, a classics a classic, but this is extra special because it is made with dark chocolate chips), and peanut butter (that somehow blends chips and creamy peanut butter together into marital bliss. Lord it just melts).I didnt want to dock it a star because of the fact that the gentleman who greeted us as we entered and helped us pick between the plethora choices, was an amazing human person. Knowledgeable, super friendly, and just an all-around great guy. He also slipped us an extra cookie (this could have been because he saw me tipping, but whos to say because, again, he was lovely - and Im not about to look a gift cookie in the mouth).I docked the star because of the price of the milk. Now who doesnt want ice cold milk with fresh, warm, out-of-the-oven cookies? Everyone. Thats who. Every. Single. One. But the cost was ridiculous. We honestly could have driven to Walmart or Harps and bought a gallon of milk cheaper. It was just waaaaay too expensive to justify when there were three of us indulging. But honestly, even if it were just me, I still wouldnt do it. Out of principle.So heres my tip. If youve got a group, stop at Walmart and pick up a gallon of milk and some red Solo cups. If theres just a few of you, stop off at a gas station to buy your milk. THEN go to Insomnia Cookies and get those unbelievably soft, melty cookies (that prove that there is not only a God but that he loves us immensely) to go and binge out in the car.Side note: BE CAREFUL where you park. We were in there about five minutes, came back, and our car was booted. Gone are the days of parking camaraderie on Dickson and now its like private eyes (sleuths, Sherlock Holmes, gumshoes, or even the more aptly nicknamed d***s) hiding behind dumpsters just waiting for you to not realize that the parking lot directly across from the restaurant is, oddly enough, not where you park. You have been warned.

The wait time is nearly two hours from when you order. We ordered two mini insomniac cookies (24) in each box. Both boxes only had 17 in them. Like where did the other 14 go? RIP OFFThey made it right with us.

One of the worst experiences of my life a whole lobby of Coustomer’s and they were back there talking about what they were gonna do after work and sipping on their soda.the guy proceeded to tell about 10 people that there were plenty of cookies made in the back and that they were not going to help us

This was an awesome place to get desert. I had a snicker doodle and it was still warm and melt in my mouth when I ate it. I also had mint chocolate chip ice cream cone. My favorite ice cream.

A great late night fix. It woke my sweet tooth.

First and foremost the cookies are delicious: perfectly lightly crispy edges with soft gooey centers and plenty of the good stuff (chunks of chocolate, peanut butter chips, etc). Our order showed up about 40 min late but the cookies were still warm. We originally placed a pick up order and found out when we got there that you still had to wait in the very long line. They had one guy working the counter, and of course everyone there is new, but we found the customer service in house to be lacking at best. We will give it another chance once the hype wears off and hopefully add a couple of stars then.

I will be back to try it again because the food is good. Im only giving a 2 star because as Im standing in line for over half an hour Im watching one guy take his sweet time taking orders while the line is backed out the door. No help from any manager and the drivers just stand there instead of helping while there orders are made. Also after I place my order the subtotal is more than what is on the menu over his head. I said something to him and he just shrugged it off and said it was his first day.

The manager definitely needs to grow up, and learn how to manage a store. I overheard her rudely snapping at her employees. Id never tell anyone to work for her. She should be replaced immediately. 😠

This was my first time in and my experience was great I had some delicious ice cream while I waited on my cookies. I got a variety and there was something for everyone. So tasty too. The staff is also very sweet and helpful!

I have tried this place 3 times, first time was amazing great staff & cookies were awesome, second time delivered to my home, again great service & amazing cookies, third time was the worst experience ever! I ran down the street to grab some for a friend, I had cash on me so when I ordered the cookies I went to pay with a $50 bill. The girl at the counter informed me they don’t take a bill larger than a $20. Well there was no sign at the counter stating that so I asked to speak to the manger just to see if they could help me out. She threw the 50 at me & said” we don’t take a bill larger than a 20 & I don’t have to have a sign to say that” well yes ma’am clearly you do! Because of yalls manger I will no longer go back.

Arrived by bike and two employees were seated outside against the glass. Walked in and one of the two followed me inside. He positioned himself behind the counter as I began to survey the menu. Once I looked from the menu to him he clearly avoided eye contact and looked down. Guessing he loathes having to serve cookies to people late into the night. We ordered cookies tues and didnt get them. Called wed, they ASSURED us we would get our cookies after they understood it was there fault, little bit of back an forth but the cookies were otw. Nope, no cookies, Im feeling naive at this point. I am not used to that. My wife gets on one and calls AGAIN. And we got our cookies. They were not the cookies we ordered but 60% of them were good. All in all, this was not a Day 1 ready operation as Amazon would say. Will we order again? I suspect our sweet tooth will get the best of us eventually and, yes, we will once again venture with insomnia cookies. If they jack it up the next time, mic drop cause we out.

If I could give a negative star I would. I called to have a birthday cookie cake with extra cookies delivered for my daughter in Fayetteville AR. I called a day before the original delivery to say that I want to change it to a pick up instead. The lady on the other end of the conversation said that I have to cancel this order and place a new order, which I did on the phone. My daughters friend comes to pick up the cake and cookies at the order pick up time and they tell her that they forgot to make it and for her to come back in an hour. She does, then they further tell her that the order was cancelled and there is nothing they can do. They call my daughter to tell her this while her friend was waiting and my daughter calls me in a panic. I call insomnia cookies and they further argue with me that the order was cancelled and no other order was found. I argued with them and finally realized that there is no point of this. Thank you Insomnia cookies for not providing the service that was paid for, having lack of decency of apologizing and arguing with a customer. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone else to. I checked my credit card statement this morning and I was charged twice for cookies and cake that I did not receive. First time with delivery charge and second time without. Yes I will be disputing the charges!!!

Took an hour to receive our cookies and not a single one of them were what we ordered. If you didn’t have the cookies then you should’ve called. Extremely disappointed.

Very expensive for the product received, a pint with a single topping was $9.72, not really worth the 25min wait at 12am for a pint. Delicious ice cream for sure, but probably will not return.
