This place always has delicious cookies and the employees are SO nice! Been coming here for years and I am never disappointed.

If you want a gingerbread man go NOW! They are only for a limited time! For thanksgiving we purchased a large gingerbread cookie. It does cost more to get a specialty flavor in a large cookie. Everyone loves it!

They always close early. Why post your hours online and on physical signs outside the shop if you won’t adhere to them? If you want to close earlier that’s fine just change the hours on the website. I never know when I can get cookies because they close the shop whenever they feel like it.

Cake has always been good but we need better artist in my area because this is ugly

We get all of birthday cakes from Great American cookies its a family tradition they have closed all the locations near use but its well worth the drive 🚗

It is not allowing me to leave a photo of the cookie cake we received today. I have been getting cookie cakes for my kids birthdays a few times a year for the last 16 years. I have always been satisfied until today. I truly have never even seen one as bad as this one. The time to pickup was 1pm and I had received a call a 10:30 am to confirm details and was told she was starting on the cookie cake. I waited until after 1:30 until she was finished. I was so shocked by what I had recieved and had no time to wait for another to be made as my kids would be home from school by 2:30. They did give me cookies to make up for it so I was at least happy about that. I dont know what could have possibly happened to this cookie cake, I am thinking the girl making it had to have been new.EDIT- The manager reached out and was the kindest women! She made everything right and we are very appreciative of her. Thank you, we will see you in June.

They always have good cookies. Only gave them 4 stars because they are super slow sometimes

The manager here is very rude. Refusing to serve a child not wearing a mask. Meanwhile serving adults not wearing a mask. Will never shop here again

Excellent staff and cookies! Really helped us out with a last minute birthday cake order and it was perfect! Thanks to Brittany for making such an awesome cake for our daughter’s 6th birthday! It’s exactly what she wanted!

The past few times Ive come there is a guy working alone. He had no cookies made and he looks as if hes closing early. The hours say they close at 8pm on Saturday but there arent cookies at 6pm.

The employees work hard to make sure there is always availability and they are very friendly and the cookies are awesome. Cant see myself getting a better FRESH cookie anywhere else.

Yeah wasn’t impressed with service today I was going to refused service just because I was wearing a mask and the store manager was just very very very rude.

Cookies are great but the workers are rude for no reason. Its not like its stressful and hot like fast food so I dont understand the attitude. Even if there is no line they still have attitude.

I normally love these cookies. My wife brought some home yesterday 2/29/18 an i took a bite to find a screw baked into the cookie itself.

I went there and this guy was so fun and made me and my friends laugh definitely going back soon

If you want to go to a place where the employees swear in front of you, and care more about talking with fellow employees over the Customer than this is the place for you!

Chewy pecans are the very best.They are not cheap, but well worth the price.

Site says they open at 9am. Store employee said with an attitude that she wouldnt help me until 10 when they open.
